本发明涉及临床外科手术仪器领域,提供一种激光光纤手持装置,包括机身和顶盖,所述机身包括主体、外壳、固定螺母,外壳经固定螺母与主体连接,所述主体内部设有内腔,主体一端设有三爪和推进弹簧,推进弹簧位于三爪外部,另一端与顶盖连接,所述顶盖设有固定弹簧、推杆,推杆设有错位孔。该发明能够解决光纤抓持不便,无专用装置的问题,使得激光光纤能够灵活自如的运用于各种临床手术,极大的拓宽了激光在临床的应用范围,开放手术及腹腔镜手术中均可应用。

一种激光光纤手持装置
技术领域
本发明涉及临床外科手术仪器领域,尤其涉及一种激光光纤手持装置。
背景技术
激光技术被誉为20世纪重要科技发明之一。已被广泛用于工业生产、通讯、信息处理、军事、文化教育、科研、以及医疗卫生领域等。尤其在医疗领域,激光器的应用日渐普及。眼科、外科、内科、妇科、耳鼻喉科、心血管科、皮肤科等等,均已成为激光医疗器械应用领域。具有肌肉组织创伤小,手术迅速止血、出血少,术后伤口愈合更快,病人痛苦小,可以治疗传统方法无法解决的病症。符合微创、无创的医学发展方向。但由于激光成本较高,光纤纤细,抓持不便,仅用于输尿管镜、电切镜等官腔器械内,无专用夹持装置,限制了其在临床的应用范围。
发明内容
为了克服现有激光光纤在临床应用范围受限的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种激光光纤手持装置,该装置不仅能够解决光纤抓持不便,无专用装置的问题,还能极大的拓宽激光在临床的应用范围。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种激光光纤手持装置,包括机身和顶盖,所述机身包括主体、外壳、固定螺母,外壳经固定螺母与主体连接,所述主体内部设有内腔,主体一端设有三爪和推进弹簧,推进弹簧位于三爪外部,另一端与顶盖连接,所述顶盖设有固定弹簧、推杆,推杆设有错位孔。
使用时向固定弹簧方向推动推杆,使错位孔与内腔同心,向三爪方向推动推杆,使顶盖推动主体向三爪方向移动,推进弹簧压缩,三爪随主体推进,脱离推进弹簧内部,随之张开,使激光光纤能够通过,然后插入激光光纤,使之通过内腔穿入,激光光纤在外壳的三爪方向露出,调整光纤露出部分的长度使之符合使用长度。
向顶盖方向松开推杆,使主体向顶盖方向移动,三爪进入推进弹簧,固定激光光纤一端,向固定弹簧相反方向松开推杆,固定弹簧复位,使错位孔与内腔错位,固定激光光纤另一端。
本发明的有益效果是:该装置能够解决光纤抓持不便,无专用装置的问题,使得激光光纤能够灵活自如的运用于各种临床手术,极大的拓宽了激光在临床的应用范围,开放手术及腹腔镜手术中均可应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,一种激光光纤手持装置,包括机身11和顶盖7,所述机身11包括主体9、外壳2、固定螺母3,外壳2经固定螺母3与主9体连接,所述主体9内部设有内腔8,主体9一端设有三爪10和推进弹簧1,推进弹簧1位于三爪10外部,另一端与顶盖7连接,所述顶盖7设有固定弹簧6、推杆5,推杆5设有错位孔4。
使用时,向固定弹簧6方向推动推杆5,使错位孔4与内腔8同心,向三爪10方向推动推杆5,使顶盖7推动主体9向三爪10方向移动,推进弹簧1压缩,三爪10随主体9推进,脱离推进弹簧1内部,随之张开,使激光光纤能够通过,然后插入激光光纤,使之通过内腔8穿入,激光光纤在外壳2的三爪10方向露出,调整光纤露出部分的长度使之符合使用长度。
向顶盖7方向松开推杆5,使主体9向顶盖7方向移动,三爪10进入推进弹簧1内部,固定激光光纤一端,向固定弹簧6相反方向松开推杆5,固定弹簧6复位,使错位孔4与内腔8错位,固定激光光纤另一端。
