The invention also discloses a corresponding WIFI gateway device. By implementing the technical scheme of the invention, the mobile phone can rapidly and safely configure the WIFI gateway equipment, thereby improving the working efficiency and the application range of the WIFI gateway equipment.

the WIFI gateway device automatically generates a Service Set Identifier (SSID) and a password, wherein the password is the same as the SSID;
sending the service set identification to a smart phone terminal to be connected with the WIFI gateway equipment;
receiving a connection request of the smart phone terminal, and establishing connection with the smart phone terminal when detecting that a password input by the smart phone terminal is the SSID, wherein the client software of the smart phone terminal is communicated with the WIFI gateway device by adopting a pre-negotiated interface protocol;
receiving a modification command of client software from the smart phone terminal, and modifying the configuration parameters of the WIFI gateway equipment;
storing the modified configuration parameters;
wherein the WIFI gateway device automatically generates a Service Set Identification (SSID) in the following manner:
SSID is CT + equipment ID + random number;
an encryption mode: WPA2 PSK;
the password is SSID.
2. The method of configuring a WIFI gateway device of claim 1,
the modified configuration parameters include: at least one of a WIFI name, a WIFI password, an IP address, a broadband internet account and a password.
3. A WIFI gateway device, comprising:
