Abstract
本发明公开一种可吸附异味的冰箱板,其从上到下包括顶面保护层、基层、吸附层和底部承托层;基层采用HIPS高抗冲聚苯乙烯制成;顶面保护层胶粘连接基层上表面;吸附层包括吸附材料容置室和异味吸附通道;底面承托层包括固连的底板、侧板,以及相互平行设置于底板上的若干个隔板;各侧板分别固定连接基层下部;隔板两两组合使得两隔板与底板之间形成若干个所述吸附材料容置室,相邻吸附材料容置室之间形成所述异味吸附通道;各隔板以及各异味吸附通道的下方底板上分别设有多个吸附通孔;各吸附材料容置室中填充有活性炭。本发明通过对冰箱内胆中的隔板进行结构改进,增大了活性炭吸附口与冰箱内胆空间的接触面积,达到既能除味,又减少对冰箱内储存空间的占用的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱隔板用板材技术领域,特别是一种可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板。
背景技术
现有的冰箱内胆用板材中,分为内胆外壁用内胆侧板,和内胆内的隔板,出于冰箱需要对其内食物进行保鲜的需求下,一般冰箱内胆用板材均要求具有抗菌、阻燃、耐低温等特点。
在冰箱的日常使用中,多种食物的集聚难免使得冰箱内产生异味,现有技术中一般采用除味炭包或碳盒,对冰箱内的异味进行吸附。但由于除味炭包或碳盒与冰箱内空间的接触面积有限,很难对冰箱内的异味进行较好的清除,如果需要清除效果较好,则需要在冰箱内放置多个除味炭包,但这样就占用了冰箱内大量的储存空间。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题为:通过对冰箱内胆中的隔板进行结构改进,使得板内可置入吸附用活性炭,同时增大活性炭吸附口与冰箱内胆空间的接触面积,达到既能除味,又减少对冰箱内储存空间的占用的目的。
本发明采取的技术方案具体为:一种可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,从上到下包括顶面保护层、基层、吸附层和底部承托层;
所述基层为HIPS高抗冲聚苯乙烯制成的板体;顶面保护层通过胶粘层连接基层上表面;
吸附层包括吸附材料容置室和异味吸附通道;
底面承托层包括固连的底板、侧板,以及相互平行设置于底板上的若干个隔板;各侧板分别固定连接基层下表面的侧部;隔板两两组合使得两隔板与底板之间形成若干个所述吸附材料容置室,相邻吸附材料容置室之间形成所述异味吸附通道;各隔板以及各异味吸附通道的下方底板上分别设有多个吸附通孔;各吸附材料容置室中填充有活性炭。
本发明在应用时,冰箱板置于冰箱保冷内胆中,冰箱内食物产生的异味通过底部承托层设置的吸附通孔和各异味吸附通道隔板上设置的吸附通孔中通过,被活性炭吸附,活性炭可采用现有的椰壳活性炭等。吸附通孔的设计可为异味的吸附提供通道,各吸附材料容置室的下方底板为封闭板,可避免吸附材料漏到冰箱板下方的食物中。隔板以及异味吸附通道下方底板上的吸附通孔的孔径大小可根据活性炭的个体体积进行设定,以进一步保证吸附材料不会泄露。异味吸附通道下方的隔板是为了使得冰箱板下部平整,避免在向冰箱内胆中储存食物时尖角碰伤手部或者食品包装。
优选的,顶面保护层采用PES 聚醚砜树脂制成。PES是高透明,高水解稳定材料,耐腐蚀性强,韧性好,自身阻燃。为了实现冰箱板的防滑,可将PES顶面保护层的上表面加工成磨砂的。
优选的,底面承托层中,各隔板平行于其中的一对相对的侧板设置。
进一步的,各吸附材料容置室的两端分别设有封门,且至少有一个封门为可拆卸固定于底板或隔板端部的。封门可采用铰接或者卡接的形式固定于吸附材料容置室端部的底板或隔板上,方便对其中的活性炭吸附材料进行更换。
基层包括多个平行设置的中空内腔,各中空内腔内分别贯穿有加强筋;加强筋包括外轮廓与中空内腔轮廓相适应的加强筋笼,加强筋笼内填充有膨胀玻化晶珠。加强筋笼可采用强度较好的材料制成,内部填充膨胀玻化晶珠后,能够使得冰箱板的整体平面耐冲击性更好,承重能力更强。
优选的,基层内的中空内腔为圆柱形,所述加强筋笼由多个同轴设置的圆形加强筋圈和加强筋柱固接组成,圆形加强筋圈的直径等于中空内腔的直径,各加强筋柱顺次估计所有圆形加强筋圈。此外,中空内腔也可以是其它形状,如正多边形柱体,相应的加强筋圈也为正多边形。
优选的,本发明中,基层厚度为0.6-12mm,顶面保护层厚度为0.1-0.5mm,吸附材料容置室的高度小于10mm。
本发明的有益效果为:采用HIPS高抗冲聚苯乙烯制成的冰箱板的基础板体,具有易加工成型、抗静电、抗菌、耐腐蚀、耐寒和阻燃的优点,且HIPS板体可加工成光洁、花纹或哑光板体,满足不同需要通过在冰箱板的下部设置异味吸附层,提高了吸附材料与冰箱内腔的接触面积,且异味吸附层位于冰箱板下部,基本不影响冰箱内的储存空间。

