Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
In general, we will naturally consider the food and environment within the home to be safer and cleaner than the social environment. Quite unknown, families also hide many hidden dangers which are easy to neglect and affect health. The family diseases are generated in families, and various aspects such as life style, psychological state, health concept, geographical environment and the like of the whole family can be factors for spreading the family diseases. Bad life style like bacteria and bad life habit are spread faster in families, and are unconscious, so that a family behavior is easily formed. For example, parents love sweets, snacks, and children may "inherit"; it is also a common 'behavioral infectious disease' to dislike exercise, stay up all night, etc. On the other hand, some bad life styles will not "infect", but will indirectly affect others. For example, if a father smokes the cigarette, even if the wife and the child do not smoke, the father will be hurt by the second-hand smoke, and the risk of suffering lung diseases is much higher than that of the family who does not smoke the cigarette. Bad emotions of the family can be infected. The mood pervasive in a household can also unknowingly affect a person's health. For example, some parents are very urgent and children are also difficult to avoid and influenced by the parents. And the blood pressure of the impatient person is easy to be high, so children, spouses and the like can suffer from hypertension. In addition, health concepts and local customs also become the direct cause of family diseases. In contrast, genetic diseases related to genes and family history have influence only in vertical families, and most of the genetic diseases can be screened and checked through marriage examinations. But the family diseases spread laterally without a distinct "attack" on family members and are therefore more harmful. Therefore, it is essential to maintain health to improve bad habits from every member of the family.
The method for monitoring the physical sign data of the family user is based on the factors, and the influence of the family factors with correlation is fully considered in the data analysis process by tracking and counting the physical sign detection data of the family members, so that the improvement suggestions for diet, exercise and daily life habits of the family members, which are provided according to the analysis result, are more targeted and accurate.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring family user physical sign data according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including:
step 110, the server obtains the user ID of each user included in a family group list in the user management database;
specifically, in the user management database, user information and family group information, and a correspondence between a user and a family group are recorded. Wherein, the corresponding relation is recorded by a family group list mode.
The user information includes a user ID, and may further include information such as a name, a sex, an age, a occupation, a past medical history, and a lifestyle habit of the user. The home group information includes a home group ID.
The family group list records a correspondence between the user ID and the family group ID.
One user ID may correspond to a plurality of home group IDs, and similarly, one home group ID may correspond to a plurality of user IDs. However, in one family group list, the correspondence between one family group ID and a plurality of user IDs is recorded.
Step 120, obtaining user sign detection data from a user sign database according to the user ID of each user;
specifically, the user physical sign detection data has attribute information, and the attribute information includes information of a corresponding user ID and a physical sign data item. The user sign detection data also has time information for recording the test time of the sign detection data.
Further items of vital sign data may include heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation and blood viscosity; these data can be acquired by a monitoring device of the user terminal, for example, by a camera of a smart phone and a corresponding processing chip, based on the pulse wave. And may also include data such as blood glucose, weight, height, etc. that may be recorded by the user manually entering the user terminal.
Step 130, comparing and analyzing the user sign detection data of each user according to the time information, and determining a set of user sign detection data having commonalities in the same time period;
specifically, the user sign detection data of different sign data items of each user can be sorted respectively according to the time information, and a plurality of user sign detection curves are generated; then, based on different sign data items, user sign detection curves of all users under each sign data item are compared respectively, and a set of user sign detection data with commonalities in the same time period is obtained.
Step 140, generating customized suggestion information facing the family group list according to the set of the user sign detection data with commonality;
specifically, after generating customized advice information for a family group list, the customized advice information is pushed according to a user ID included in one family group list. And pushing the customized suggestion information facing the family group list to a user terminal of a user corresponding to each user ID in the family group for displaying.
The customized advice information may specifically include improvement information in terms of reasonable diet, physical exercise, lifestyle habits, etc. analyzed from the set of user sign detection data for the family member at different time periods.
Further specifically, the customized advice information is generated based on user sign detection data of each user in the family group, and may be based on single data in the same time period, for example, blood pressure data of each user in the family group on the same day is higher than a normal upper limit, and may represent that each user in the family group is in an emotional state on the same day; or may be based on data of a period of time, such as a period of three days, a week or a month, a half year, etc., for example, it is detected that the blood pressure data of each user in the family group continuously rises during the period of time, which indicates that the abnormal blood pressure changes of each user in the family group are probably caused by the same factors. Taking the above two cases as examples, the customized health message may include an abnormal prompt message of the abnormal item and an adjustment suggestion related to the abnormal item. For example, the continuous rise of blood pressure can prompt each user in the family group to light diet, pay attention to reasonable exercise and the like.
The customized advice information can be generated automatically based on the analysis data after analyzing the user sign detection data and the user information of each user in the family group through the server; or the server sends the user physical sign detection data and the user information to a user terminal of a specific user for display, and then receives the input of the specific user according to the user physical sign detection data and the user information in the family group.
And 150, the user terminal receives the customized suggestion information and displays the customized suggestion information.
Specifically, each user in the family group may receive the customized advice information through its own user terminal.
The customized advice information may specifically include text information, or may include information in which the text information is combined with one or both of chart information and trend information.
The customized advice information is displayed in a visual or audio-visual display mode. The display can be performed in a default display mode in the user terminal, or can be performed according to the requirements set by the user.
Through the process, the method for monitoring the family user sign data provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized, common sign data is determined by tracking, counting and comparing the sign data of each user in the same family, the data is analyzed, and analysis result information facing the family user is generated according to the analysis result. The influence of relevant family factors is considered in the data analysis process, so that the analysis result is more targeted and more accurate.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for adding users in the family group and a method for creating the new family group, which are introduced below.
First, a method of adding a user to a home group will be described:
if a new user is added to the existing group, the process may be as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
step 210, a first user terminal receives user registration information input by a first user;
the user registration information includes first user information and a first home ID of the first user.
Step 220, the first user terminal sends the user registration information to the server;
step 230, the server searches whether a family group list with the first family ID exists in the user management database according to the first family ID;
in step 240, when the family group list has the first family ID, the first user information is added to the family group list.
And step 250, generating error prompt information to be returned to the first user terminal for displaying when the family group list does not have the first family ID.
The user can be prompted that the family ID input by the user does not exist through the error prompt message, and the user cannot join the group.
Through the above process, a process of adding users in a family group is realized.
Next, a method for creating a new family group is described:
if a user creates a new family group while registering, the process can be as shown in fig. 3, which includes the following steps:
step 310, a first user terminal receives new family group request information input by a first user;
step 320, obtaining user registration information obtaining display data, and generating a user registration information obtaining display page;
step 330, receiving first user information and a newly-built family ID input by a first user;
step 340, the first user terminal sends the first user information and the newly-built family ID to the server;
in step 350, the server will create a new family group list according to the new family ID, and add the first user information to the family group list, and store it in the user management database.
Through the process, the process of building the family group is realized.
