Description

Clothes care machine and method for nursing clothes
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a laundry care machine and to a method of caring for laundry with the laundry care machine.
[ background of the invention ]
Besides the washing and drying operations, the clothes may be heated. For example, some service occasions require hot and humid towels; clothes, towels, pillows, bedding and the like which need to be warm in cold seasons such as winter are particularly supplied to infants, old people or weak patients.
Existing procedures do not provide this heating requirement. The existing drying program can heat the clothes, but if the whole drying program is operated to heat the clothes, energy is wasted, and the aim of a user who wants to obtain damp and hot clothes can not be achieved obviously; if the program is stopped in the middle of the operation of the drying program, the machine door cannot be opened due to the high-temperature protection design of the machine, and even if the machine door is forcibly opened, the machine door is also in danger of being burnt by high temperature; in addition, the temperature of the clothes in the drying program cannot be set by the user and cannot be controlled.
[ summary of the invention ]
An object of the present invention is to make heated laundry more conveniently available to a user.
In view of the above objects, the present invention provides a method for treating laundry in a laundry treatment machine, wherein the laundry treatment machine comprises a treatment tub, a motor for driving the treatment tub to rotate, said method comprising controlling means to operate a laundry heating program, the program comprising: the heating device heats the air in the space where the nursing barrel is positioned; the heating device is turned off after being turned on for a preset time, or the heating device is turned off after the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the air in the space where the nursing barrel is located reaches a preset temperature.
The heated air heats the clothes in the nursing barrel to raise the temperature of the clothes, and the heating effect can be achieved on wet clothes or dry clothes. Also, the heating degree can be controlled according to time or temperature, which can meet the user's desire.
In order to make the control more precise, the predetermined time is determined by the control means according to the amount of laundry. The control device prestores the corresponding relation between the amount of the clothes and the heating preset time. The larger the amount of laundry, the longer the corresponding heating predetermined time. Preferably, the predetermined time that the heating means is switched on is also associated with a temperature desired by the user and is controlled by the control means. The specific way may be that the amount of laundry and the heating time corresponding to different heating temperatures are prestored in the control device. Therefore, in the case that the amount of the laundry and the heating temperature, that is, the final temperature of the heated laundry, are determined, the corresponding heating preset time can be found to control the heating device. Wherein the laundry amount can be automatically measured by the laundry treating machine; the heating temperature may be set by the user.
Furthermore, the invention may also be embodied in that the control means allows a user to set a desired temperature of the laundry, the control means setting said predetermined temperature in accordance with said desired temperature. Wherein the desired temperature for setting is within a safe temperature range. Thus avoiding scalding when the user opens the door to take the clothes after heating.
In order to make the heating more uniform, the motor drives the nursing barrel to rotate during the heating of the heating device. For clothes requiring special care, the clothes can also be placed still in the care bucket, for example, on a shelf in the care bucket.
After the heating process is finished, if the user does not take out the clothes in time, the clothes can be cooled gradually. In order to avoid that the user takes out the cold clothes finally, the temperature detection device continues to detect the air temperature of the space where the nursing barrel is located after the heating device is turned off, and the heating device is restarted when the detected air temperature is reduced to the critical temperature.
The heating device can be positioned at the bottom of the nursing barrel and directly heats the air in the space where the nursing barrel is positioned. Because the heating device is close to the nursing barrel, the heating efficiency is high, and the clothes nursing machine is also suitable for the clothes nursing machine with the washing function.
For the clothes nursing machine with the clothes drying function, the heating device can also be positioned in an air circulation channel communicated with the nursing barrel space, and the heating device heats and simultaneously starts a fan in the air circulation channel.
The temperature detecting device is installed near the inlet of the air circulation passage, so that the detected temperature is relatively close to the temperature of the clothes.
For the clothes care machine with the clothes drying function, the clothes care machine comprises a condensing device, and the condensing device does not participate in the operation process of the clothes heating program. Because the purpose of the clothes heating program is pure heating, the clothes do not need to be dried, and meanwhile, because the condenser does not participate in the work, the condenser does not take away part of heat, so that the heating speed is higher.
The clothes heating program is set to be selected by the user to run independently; or is selected simultaneously with the washing course or the drying course and is executed after the washing course or the drying course is finished. The user can then carry out corresponding selection according to actual demand, and the accommodation of heating is wider. For example, the clothes may be directly heated, the washed clothes such as towels may be heated, or the dried clothes may be heated and maintained within an appropriate temperature range until the user takes out the clothes.
The laundry heating program may be reserved. The combination of the ordering function and the garment heating program is particularly advantageous, for example, a user may put the garments ready for wearing the next day into a nursing barrel at night and order the heating to be completed the next morning, so that warm garments are available the next morning.
The door lock is released after the heating device is closed. And before the door lock is released, the temperature in the nursing barrel is confirmed to be in a safe temperature range.
The invention also provides a clothes care machine which can care clothes by the method.
The invention will be further described by taking specific embodiments as examples in conjunction with the attached drawings.
