The control method of the air conditioner comprises the steps of firstly setting a first threshold value and a second threshold value of dust content on a filter screen, then detecting the dust content on the filter screen by a dust detection device 100, then comparing the detected dust content with the set first threshold value, if the detected dust content is smaller than the first threshold value, enabling the air conditioner 200 to normally operate, if the detected dust content is larger than the first threshold value, comparing the detected dust content with the second threshold value, if the detected dust content is smaller than the second threshold value, correspondingly adjusting the frequency of a compressor and the rotating speed of an inner machine wind wheel, and if the detected dust content is larger than the second threshold value, reminding a user of cleaning the filter screen or starting an automatic cleaning device to clean the filter screen.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel are correspondingly adjusted according to the detected dust content on the filter screen, or the automatic cleaning device is started to clean the filter screen, or a user is reminded to clean the filter screen, so that the influence of the dust content on the performance of the air conditioner can be reduced to the greatest extent, the control method of the air conditioner is simple to operate, convenient to use and beneficial to the health of the user.

Further, referring to fig. 15, the air conditioner 200 further includes a main control unit (not shown), a compressor control unit (not shown), and an internal turbine control unit (not shown), and the adjusting the frequency of the compressor and the rotational speed of the internal turbine includes:
s61: writing a first relation curve of the dust content and the compressor frequency and a second relation curve of the dust content and the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel into the main control unit;
s62: the compressor control unit adjusts the frequency of the compressor according to the first relation curve;
s63: and the inner machine wind wheel control unit adjusts the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel according to the second relation curve.

the detection piece comprises an infrared emission head for emitting infrared signals and an infrared receiving head for receiving the infrared signals, and the infrared emission head and the infrared receiving head are respectively accommodated in the accommodating groove; and
the upper cover body comprises two oppositely arranged connecting parts, each connecting part is provided with an accommodating cavity matched with the fixing part, and each fixing part is accommodated in one accommodating cavity;
the detection part also comprises a first pin connected with the infrared emission head and a second pin connected with the infrared receiving head; the base is also provided with two clamping parts, a gap is formed between each clamping part and a fixing piece, and the first pin and the second pin penetrate through the gap;
the detection piece further comprises a circuit board and a socket arranged on the circuit board, and the first pin and the second pin are electrically connected with the circuit board;
the clamping part is provided with a clamping plate, and the clamping plate is formed at one end of the clamping part far away from the accommodating groove; the dust detection device further comprises a lower cover body, two oppositely arranged steps are formed on the lower cover body, the circuit board is borne on the steps, and the clamping plate is arranged on the surface, facing the upper cover body, of the circuit board in a covering mode.
2. The dust detecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the connecting portions further has a first notch formed therein to communicate with the accommodating chamber, and the fixing member is accommodated in the accommodating chamber and fills the first notch.
3. The dust detecting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the receiving slot for receiving the IR emitting head is formed with a second notch, the first notch and the second notch together form a through hole, and the IR emitting head faces the through hole.
4. The dust detecting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a fixing member in which the infrared receiving head is accommodated is formed with an opening, the infrared receiving head facing the opening; the dust detection apparatus further includes a filler that fills the opening.

The dust detecting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the upper cover further comprises two first engaging members and two second engaging members, the two first engaging members are protruded at both ends of the connecting portion for receiving the infrared emitting head, and the two second engaging members are protruded at both ends of the connecting portion for receiving the infrared receiving head.

The dust detecting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lower cover comprises two opposite sidewalls, each sidewall defining at least one receiving slot; the upper cover body also comprises two oppositely arranged side walls, at least one buckle is formed on each side wall, and the buckle is accommodated in the accommodating groove to connect the upper cover body with the lower cover body.

The dust detecting apparatus of claim 6, wherein the lower cover further comprises a recess, and the detecting member, the base, and the upper cover are partially received in the recess; and a third notch is formed on the side wall close to the socket, and the socket is accommodated in the groove and is partially exposed by the third notch.

12. A control method of an air conditioner including the dust detecting device, the filter screen, the compressor, and the indoor unit wind wheel according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
setting a first threshold value and a second threshold value of the dust content on the filter screen, wherein the first threshold value is smaller than the second threshold value;
the dust detection device detects the dust content on the filter screen;
judging whether the dust content is greater than a first threshold value, if not, normally operating the air conditioner, and if so, judging whether the dust content is greater than a second threshold value;
if not, adjusting the frequency of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel;
if so, reminding the user to clean the filter screen or starting the automatic cleaning device.
13. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the step of activating the automatic washing device is followed by comprising:
when the automatic cleaning device finishes a cleaning cycle, detecting the dust content on the filter screen at the moment;
if the dust content at the moment is less than a second threshold value, cleaning is finished, and the automatic cleaning device stops working;
and if the dust content at the moment is larger than a second threshold value, starting cleaning in the next period until the dust content is smaller than the second threshold value.
14. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the step of reminding the user to clean the filter screen is followed by:
detecting the dust content on the filter screen at the moment when a reminding period passes;
if the dust content at the moment is smaller than a first threshold value, the compressor and the inner machine wind wheel normally operate;
if the dust content at the moment is larger than the first threshold and smaller than the second threshold, adjusting the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel;
and if the dust content at the moment is larger than the second threshold value, continuing to remind the user to clean the filter screen.
15. The method according to claim 12, wherein the air conditioner includes a main control unit, a compressor control unit, and an indoor unit wind wheel control unit, and the step of adjusting the frequency of the compressor and the rotational speed of the indoor unit wind wheel includes:
writing a first relation curve of the dust content and the compressor frequency and a second relation curve of the dust content and the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel into the main control unit;
the compressor control unit adjusts the frequency of the compressor according to the first relation curve;
and the inner machine wind wheel control unit adjusts the rotating speed of the inner machine wind wheel according to the second relation curve.
