Abstract
The invention provides a voice call method and a terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the monitoring terminal is switched from the VOLTE network to the non-VOLTE network in the call process; and transmitting the voice service information by using the appointed load bearing on the network, or reselecting the load bearing to transmit the voice service information when the monitoring load bearing is changed. The invention can ensure the conversation safety of the VOLTE terminal, namely, the conversation quality is ensured without dropping the conversation after the VOLTE network is switched to the non-VOLTE network.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and a terminal for voice call.
Background
With the development of an LTE (Long Term Evolution ) network, there are the following main voice solutions in the LTE network: CSFB (CSFallback), single card dual standby, and VOLTE (IMS (IP multimedia Subsystem) based voice service), where VOLTE is the true voice solution for LTE networks. Whether a network supports VOLTE or not is informed to the terminal through network signaling, and if not, the terminal cannot carry out VOLTE service in the network.
Therefore, when a VOLTE voice call is performed in a network supporting the VOLTE function, and a new network of a different TA (Tracking area) that does not support the VOLTE function comes in, and the terminal acquires that the support capability of the network is that VOLTE is not supported, the terminal may directly disconnect the voice call link with the network, or keep the link but cannot guarantee the voice service, such as no voice or poor call quality. In addition, if cell switching occurs during the course of initiating or hanging up the VOLTE call by the terminal, the terminal transmits signaling on the original cell, and when the network responds, the terminal has already reached the new cell, and the signaling cannot be received and needs to be retransmitted, resulting in call delay.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a voice call method and a terminal so as to ensure the call security of a VOLTE terminal.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a method for voice call, comprising:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1, a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a network monitoring module, a load monitoring module and a call processing module, wherein,
and the network monitoring module is used for monitoring whether the terminal is switched from the VOLTE network to the non-VOLTE network in the call process, and mainly detecting whether the terminal moves to a non-VOLTE cell or not and whether the voice call has risks or not.
The load monitoring module comprises: a loading list updating submodule and a loading change monitoring submodule, which mainly determine how to guarantee the voice call by the terminal by analyzing the loading state after the network change, wherein,
and the loading list updating submodule is used for monitoring the loading between the terminal and the network, including the loading establishment/modification/deletion, extracting the corresponding loading information and updating the corresponding loading information in the loading list in time according to a certain priority. The bearer information includes a bearer ID and bearer parameters such as a QoS Class Identifier (QCI) and a Traffic Flow Template (TFT) corresponding to the bearer ID. The special bearer is included in front of the special bearer according to a certain priority, and the default bearer is behind the special bearer; GBR (Guaranteed Bit Rate) bearers are in front and non-GBR bearers are in back; voice related bearers are in front, non-voice related bearers are in back, etc.
And the bearing change monitoring submodule is used for monitoring whether the bearing changes after the network changes.
VOLTE traffic is essentially a special data traffic that needs to be transmitted on dedicated bearers. For a non-VOLTE network, whether the dedicated bearer currently used can be continuously provided to the terminal is not explicitly specified in the current protocol, so after the network state changes, how to continue the call depends on whether the dedicated bearer still exists, and after TAU (Tracking area update) is performed, whether the corresponding bearer changes or not is notified to the other side through the EBI cell in the tauequest (TAU request) and TAU Accept (TAU receive) signaling by the terminal and the network.
The call processing module comprises a bearer selection sub-module and a call keeping sub-module, and is used for determining how to ensure call safety according to the specific state of the network, and is used for transmitting voice service information by using an appointed bearer on a new network, or reselecting the bearer or applying to establish the bearer for transmitting the voice service information when the bearer monitoring module monitors that the bearer changes, and when the bearer monitoring module monitors that the bearer does not change, continuing to keep the voice call on the original bearer.
For example, when the network informs the terminal through a VOPS (IMS voice over PS session indicator, IMS-based voice) cell in the TAU Accept signaling that the current network does not support the VOLTE function, and a dedicated bearer used by the VOLTE is also released, the bearer needs to be reselected and voice service information needs to be transmitted on the selected bearer. If the corresponding dedicated bearer still exists, the call is guaranteed to continue rather than being dropped or silent.
And the load selection submodule reselects load, including searching the current load state in the load list, selecting the optimal load and negotiating with the network to request resources, and determining whether the load can ensure the terminal voice call according to the network condition. If so, the terminal transmits the voice service information on the bearer, otherwise, the terminal requests the resource on the second-best bearer. If no available bearer can be found, the network is requested to establish a dedicated bearer to guarantee the call. If the bearing can not be established, hanging up the call and giving prompt information.
In a preferred embodiment, after the bearer monitoring module monitors that the bearer changes, the call processing module further includes: and expanding the voice data of the terminal into a universal attribute.
Since which bearer is used for network data transmission needs to be filtered by the TFT filter, and a certain data can be transmitted on a specific bearer and must meet the TFT parameter requirement of the bearer, if it is guaranteed that voice data can be transmitted on the selected bearer, it is necessary to guarantee that the data can pass the TFT parameter of the selected bearer, and in this case, a general TFT attribute will be given to the voice data.
