An improved liquid outlet device comprises a teapot and a liquid outlet device, wherein the liquid outlet device comprises a base and a switch device; the base is provided with a table top and a cavity which is positioned below the table top and used for tea sea to enter and exit, the table top is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the table top and is communicated with the cavity, the outer side wall of the tea making pot is propped against the upper opening edge of the through hole, and the liquid outlet is stretched into the through hole; the top surface of the table top is provided with a sinking groove, one end of the sinking groove is communicated with the through hole, and the other end of the sinking groove penetrates through the side wall of the base; the switch device comprises a liquid receiving part suspended in the through hole and positioned below the liquid outlet and a pressing part crossing the sinking groove and extending out of the base, and the liquid receiving part and the pressing part are kept in a stable state by taking the sinking groove as a fulcrum; a propping part and a liquid outlet through hole are arranged in the liquid receiving part; with the adoption of the structure, the liquid outlet device does not need to be provided with the supporting part for supporting the switch device, and the liquid is directly guided into the tea sea by the switch device during liquid outlet, so that the liquid is prevented from flowing through the base to pollute the base, and the liquid outlet device is convenient to clean.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a tea set, in particular to an improved liquid outlet device.
Background
In the traditional tea making process, when tea is poured, the whole tea making kettle is taken up by hands to incline so that the tea in the kettle flows out, and the tea making device is inconvenient to operate, easy to scald and has an effect on sanitation.
The existing liquid outlet device comprises a tea making pot and a liquid outlet device, wherein the tea making pot is arranged on the liquid outlet device; the bottom of the tea making pot is provided with a liquid outlet, a filter screen positioned above the liquid outlet and a switch valve capable of movably sealing the liquid outlet; the liquid outlet device comprises a base for erecting a teapot and a switch device for controlling the switch valve to open and close, wherein the base is provided with a bearing part for accommodating and supporting the switch device, the bearing part is provided with a through hole for communicating with the tea sea, and the switch device is provided with a control rod extending out of the base, so that the switch device is supported by the base; when the tea making pot goes out liquid, liquid flows through the switching device from the liquid outlet and flows to the bearing part of the base, finally flows to the tea sea from the through hole on the bearing seat, and the liquid passes through the switching device and the base, so that the switching device and the base are required to be cleaned frequently, but the base is heavy and inconvenient to clean, so that the use is inconvenient.
In view of the above, the present inventors have developed and designed the present invention by intensively conceived against many defects and inconveniences caused by the imperfect structural design of the liquid outlet device, and actively studied and improved attempts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an improved liquid outlet device which is simpler in structure, convenient to operate and clean.
In order to achieve the above object, the solution of the present invention is:
an improved liquid outlet device comprises a teapot and a liquid outlet device;
the tea making kettle comprises a liquid outlet formed at the bottom of the tea making kettle, a filter screen arranged above the liquid outlet and a switch valve capable of movably sealing the liquid outlet;
the liquid outlet device comprises a base capable of erecting a teapot and a switch device for controlling the switch valve to open and close; the base is provided with a table top for erecting a teapot and a cavity which is positioned below the table top and used for allowing tea to enter and exit, the table top is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the table top and is communicated with the cavity, the outer side wall of the teapot is propped against the upper opening edge of the through hole, and the liquid outlet is arranged in the through hole in a stretching mode; the top surface of the table top is provided with a sinking groove, one end of the sinking groove is communicated with the through hole, and the other end of the sinking groove penetrates through the side wall of the base; the switch device comprises a liquid receiving part suspended in the through hole and positioned below the liquid outlet, and a pressing part crossing the sink groove and extending out of the base, wherein the liquid receiving part and the pressing part keep a stable state by taking the sink groove as a fulcrum; the liquid receiving part is internally provided with a propping part for propping up the switch valve and a liquid outlet through hole communicated with the tea sea.
The bottom surface of the sinking groove is a horizontal surface.
The pressing part is provided with a transverse part which spans the sinking groove and a vertical part which extends downwards from the transverse part and depends on the outer side of the sinking groove.
The distance between the propping part and the pressing part is larger than the distance between the liquid outlet through hole and the pressing part.
