Abstract
The invention discloses a water outlet and inlet valve assembly for a water heater and the water heater, belongs to the field of water heaters and accessories thereof, and is designed for solving the problems of high processing difficulty and the like of the existing device. The water outlet and air inlet valve assembly for the water heater comprises a shell and a valve core arranged in the shell; a sleeve opening for water drainage and air intake is arranged above the shell, and an air inlet and a water outlet are arranged below the shell; the valve core comprises two spherical structures, the inner parts of the spherical structures are respectively provided with a channel, the first spherical structure is used for communicating or shutting off the air inlet passage, and the second spherical structure is used for communicating or shutting off the water outlet passage. The water heater comprises a shell, an inner container and the water outlet and inlet valve assembly, wherein the air pipe and the water outlet hole are positioned in the inner container. The water outlet and air inlet valve assembly for the water heater and the water heater are simpler to process, low in cost and good in water discharging and air inlet effects, can discharge water and air simultaneously or only supply air without discharging water, and are more convenient to use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water heaters and accessories thereof, in particular to a water outlet and air inlet valve assembly for a water heater and the water heater provided with the water outlet and air inlet valve assembly.
Background
During the use process of the water heater, scale or impurities are deposited at the bottom of the inner container, and water flow is needed to flush and discharge the sewage. However, the water pressure in the liner is reduced and the water flow speed is slowed down due to the independent drainage, and the thorough pollution discharge cannot be realized.
An automatic drainage system for a water heater comprises a drainage ball valve connected with a liner of the water heater and a liner water cut-off valve arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the liner, wherein a drain hole and an air inlet hole are formed in a ball valve core of the drainage ball valve, an air inlet hole is formed in the side wall of the ball valve, and the ball valve core is driven by a key switch to rotate to open the drainage ball valve to drain water and enable the air inlet hole to admit air. The structure has the advantages of high processing difficulty, high cost, single function and only simultaneous operation of water drainage and air intake.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a water outlet and inlet valve assembly for a water heater that is easier and less expensive to manufacture.
Another object of the invention is to provide a water heater with more thorough pollution discharge.
In order to achieve the purpose, on one hand, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an outlet and inlet valve assembly for a water heater, the valve assembly comprising a housing and a valve cartridge disposed within the housing; a sleeve opening for water and air discharging is arranged above the shell, and an air inlet and a water outlet are arranged below the shell; the valve core comprises two spherical structures, the inner parts of the spherical structures are respectively provided with a channel, the first spherical structure is used for communicating or shutting off the air inlet passage, and the second spherical structure is used for communicating or shutting off the water outlet passage.
Particularly, the air inlet channel in the first spherical structure is Y-shaped, a first port of the air inlet channel and a port of the water outlet channel in the second spherical structure are positioned on the same plane, and a second port is positioned outside the plane of the first port and the plane of the water outlet channel.
In particular, the air tube is detachably connected to the cannula port.
Particularly, a water outlet hole is formed in the opening of the sleeve or the bottom of the air pipe; the water outlet hole is communicated to the second spherical structure.
Particularly, a magnesium rod is sleeved on the outer side of the air pipe, and a clamping structure used for fixing the magnesium rod is arranged on the opening of the sleeve.

The air inlet channel in the first spherical structure is Y-shaped, so that water and air can be discharged and air can be introduced simultaneously, and only air is introduced without discharging water, so that the air inlet structure is more convenient to use and has a wider application range.
The water heater comprises the water outlet and air inlet valve assembly, air is introduced while the water heater drains water, and the water draining speed and the sewage draining are ensured to be more thorough.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The first preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment provides a water outlet and air inlet valve assembly for a water heater. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the valve assembly includes a housing 1 and a valve spool 2 disposed within the housing 1; a sleeve opening 11 for water drainage and air intake is arranged above the shell 1, and an air inlet 12 and a water outlet 13 are arranged below the shell; a hollow air pipe 3 is arranged on the sleeve opening 11; the valve core 2 comprises two spherical structures, the inner parts of the spherical structures are respectively provided with a channel, the first spherical structure 21 is used for communicating or shutting off an air inlet passage, and the second spherical structure 22 is used for communicating or shutting off a water outlet passage. The first spherical structure 21 and the second spherical structure 22 are fixedly connected (forming a gourd-shaped structure).
The valve core 2 is composed of two parts, one part is used for communicating or cutting off the air inlet passage, the other part is used for communicating or cutting off the water outlet passage, the pipeline processing on each part is simpler, the cost is low, the water and air discharging and inlet effects are good, and the application range is wide.
As shown in fig. 3, the air inlet channel 23 in the first spherical structure 21 is Y-shaped, the first port 211 of the air inlet channel 23 is located on the same plane as the port of the water outlet channel 24 in the second spherical structure 22, and the second port 212 is located outside the plane of the first port 211 and the water outlet channel 24.
