Claims (11)

1. A file storage path selection method in terminal moving is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a communication request sent by a first terminal to a second terminal indicates moving by using an extension field in the communication request;
the first terminal receives a communication response sent by the second terminal, wherein the communication response comprises: the second terminal is used for storing the address of the file and the address residual space;
the first terminal displays the address of the storage file and the residual space corresponding to the address, and receives a moving file selected by a user and the storage address of the moving file;
and the first terminal judges whether the moving file is smaller than the residual space of the storage address of the moving file, and if the moving file is smaller than the residual space of the storage address of the moving file, the first terminal sends the moving file and the identifier of the storage address of the moving file to the second terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the storage address specifically comprises: mobile phone storage or SD card storage.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the first terminal determines a backup strategy according to the type of the moving file and sends the backup strategy to the second terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining, by the first terminal, the backup policy according to the type of the moving file specifically comprises:
the type of the moving file is determined according to the use frequency of the user.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining, by the first terminal, the backup policy according to the type of the moving file specifically comprises:
the first terminal displays a list of all moving files and the types of the moving files to a user and receives the selection of the type of the moving files from the user.
6. A file storage path selection device in terminal moving is characterized in that the device is configured at a first terminal, and the device comprises:
the sending unit is used for sending a communication request to a second terminal, and using an extension field in the communication request to indicate moving;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a communication response sent by the second terminal, where the communication response includes: the second terminal is used for storing the address of the file and the address residual space;
the processing unit is used for displaying the address of the storage file and the residual space corresponding to the address, and the first terminal receives a moving file selected by a user and the storage address of the moving file; and judging whether the moving file is smaller than the residual space of the storage address of the moving file, if so, sending the moving file and the identifier of the storage address of the moving file to the second terminal.

8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the processing unit is further configured to determine a backup policy according to the type of the moving file, and send the backup policy to the second terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the processing unit is specifically configured to determine the type of the moving file according to a frequency of use of a user.
10. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the processing unit is configured to display a list of all moving files and types of the moving files to a user, and receive a selection of the type of the moving file from the user.
11. A terminal characterized in that the terminal comprises the file storage path selecting device in moving of the terminal according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