The sinking groove is provided with a vertical groove at the outer side of the leaning table surface, the inner side of the vertical part is hidden in the vertical groove, and the outer side of the vertical part is exposed out of the vertical groove.
The transverse part of the pressing part is provided with an extension block which is convexly arranged upwards and can be attached to the side wall of the tea making pot.
The outer ring of the liquid receiving part is sleeved on the outer ring of the liquid outlet.
The through holes are round holes, and the liquid receiving part is bowl-shaped.
After the structure is adopted, the liquid outlet device divides the switch device into the liquid receiving part suspended in the through hole and the pressing part connected with the liquid receiving part and extending to the outside of the base, wherein the liquid receiving part and the pressing part are kept in a stable state by taking the sinking groove as a fulcrum, namely the liquid receiving part and the pressing part are supported on the base by taking the sinking groove as a fulcrum, the tea making kettle is arranged above the through hole, the liquid receiving part is sleeved on the outer ring of the liquid outlet and the top of the liquid receiving part is not propped against the switch valve, and the liquid outlet device is not discharged; when the tea is made in the tea making kettle, the tea and the boiled water are placed in the tea making kettle, after the tea is soaked for a certain time, the pressing part can be pressed, the liquid receiving part is tilted upwards, the top of the liquid receiving part is propped against the switch valve, the liquid outlet is conducted, the tea water can flow out from the tea making kettle, flows through the liquid receiving part and flows into the tea sea from the liquid outlet through hole, and the tea making process is completed once; according to the liquid outlet device, the supporting part for supporting the switch device is not required to be arranged on the base, and the switch device is directly used for guiding liquid into the tea sea during liquid outlet, so that the liquid is prevented from flowing through the base to pollute the base, and the cleaning is convenient; and the structure is more succinct, convenient operation.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses an improved liquid outlet device, which comprises a teapot 1 and a liquid outlet device 2; the tea making kettle 1 comprises a liquid outlet 11 formed at the bottom of the tea making kettle 1, a filter screen 12 arranged above the liquid outlet 11 and a switch valve 13 capable of movably sealing the liquid outlet 11; the liquid outlet device 2 comprises a base 21 on which the teapot 1 can be arranged and a switch device 22 for controlling the switch valve 13 to open and close; the base 21 is provided with a table top 211 for erecting the teapot 1 and a cavity 212 which is positioned below the table top 211 and is used for allowing the tea sea 10 to enter and exit, the table top 211 is provided with a through hole 213 which penetrates through the table top 211 up and down and is communicated with the cavity 212, the outer side wall of the teapot 1 is propped against the upper opening edge of the through hole 213, and the liquid outlet 11 is stretched into the through hole 213; the top surface of the table 211 is provided with a sinking groove 214, one end of the sinking groove 214 is communicated with the through hole 213, and the other end of the sinking groove penetrates through the side wall of the base 21; the switch device 22 includes a liquid receiving portion 221 suspended in the through hole 213 and located below the liquid outlet 11, and a pressing portion 222 extending outside the outer base 21 and crossing the sink 214, wherein the liquid receiving portion 221 and the pressing portion 222 keep a stable state with the sink 214 as a fulcrum; the liquid receiving part 221 is provided with a propping part 223 for propping up the switch valve 13 and a liquid outlet through hole 224 for communicating with the tea sea 10.
The liquid outlet device of the invention divides the switch device 22 into a liquid receiving part 221 suspended in the through hole 213 and a pressing part 222 connected with the liquid receiving part 221 and extending to the outside of the base 21, wherein the liquid receiving part 221 and the pressing part 222 are kept in a stable state by taking the sink 214 as a fulcrum, namely the liquid receiving part 221 and the pressing part 222 are supported on the base 21 by taking the sink 214 as a fulcrum, the tea making pot 1 is erected above the through hole 213, the tea making pot 1 is not contacted with the liquid receiving part 221 of the switch device 13, the liquid receiving part 221 is sleeved on the outer ring of the liquid outlet 11, the abutting part 223 is not propped against the switch valve 13, and the liquid outlet device is not discharged; when the tea is brewed by the liquid outlet device, tea and boiled water are firstly placed in the tea making pot 1, after the tea is soaked for a certain time, the pressing part 222 can be pressed, the liquid receiving part 221 is tilted upwards, the propping part 223 pushes the switch valve 13 and conducts the liquid outlet 11, and the tea water can flow out of the tea making pot 1, flows through the liquid receiving part 221 and flows into the tea sea 10 from the liquid outlet through hole 224, thus completing a tea making process; the liquid outlet device does not need to arrange a supporting part for supporting the switch device 22 on the base 21, and the liquid is directly guided into the tea sea 10 by the switch device 22 when being discharged, so that the pollution of the base 21 caused by the liquid flowing through the base 21 is avoided; and the structure is more succinct, convenient operation.