Under the structure, three working states can be obtained by rotating the valve core 2: the first port 211 and the water outlet channel 24 are both in a conducting state, and air is fed and drained simultaneously; the second port 212 is in a conducting state, but the first port 211 and the water outlet channel 24 are in a blocking state, and only air is fed, but water is not discharged; the first port 211, the second port 212, and the outlet passage 24 are all in the shut-off state, in which neither air intake nor water discharge occurs. In fig. 1, the broken line shows an intake route, the solid line shows a drain route, and the directions of intake and drain are shown by arrows in the figure.
For convenient use and transportation, the air pipe 3 is detachably connected with the casing port 11. A water outlet hole 4 is formed in the sleeve opening 11 or at the bottom of the air pipe 3, and the water outlet hole 4 is communicated with the second spherical structure 22.
The magnesium rod 5 is sleeved outside the gas pipe 3, and a clamping structure for fixing the magnesium rod 5 is arranged on the sleeve opening 11. The installation mode saves the space in the inner container of the water heater, and the shell can be provided with one less hole, so the installation mode has simple processing and low cost.
An adjusting shaft 25 is arranged on the first spherical structure 21 or the second spherical structure 22. The first spherical structure 21 and the second spherical structure 22 can be driven to rotate when the adjusting shaft 25 is rotated. The regulating shaft 25 is provided with a bayonet 26, the bayonet 26 is used for being clamped and fixed on the shell 1, the valve core 2 is ensured to be stably connected with the shell 1, and the regulating shaft 25 is more stable and the rotating angle is more accurate when being rotated.
The second preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment provides a water inlet valve assembly for a water heater, which has a structure substantially the same as that of the first preferred embodiment. The valve assembly comprises a housing and a valve core arranged in the housing; a sleeve opening for water drainage and air intake is arranged above the shell, and an air inlet and a water outlet are arranged below the shell; the valve core comprises two spherical structures, the inner parts of the two spherical structures are respectively provided with a channel, the first spherical structure is used for communicating or cutting off the air inlet passage, and the second spherical structure is used for communicating or cutting off the water outlet passage.
The difference lies in that: the specific structure of the air inlet channel on the first spherical structure is not limited, and the air inlet channel can be communicated or closed when the valve core rotates to different angles; the connection relation between the first spherical structure and the second spherical structure is not limited, the structure for driving the first spherical structure and the second spherical structure to rotate is not limited, and the linkage of the first spherical structure and the second spherical structure can be realized.
The third preferred embodiment:
the preferred embodiment provides a water heater. As shown in fig. 4, the water heater comprises an outer shell 6, an inner container 7 and a water outlet and air inlet valve assembly according to the first or second preferred embodiment. The air pipe 3 and the water outlet hole 4 are positioned in the inner container 7, and the shell 1 and the valve core 2 are at least partially positioned outside the shell 6.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. An outlet and inlet valve assembly for a water heater, characterized in that the valve assembly comprises a housing (1) and a valve core (2) arranged in the housing (1); a sleeve opening (11) for water drainage and air intake is arranged above the shell (1), and an air inlet (12) and a water outlet (13) are arranged below the shell; the valve core (2) comprises two spherical structures, the inner parts of the spherical structures are respectively provided with a channel, the first spherical structure (21) is used for communicating or shutting off an air inlet passage, and the second spherical structure (22) is used for communicating or shutting off a water outlet passage;
the air inlet channel (23) in the first spherical structure (21) is Y-shaped, a first port (211) of the air inlet channel (23) and a port of the water outlet channel (24) in the second spherical structure (22) are positioned on the same plane, and a second port (212) is positioned outside the plane of the first port (211) and the water outlet channel (24); the first spherical structure (21) and the second spherical structure (22) are fixedly connected.
2. The water inlet and outlet valve assembly according to claim 1, wherein a hollow air tube (3) is provided on the sleeve opening (11), and the air tube (3) is detachably connected with the sleeve opening (11).
3. The water outlet and inlet valve assembly for a water heater according to claim 2, wherein a water outlet hole (4) is provided on the sleeve opening (11) or at the bottom of the air pipe (3); the water outlet hole (4) is communicated to the second spherical structure (22).
4. The water outlet and inlet valve assembly for the water heater according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a magnesium rod (5) is sleeved outside the air pipe (3), and a clamping structure for fixing the magnesium rod (5) is arranged on the sleeve opening (11).

The water inlet/outlet valve assembly for a water heater according to claim 1, wherein the first spherical structure (21) or the second spherical structure (22) is provided with an adjusting shaft (25), and the adjusting shaft (25) is used for driving the first spherical structure (21) and the second spherical structure (22) to rotate.
6. The water inlet and outlet valve assembly for the water heater according to claim 5, wherein the adjusting shaft (25) is provided with a bayonet (26), and the bayonet (26) is clamped on the housing (1).
7. A water heater comprising a casing (6) and a bladder (7), characterized in that it further comprises a tap and inlet valve assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the air duct (3) and the water outlet (4) being located in said bladder (7).
