Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides an indoor unit, which includes a casing 1, a main air duct 2 and a cross-flow impeller 3 disposed in the casing 1, a heat exchanger 4 disposed in the main air duct 2, and a natural air duct 5 isolated from the main air duct 2, wherein an inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is communicated with indoor air, and outlet ends of the main air duct 2 and the natural air duct 5 are both communicated with an air outlet 6 of the indoor unit.
In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the main air duct 2 and the natural air duct 5, wherein the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the indoor air, the indoor air circulates in the natural air duct 5 under the action of negative pressure, and the indoor natural air and the heat exchange air exchanging heat through the heat exchanger 4 can be mixed at the air outlet 6 of the indoor unit, thereby increasing the softness of the air outlet of the air conditioner, and simultaneously, due to the arrangement of the two air ducts, the air inlet volume and the air outlet volume of the air conditioner can be increased, and the air flowing and the heat exchange efficiency of the room can be accelerated.
The main air duct 2 and the natural air duct 5 are formed in the following forms: a partition plate 7 is arranged in the shell 1, a natural air duct 5 is formed between the partition plate 7 and the rear side wall of the indoor unit shell 1, and a main air duct 2 is formed between the partition plate 7 and the front side wall of the indoor unit shell 1. Through the arrangement of the natural air duct 5 and the main air duct 2 in the mode, the structure of the existing air conditioner is not greatly changed, and the manufacturing and using cost of the air conditioner is not excessively increased.
The lower end of the partition plate 7 is a flow guide part, and the flow guide part is of an arc-shaped structure relative to the side surface of the rear side wall of the indoor unit shell 1 and the side surface of the front side wall of the indoor unit shell 1. Specifically, the side face of the flow guide part opposite to the front side wall of the indoor unit casing 1 is of an inward concave arc-shaped structure, and the side face of the flow guide part opposite to the rear side wall of the indoor unit casing 1 is of an outward convex arc-shaped structure. Through the setting of above-mentioned water conservancy diversion portion, can avoid forming the vortex problem at the exit end in main wind channel 2 and natural wind channel 5, can make both smooth and easy air-outs.
One side of the outlet of the natural air duct 5 is formed at the partition plate 7, and the other side is formed at the lower guide plate 8 of the volute of the indoor unit. The outlet end of the natural air duct 5 is arranged at the position, the existing structure of the air conditioner can be fully utilized, and the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced.
The setting position of the outlet end of the natural air duct 5 is not lower than the setting position of the lower end of the volute tongue 9 of the indoor unit. The outlet end of the natural air duct 5 is arranged at a position which can prevent the air outlet of natural air from interfering the air outlet of the main air duct 2, and improve the smoothness of the air outlet of the main air duct 2.
The width of the natural air duct 5 is H, and the value range of H is 20 mm-100 mm. H is specifically 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm or 90 mm. The width of the natural wind channel 5 is limited within the range, and the thickness of the air conditioner can be prevented from being too thick while natural wind is introduced.
The indoor unit comprises an air inlet 10, the inlet ends of the main air duct 2 and the natural air duct 5 are communicated with the air inlet 10 of the indoor unit, and the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is arranged at a height lower than that of the inlet end of the main air duct 2. Specifically, the heat exchanger 4 includes a front-side heat exchange portion, a top-end heat exchange portion, and a rear-side heat exchange portion, and the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 needs to be disposed at a height higher than the lower end of the rear-side heat exchange portion. The inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is arranged in the mode, the natural air duct 5 and the main air duct 2 can share the air inlet 10 of the indoor unit, the normal entering of indoor air into the main air duct 2 cannot be influenced, meanwhile, air entering the indoor unit from the air inlet 10 under the action of the cross-flow impeller 3 enters the main air duct 2 partially and enters the natural air duct 5 partially, therefore, the flowing speed of air in the natural air duct 5 is improved, the air has larger air flow rate compared with air drainage by negative pressure formed by the outlet end of the natural air duct 5, the efficiency of mixing hot air exchange at the air outlet of the indoor unit and natural air is improved, and the softness of air outlet of an air conditioner is further improved.
In the present embodiment, another arrangement of the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is provided, and the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is arranged on the rear side wall of the indoor unit casing 1. The natural air duct 5 can be arranged in a manner of shortening the length of the natural air duct 5, but certain requirements are imposed on the suspension position of the indoor unit, and the arrangement of the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is not excluded.
A fan is arranged in the natural air duct 5. The principle of indoor air circulating in the natural air duct 5 is as follows: one part of the indoor air enters the main air duct 2 under the action of the cross flow impeller 3, the other part of the indoor air enters the natural air duct 5, a negative pressure area is formed at the outlet end of the natural air duct 5 when the indoor air enters the air outlet 9 of the indoor unit from the main air duct 2, and air flow can be formed in the natural air duct 5 under the action of negative pressure. In the present embodiment, the fan is provided in the natural air duct 5, so that the rate of air circulation in the natural air duct 5 can be further increased. Of course, in the case where no fan is provided, air circulation can be formed in the natural air duct 5 by the negative pressure and/or the effect of the cross-flow impeller 3.
Air doors can be arranged at the inlet end, the outlet end and the inside of the natural air duct 5, and the natural air duct can be selectively opened through the arrangement of the air doors.
The above-mentioned contents are the condition that the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the indoor air, and certainly, the condition that the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the outdoor air is not excluded, when the inlet end of the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the outdoor air, the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the outdoor air through a pipeline communicated with the natural air duct 5, and under the condition that the natural air duct 5 is communicated with the outdoor air, because the path for air circulation is longer, therefore, the fan can be arranged in the natural air duct 5, the pipeline connected with the natural air duct or the end part of the pipeline connected with the natural air duct to improve the flow rate of the air. Through natural wind channel and outdoor air intercommunication, can introduce outdoor fresh air to improve indoor air quality, nevertheless when the great condition of indoor outer difference in temperature, can avoid introducing too much outdoor air and cause the influence to indoor temperature through the mode that reduces the air flow in natural wind channel 5, if the fresh air volume that comes into through the rotational speed control natural wind channel 5 of control fan.
In the present embodiment, there is also provided an air conditioner employing the indoor unit as described above.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