The bottom surface of the sinking groove 214 is a horizontal surface; the portion of the pressing portion 222 crossing the sink 214 is a straight rod, and the joint surface of the pressing portion 222 and the sink 214 is a plane, so that the pressing portion 222 is conveniently pressed.
The pressing part 222 of the present invention has a transverse part 225 crossing the sink 214 and a vertical part 226 extending downward from the transverse part 225 and resting on the outside of the sink 214; when the liquid is discharged by pressing, the vertical part 226 can be pressed to link the horizontal part 225 so as to drive the liquid receiving part 221 to move upwards, and a pushing component capable of pushing the vertical part 226 can be arranged on the tea sea 10, so that the pushing component on the tea sea 10 can be used for pushing the vertical part 226, the pressing part 226 can be prevented from being pressed manually, and the use is more convenient; and when the liquid receiving part 221 is inclined downwards, the vertical part 226 can be hooked on the outer side of the sinking groove 214, so that the downward inclination force of the liquid receiving part 221 can be prevented.
The distance between the abutting part 223 and the pressing part 222 is larger than the distance between the liquid outlet through hole 224 and the pressing part 222; the liquid outlet through holes 224 are relatively close to the outer side, so that when the tea sea 10 is placed in the cavity 212, the liquid outlet through holes 224 can be aligned more conveniently, and liquid is prevented from flowing out of the tea sea 10; moreover, the existing tea 10 is generally provided with the water outlet channel 101 which is used for pouring tea water and extends obliquely upwards, the water outlet channel 101 of the tea 10 can be used for propping the liquid outlet part 221 to enable the propping part 223 to prop against the switch valve 13 for water outlet, in specific operation, the tea 10 is pushed into the cavity 212, the water outlet channel 101 is kept inwards, the end part of the water outlet channel 101 props against the bottom surface of the liquid outlet part 221, the water outlet channel can prop against the liquid outlet part 221 upwards to prop against the switch valve 13 for liquid outlet, the liquid outlet through hole 224 is relatively close to the outer side, and the liquid outlet through hole 224 can be kept in the water outlet channel 101 or the tea 10 to avoid the outside of the tea water channel tea 10.
The sinking groove 214 is provided with a vertical groove 215 at the outer side of the leaning table 211, the inner side of the vertical part 226 is hidden in the vertical groove 215, and the outer side is exposed out of the vertical groove 215.
The transverse part 225 of the pressing part 222 is provided with an extending block 227 which is upwards protruded and can be abutted against the side wall of the tea making kettle 1; when the teapot 1 discharges liquid, the liquid flows to the liquid receiving part 221, the weight of the liquid receiving part 221 is increased, when the external force on the pressing part 222 is removed, the weight of the liquid receiving part 221 is larger than that of the pressing part 222, the liquid receiving part 221 can incline downwards, the extending block 227 is attached to the side wall of the teapot 1, the liquid receiving part 221 can be prevented from excessively inclining downwards, and the liquid receiving part 221 is prevented from falling into the tea sea 10 from the through hole 213.
The outer ring of the liquid receiving part 221 is sleeved on the outer ring of the liquid outlet 11; the liquid can be ensured to flow from the liquid outlet 11 to the liquid receiving part 221, the liquid is prevented from leaking onto the base 21, and the base 21 is ensured to be clean.
According to the invention, the through hole 213 is a circular hole, the liquid receiving part 221 is bowl-shaped, and the liquid receiving part 221 is matched with the through hole 213, so that the structure is more compact and simpler; the through hole 213 and the liquid receiving portion 221 may have a square shape or other shapes, so long as they can be mutually matched.