以下结合附图和具体实施例进一步描述。
参考图1所示,本发明的可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,从上到下包括顶面保护层4、基层1、吸附层和底部承托层;
所述基层1为HIPS高抗冲聚苯乙烯制成的板体;顶面保护层4通过胶粘层连接基层1上表面;基层1的两侧部设有用于卡接冰箱内胆侧壁的限位槽;
吸附层包括吸附材料容置室22和异味吸附通道21;
底面承托层包括固连的底板31、侧板32,以及相互平行设置于底板31上的若干个隔板33;各侧板31分别固定连接基层1下表面的侧部,可采用焊接形式,或者底部承托层与基层同材质,一体化制作而成;隔板两两组合使得两隔板33与底板31之间形成若干个所述吸附材料容置室22,相邻吸附材料容置室22之间形成所述异味吸附通道21;各隔板33以及各异味吸附通道21的下方底板上分别设有多个吸附通孔;各吸附材料容置室中填充有活性炭。

实施例
顶面保护层采用PES 聚醚砜树脂制成。PES是高透明,高水解稳定材料,耐腐蚀性强,韧性好,自身阻燃。为了实现冰箱板的防滑,可将PES顶面保护层的上表面加工成磨砂的。
底面承托层中,各隔板33平行于一对侧板32设置。各吸附材料容置室22的两端分别设有封门221,且至少有一个封门221为可拆卸固定于底板或隔板端部。封门221可采用铰接或者卡接的形式固定于吸附材料容置室22端部的基层、底板或隔板上,方便对其中的活性炭吸附材料进行更换。
参考图2,基层1包括多个平行设置的中空内腔,各中空内腔内分别贯穿有加强筋;加强筋包括外轮廓与中空内腔轮廓相适应的加强筋笼11,加强筋笼11内填充有膨胀玻化晶珠12。加强筋笼可采用强度较好的材料制成,内部填充膨胀玻化晶珠后,能够使得冰箱板的整体平面耐冲击性更好,承重能力更强。
参考图3,基层内的中空内腔为圆柱形,所述加强筋笼由多个同轴设置的圆形加强筋圈和加强筋柱固接组成,圆形加强筋圈的直径等于中空内腔的直径,各加强筋柱顺次估计所有圆形加强筋圈。此外,参考图4,中空内腔也可以是其它形状,如正多边形柱体,相应的加强筋圈也为正多边形。

1.一种可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,其特征是,从上到下包括顶面保护层、基层、吸附层和底部承托层;
所述基层为HIPS高抗冲聚苯乙烯制成的板体;顶面保护层通过胶粘层连接基层上表面;基层包括多个平行设置的中空内腔,各中空内腔内分别贯穿有加强筋;加强筋包括外轮廓与中空内腔轮廓相适应的加强筋笼,加强筋笼内填充有膨胀玻化晶珠;
吸附层包括吸附材料容置室和异味吸附通道;
底面承托层包括固连的底板、侧板,以及相互平行设置于底板上的若干个隔板,且各隔板平行于一对侧板设置;各侧板分别固定连接基层下表面的侧部;隔板两两组合使得两隔板与底板之间形成若干个所述吸附材料容置室,相邻吸附材料容置室之间形成所述异味吸附通道;各隔板以及各异味吸附通道的下方底板上分别设有多个吸附通孔;各吸附材料容置室中填充有活性炭;
各吸附材料容置室的两端分别设有封门,且至少有一个封门为可拆卸固定于底板或隔板端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,其特征是,顶面保护层采用PES 聚醚砜树脂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,其特征是,基层内的中空内腔为圆柱形,所述加强筋笼由多个同轴设置的圆形加强筋圈和加强筋柱固接组成,圆形加强筋圈的直径等于中空内腔的直径,各加强筋柱顺次固接所有圆形加强筋圈。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可吸附异味的冰箱内胆中的隔板,其特征是,基层厚度为0.6-12mm,顶面保护层厚度为0.1-0.5mm,吸附材料容置室的高度小于10mm。