The bearer selection further includes that when the original bearer of the terminal disappears, the call holding submodule establishes a dedicated bearer, including: a terminal requests a network to allocate resources, after receiving the terminal request, the network determines whether a dedicated bearer which can be used for VOLTE can be allocated to the terminal according to the network condition, and if so, a dedicated bearer establishment flow is started; otherwise, the network does not respond to the terminal or responds to the rejection instruction. If the terminal does not receive the information or receives the rejection instruction within a certain time, hanging up the call, or searching the bearing state in the bearing list, and selecting the bearing request resource according to the priority order to transmit the voice service information.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a voice call method according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the following steps:
and step 11, the terminal monitors that the VOLTE network is switched to a non-VOLTE network in the call process.
And step 12, transmitting the voice service information by using the appointed load on the network, or reselecting the load to transmit the voice service information when the monitoring load changes.
Before the terminal reselects the bearer to transmit the voice service information, the method may further include: the terminal voice data is extended to generic attributes with the capability of transmission over all bearers.
In this embodiment, when the terminal and the network establish a link, a plurality of bearers are established, and the terminal monitors network bearer update information, and if bearer establishment/modification/deletion is performed, information corresponding to the bearers is extracted and updated in the bearer list in time according to a certain priority. The bearer information includes bearer ID and corresponding bearer parameters such as QCI and TFT. The bearers include dedicated bearers and default bearers, different QCIs, and the TFT parameters mark the types of services that the bearer can undertake.
The special bearer is included in front of the special bearer according to a certain priority, and the default bearer is behind the special bearer; GBR bearers are in front and non-GBR bearers are in back; voice related bearers are in front, non-voice related bearers are in back, etc.
When a terminal enters a new cell, and when a TAI (Tracking Area Identity) of the cell is not in the terminal TAI list, the terminal initiates a normal TAU (Tracking Area update) flow. And informing the terminal whether the current network state supports VOLTE (voice over internet protocol) or not through TAU accept signaling, namely informing the terminal whether the current network state supports VOPS (1 is supported and 0 is not supported). The network change monitoring in an embodiment comprises the steps of:
step S101: the VOLTE terminal starts VOLTE voice call and is in motion;
step S102: the VOLTE terminal starts to monitor whether the terminal moves to cells of different TAs, if so, step 103 is carried out, otherwise, no action is carried out;
step S103: extracting whether the network changes parameters, such as VOPS cell values in TAU Accept signaling;
step S104: and judging whether the current network supports VOLTE (voice over long term evolution) or not through the network state change parameters (such as VOPS values), if so, not doing actions, and otherwise, starting a guarantee voice call flow.
The terminal network change includes, but is not limited to, whether the terminal has a TAU procedure and whether the corresponding network parameter has a change. The network parameters include, but are not limited to, VOPS cell values in TAU Accept signaling.
A specific example is described below as to how to monitor a procedure of whether a network EPS bearer changes after a wireless terminal moves from a cell supporting VOLTE to a cell not supporting VOLTE and in a different TA, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S201: if the network change module monitors that the network changes, a bearing change monitoring process is started;
step S202: extracting a bearing state reported by a terminal;
step S203: extracting a network to inform the bearing state of the terminal;
step S204: and comparing whether the load changes, if so, entering a load updating process, and otherwise, entering a conversation ensuring module.
The bearer state reported by the terminal includes an EBI (EPS bearer context information element, EPS (evolved packet system) bearer state cell value) EBI1 in the TAU Request signaling, the bearer state issued by the network includes an EBI2 in the TAU Accept signaling, and the comparison of whether the bearer changes, that is, the comparison of whether the EBI1 and the EBI2 change, for example, whether the transfer required by the voice call is released, determines to continue to maintain the call scheme.
The following describes a procedure for ensuring normal communication after a wireless terminal moves from a cell supporting VOLTE to a cell not supporting VOLTE and in different TAs by using a specific example, and the procedure includes the following steps:
step S401: the terminal starts VOLTE voice call;
step S402: monitoring whether the network state changes, if not, repeating the step S402, and if so, entering the step S403;
step S403: monitoring whether the bearing state changes, if so, entering a step S404, and if not, entering a step S405;
step S404: the call is not dropped on the original bearer, and the call quality is ensured;
step S405: searching the current network load and sequencing the priority according to a certain rule;
step S406: and selecting the optimal load and negotiating with the network to confirm whether the voice call can be ensured. If yes, the process proceeds to step S408, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S407.
Step S407: selecting a second bearer and negotiating with the network to determine whether the voice call can be guaranteed, if so, entering step S408; otherwise, the process proceeds to step S409.
Step S408: carrying out voice information transmission on the selected bearer and continuously keeping the conversation;
step S409: requesting whether the network can establish a special bearer, if so, establishing the special bearer and keeping a call on the bearer; otherwise, hanging up the phone and making corresponding prompt.
The embodiment of the invention determines whether to reestablish the special bearer or continue to keep the call according to whether the network bearer changes, and can also consider that the default bearer exists in a new cell and ensure the continuation of the VOLTE call of the terminal on the default bearer.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the above methods may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a program, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, and the like. Alternatively, all or part of the steps of the above embodiments may be implemented using one or more integrated circuits. Accordingly, each module/unit in the above embodiments may be implemented in the form of hardware, and may also be implemented in the form of a software functional module. The present invention is not limited to any specific form of combination of hardware and software.

searching the state of the load in the load list, and selecting load request resources according to the priority order to transmit voice service information; if the available bearer can not be found, requesting to establish a special bearer to transmit voice service information; or
Directly requesting to establish a dedicated bearer for the transfer of voice service information.
