本发明属于中医药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物及制作工艺。
背景技术
妇科疾病对女性的伤害相当大，尤其是婚后，像流产、生育、月经等阶段，是妇科疾病高发期，给个人身心健康、生育、夫妻关系以及工作学习等方面带来一系列痛苦和烦恼，经济上也带来了压力，令患者有苦难言。可以说，妇科疾病已经成为现在家庭幸福的头号敌人之一。女性的生理特点决定了女性朋友更容易感染各种妇科疾病的困扰，妇科疾病正不断的侵噬着广大妇女的健康，有些妇女甚至终身受疾病的折磨，给家庭生活和身心健康带来极大影响。目前，妇科疾病的治疗大多数为内服药物，对人体器官或多或少会造成伤害。在这样的情况下，发明一种可外用的中药配方，会让更多的人受益。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物的制作工艺。
为实现上述第一个目的，本发明采用以下内容：
一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，所述热敷中药组合物由以下各原料中药材组成：甘草15-30g、当归20-40g、淮山30-50g、红花10-25g、黄芪5-25g、附子10-30g、夏枯草5-20g、蒲公英20-40g、苍耳子15-30g、兰花参10-25g、柴胡5-20g、益母草20-40g、葛根20-40g、小黄姜20-40g、枳实5-20g、细辛5-20g、鸡血藤25-40g、莪术15-30g、陈皮10-25g、赤芍15-30g、厚朴10-30g。
优选地，所述热敷中药组合物由以下各原料组成：甘草15-25g、当归20-30g、淮山40-50g、红花15-25g、黄芪5-20g、附子15-25g、夏枯草5-15g、蒲公英20-30g、苍耳子15-25g、兰花参10-20g、柴胡10-20g、益母草20-35g、葛根20-30g、小黄姜25-35g、枳实5-15g、细辛5-15g、鸡血藤30-40g、莪术20-30g、陈皮15-25g、赤芍15-25g、厚朴20-30g。
前述的各原料中药材的份数均以干料计。进一步地，所述各原料中药材的含水率为6％-12％，优选为8％。
本发明中，上述含水量的计算公式为：含水量(重量％)＝(原材料重-烘干后原材料重)/烘干后原材料重×100％。在烘干过程中，应注意不可将原料药过于烘干，因为在使用的过程中有一个加热的过程，原料药含水量过低，有可能导致自燃，而含水量过高不利于粉碎。
进一步地，所述各原料中药材的细度为60-100目。各原料中药材不宜粉碎过细。粉碎过细会有大量的药材细胞破裂，导致很多成分变质，或者在空气中氧化。而且粉碎过细，粉碎过程中的温度也不好把握。尤其是对一些解表药的粉碎，粉碎过程中温度过高可能会失掉一些药用成分。
为实现上述第二个目的，本发明采用以下内容：
上述可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物的制作工艺，包括步骤：将各原料中药材进行烘干至含水率为6％-12％，然后按照配比进行混合，粉碎至细度在60-100目之间，得到可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物。
粉碎可以采用任意粉碎机器，包括但不限于中药材粉碎机。
本发明的热敷中药组合物是采用体外热敷的方法。将制好的热敷中药组合物装入棉布做成的口袋中，置于人体肚脐部位，利用一定的热源，例如热水袋、电吹风、电热毯等，将药物通过肚脐眼渗透到人体各个穴位，，将人体调理至正常状态，达到调理妇科疾病的效果。使用时，温度控制在35-550℃。温度过低，发挥不了药效；温度过高，会使部分中药分子分解，降低疗效，并可能会烫伤皮肤。时间控制在30-40分钟，效果最佳。
本发明具有以下优点：
1、本发明的热敷中药组合物由21种中药材按照一定比例组成，制作方法简单，使用方便，经济、高效，制备过程中没有任何的煎煮过程也不添加任何辅料，最大程度的保留了各个药材的药用功效。
2、本发明的热敷中药组合物组方独特、疗效显著，经过该组方的独特配伍，原料药中的各药物不但能够发挥原来药物的功效，同时经过组合后其疗效能更进一步加强，对月经不调、月经紊乱、月经前胸胀、小腹下垂感疼痛、痛经、月经量少、盆腔炎、盆腔积液、阴道炎、附件炎、宫颈炎等妇科疾病治疗的作用优于现有药物。

