技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,特别是涉及基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置。
背景技术
雾霾是雾和霾的混合物,早晚湿度大时,雾的成分多。白天湿度小时,霾占据主力,相对湿度在80%到90%之间。其中雾是自然天气现象,空气中水汽氤氲。虽然以灰尘作为凝结核,但总体无毒无害;霾的核心物质是悬浮在空气中的烟、灰尘等物质,空气相对湿度低于80%,颜色发黄。气体能直接进入并粘附在人体下呼吸道和肺叶中,对人体健康有伤害。雾霾天气的形成是主要是人为的环境污染,再加上气温低、风小等自然条件导致污染物不易扩散。随着社会的发展,雾霾现象越来越严重,能见度变低,严重影响人们的日常出行,严重者会因为雾霾对视线的影响而发生交通事故,因此雾霾天的照明就格外重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,包括立柱、上壳,所述立柱上方设置有蓄电池,所述立柱顶部设置有转筒,所述转筒上方设置有光伏板,所述立柱侧面设置有斜撑杆,所述斜撑杆端部设置有所述上壳,所述上壳内部设置有微处理器,所述微处理器上方设置有定位器,所述定位器旁边设置有无线信号收发器,所述微处理器侧面设置有空气质量检测器,所述微处理器下面设置有灯泡,所述灯泡旁边设置有亮度感应器,所述灯泡下面设置有保护罩。
进一步的,所述立柱为中空的圆形钢管,所述蓄电池共有六块,所述蓄电池串联在一起,所述蓄电池呈环状包裹在所述立柱的上部。
进一步的,所述转筒内设置有伺服电机,固定所述光伏板的支架通过螺钉固定在所述转筒上,所述光伏板始终正对太阳。
进一步的,所述斜撑杆通过可拆卸连接安装在所述立柱上,所述上壳与所述斜撑杆焊接在一起,所述上壳侧面设置有通风槽。

如图1-图2所示,基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,包括立柱1、上壳6,立柱1上方设置有蓄电池2,立柱1顶部设置有转筒3,转筒3上方设置有光伏板4,立柱1侧面设置有斜撑杆9,斜撑杆9端部设置有上壳6,上壳6内部设置有微处理器12,微处理器12上方设置有定位器11,定位器11旁边设置有无线信号收发器10,微处理器12侧面设置有空气质量检测器5,微处理器12下面设置有灯泡13,灯泡13旁边设置有亮度感应器7,灯泡13下面设置有保护罩8。
上述结构中,光照良好的天气,光伏板4自动收集光能转化为电能储存在蓄电池2内,微处理器12会根据时间的不同控制转筒3内的伺服电机转动,保证光伏板4始终正对太阳,夜晚或者雾霾天气,亮度感应器7会自动感应光线的强弱,当光线达到最低的亮度时,亮度感应器7发出信号给微处理器12,微处理器12控制灯泡13通电发光,空气质量检测器5自动检测空气质量确定雾霾的情况,微处理器12根据雾霾的强弱控制灯泡13的电流大小进而控制灯泡13发光的强弱,同时通过无线信号收发器10把空气质量信息、位置信息等传递到物联网上,方便监控人员查看。
进一步的,立柱1为中空的圆形钢管,蓄电池2共有六块,蓄电池2串联在一起,蓄电池2呈环状包裹在立柱1的上部,转筒3内设置有伺服电机,固定光伏板4的支架通过螺钉固定在转筒3上,光伏板4始终正对太阳,斜撑杆9通过可拆卸连接安装在立柱1上,上壳6与斜撑杆9焊接在一起,上壳6侧面设置有通风槽,上壳6顶部设置有安装定位器11和无线信号收发器10的凸起,定位器11通过GPS系统或者北斗卫星系统定位,空气质量检测器5通过螺钉安装在上壳6内部,与空气质量检测器5对应的上壳6上设置有取样孔,灯泡13为LED灯,灯泡13的亮度会随着电流的强弱改变,保护罩8使用高分子透明塑料制成,保护罩8通过卡槽安装在上壳6下部。

3.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述转筒内设置有伺服电机,固定所述光伏板的支架通过螺钉固定在所述转筒上,所述光伏板始终正对太阳。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述斜撑杆通过可拆卸连接安装在所述立柱上,所述上壳与所述斜撑杆焊接在一起,所述上壳侧面设置有通风槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述上壳顶部设置有安装所述定位器和所述无线信号收发器的凸起,所述定位器通过GPS系统或者北斗卫星系统定位。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述空气质量检测器通过螺钉安装在所述上壳内部,与所述空气质量检测器对应的所述上壳上设置有取样孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯泡为LED灯,所述灯泡的亮度会随着电流的强弱改变。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于物联网的新能源除雾霾环保照明装置,其特征在于:所述保护罩使用高分子透明塑料制成,所述保护罩通过卡槽安装在所述上壳下部。