[ description of the drawings ]
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a laundry care machine;
fig. 2 is a graph showing a fan, an inner tub, a heating device, and air temperature during a laundry heating process.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry care machine 1 has a cabinet 2, an inner tub 5 rotatably driven by a motor 4 within the cabinet 2, and an outer tub 6 fitted over the inner tub 5. The outer tub 6 is connected to an inlet end 71 and an outlet end 72 of the air circulation passage 7, respectively. Along the air circulation direction, a condensing device 9, a fan 10 and a first heating device 11 are arranged in the air circulation channel 7 in sequence. The bottom of the outer tub 6 is provided with a second heating device 12 which heats the water in the outer tub 6, typically during a washing process. In order to detect the temperature of the water or air, a first temperature sensor 21 is installed near the inlet end 71 of the air circulation passage 7, a second temperature sensor 22 is installed near the outlet end 72, and/or a third temperature sensor 23 is installed on the inner wall of the outer tub 6. The control device 13 receives the electric signals and controls the operation of the respective electric elements according to the program setting and the received electric signals.
When a user needs to heat the clothes, the user can select a clothes heating program, set a clothes desired temperature and then start the program. The set expected temperature is within the safe temperature range, so that the user is prevented from being scalded when taking out the clothes.
In the graph shown in FIG. 2, the curve SfIs a fan speed curve, curve SdIs a curve of the rotational speed of the drum, ThIn the operation curve of the first heating device 11, T1 is the temperature curve measured by the first temperature sensor 21, and T2 is the temperature curve measured by the second temperature sensor 22.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, after the program is started, the heating phase is first started to operate, and the first heating device 11 located in the air circulation passage 7 starts to heat. At this time, the fan 10 starts to rotate, thereby causing air to flow in the air circulation passage 7 and the inner and outer tubs 5 and 6, and the air heated by the first heating means 11 enters the inner and outer tubs 5 and 6 to contact with the laundry therein, thereby increasing the temperature of the laundry.
During this period, the inner tub 5 is rotated at a low rotation speed by the motor 4 to turn over the laundry in the inner tub 5, so that air can be introduced into the laundry better, heating efficiency is improved, and the laundry is heated uniformly. For clothes requiring special care, the clothes can also be placed still in the care bucket, for example, on a shelf in the care bucket. For this, the user may select a type of laundry requiring heating or an option of inhibiting rotation of the inner tub 5 in association with selection of the laundry heating course.
When the air temperature measured by the first temperature sensor 21 located near the inlet end 71 of the air circulation passage 7 reaches the predetermined temperature thAt this time, the first heating means 11 is turned off and the door lock is released. The user can then take out the heated laundry. Wherein the predetermined temperature thAssociated with a user-set desired temperature of the laundry. The control device 13 prestores different expected temperatures and preset temperatures thAccording to the corresponding relationship, the preset temperature can be set according to the expected temperature set by the user in the operation process of the clothes heating program.
In particular, the condensing means 9 does not take part in the operation of the laundry heating program.
After the first heating device 11 is switched off, a waiting phase is entered, during which the first temperature sensor 21 continues to detect the air temperature. When the temperature of the air detected by the first temperature sensor 21 is lowered to the critical temperature tlWhen the utility model is used, the water is discharged, the first heating means 11 is re-activated while the inner tub 5 is rotated, and the fan 10 is turned on to induce the circulation of air. When the temperature value measured by the first temperature sensor 21 reaches the predetermined temperature t againhAt this time, the first heating device 11 is turned off and the waiting phase is re-entered.
In order to avoid wrinkles generated by the laundry standing for a long time in the waiting period, the inner tub 5 may be momentarily rotated from time to time in the waiting period.
Except that the first heating means 11 in the above embodiment is based on whether the temperature measured by the first temperature sensor 21 reaches the predetermined temperature thTo determine whether to turn off, in other embodiments, the first heating device 11 may be turned on for a predetermined time and then turned off.
The predetermined time is determined by the control device 13 according to the amount of laundry. The control device 13 prestores the corresponding relationship between the amount of laundry and the heating predetermined time. The larger the amount of laundry, the longer the corresponding heating predetermined time. Preferably, the predetermined time the first heating means 11 are switched on is also associated with a temperature desired by the user and is controlled by the control means 13. Specifically, the control device 13 may prestore the laundry amount and the heating time corresponding to different heating temperatures. Then, in the case that the amount of the laundry and the heating temperature, that is, the final temperature of the laundry after being heated are determined, the corresponding heating predetermined time can be found to control the first heating device 11. Wherein the laundry amount can be automatically measured by the laundry treating machine; the heating temperature may be set by the user.
In another embodiment, the second heating device 12 may be turned on to directly supply air to the tub 6 during the clothes heating process. The fan 10 need not be turned on at this time. The method is also suitable for the clothes care machine which only has the washing function, so the application range is wider. For a laundry care machine having no pure washing function of the air circulation passage 7, the control device 13 controls the second heating device 12 according to the detection result of the third temperature sensor 23.
The clothes heating program is set to be selected by the user to run independently; or is selected simultaneously with the washing course or the drying course and is executed after the washing course or the drying course is finished. The user can then make the corresponding selection according to the actual needs. For example, the clothes may be directly heated, the washed clothes such as towels may be heated, or the dried clothes may be heated and maintained within an appropriate temperature range until the user takes out the clothes.
Another advantageous development is that the laundry heating program can be reserved.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not exhaustive of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by a person of ordinary skill in the related art within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention is within the scope of the present invention.