实施例4
一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，所述热敷中药组合物由以下各原料中药材组成：甘草20g、当归25g、淮山45g、红花20g、黄芪15g、附子20g、夏枯草10g、蒲公英25g、苍耳子20g、兰花参15g、柴胡15g、益母草25g、葛根25g、小黄姜30g、枳实10g、细辛10g、鸡血藤35、莪术25g、陈皮20g、赤芍20g、厚朴25g。

临床应用试验
试验对象：选择100名慢性妇科炎症患，分成2组，每组各有轻度25人、中度15人、重度10人。
治疗方法：第一组患者热敷实施例1的热敷中药组合物，第二组患者热敷实施例4的热敷中药组合物。每天外敷一次，连续外敷三十天，之后进行TCT复查。
实验结果：第一组中，轻度治愈人数20人，中度治愈人数10人，重度治愈人数5人。可见，第一组的热敷中药组合物用于治疗慢性妇科炎症时，治愈率可达70％，轻度患者治愈率可达80％。同时，经过半年的观察，复发人数仅为4人，复发率为8％。第二组中，轻度治愈人数22人，中度治愈人数12人，重度治愈人数7人。可见，第二组的热敷中药组合物用于治疗慢性妇科炎症时，治愈率可达78％，轻度患者治愈率可达88％。同时，经过半年的观察，复发人数仅为3人，复发率为6％。
其他临床应用实例
1、张某：女，38岁，月经不调，伴有阴道炎，使用实施例1的热敷中药组合物调理，调理10天后好转，30天治愈。
2、余某：女，41岁，子宫肌瘤，使用实施例2的热敷中药组合物调理，调理15天后好转，30天后减轻，60天后基本治愈，86天后痊愈。
3、谢某：女，23岁，痛经，使用实施例3的热敷中药组合物调理，在经前7天开始调理，痛经症状有所减轻，第二次在经前10天开始调理，痛经症状明显好转，第三次在上次月经干净后开始调理，痛经症状消失。
4、鲁某：女，55岁，宫颈糜烂，使用实施例4的热敷中药组合物调理，调理45天后痊愈，久违的月经又返回了。
5、戚某：女，34岁，附件炎，使用实施例4的热敷中药组合物调理，调理20天后痊愈，连续调理三个月后，实现了多年的梦想，可以做母亲了。
本发明的热敷中药组合物的制备工艺简单，质量稳定可控，治疗成本低廉，药源广泛，可适用多种妇科疾病，包括各种痛经、月经不调、阴道炎、宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂，纳氏囊肿、宫颈肥大，宫颈息肉、盆腔炎、盆腔积液、阴道炎、附件炎、宫颈炎、肚子痛、痛经、胸胀、宫寒等，具有广阔的应用前景。
显然，本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例，而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定，对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动，这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举，凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

1.一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述热敷中药组合物由以下各原料中药材组成：甘草15-30g、当归20-40g、淮山30-50g、红花10-25g、黄芪5-25g、附子10-30g、夏枯草5-20g、蒲公英20-40g、苍耳子15-30g、兰花参10-25g、柴胡5-20g、益母草20-40g、葛根20-40g、小黄姜20-40g、枳实5-20g、细辛5-20g、鸡血藤25-40g、莪术15-30g、陈皮10-25g、赤芍15-30g、厚朴10-30g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述热敷中药组合物由以下各原料组成：甘草15-25g、当归20-30g、淮山40-50g、红花15-25g、黄芪5-20g、附子15-25g、夏枯草5-15g、蒲公英20-30g、苍耳子15-25g、兰花参10-20g、柴胡10-20g、益母草20-35g、葛根20-30g、小黄姜25-35g、枳实5-15g、细辛5-15g、鸡血藤30-40g、莪术20-30g、陈皮15-25g、赤芍15-25g、厚朴20-30g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述各原料中药材的含水率为6％-12％。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述各原料中药材的含水率为8％。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物，其特征在于，所述各原料中药材的细度为60-100目。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物的制作工艺，其特征在于，所述制作工艺包括步骤：将各原料中药材进行烘干至含水率为6％-12％，然后按照配比进行混合，粉碎至细度在60-100目之间，得到可调理妇科疾病的热敷中药组合物。
