本发明公开了一种地埋灯的散热结构。本发明在散热片(3)的下方设有散热风扇(17),且在散热风扇(17)和LED电源(4)之间设有通风片(18),通风片(18)上设有通风孔(19);所述的散热风扇(17)的四角设有风扇座(20),风扇座(20)经螺栓(21)固定在通风片(18)上。本发明与导线之间不仅具有方便拆装的导线接插结构,从而有效地保护导线免受损伤,而且本发明具有非常优越的散热结构,大大地延长了地埋灯的使用寿命。

一种地埋灯的散热结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是一种LED地埋灯的散热结构。
背景技术
地埋灯是埋在地表的灯具,一般应用于广场、商业区、公园、旅游景点等的地面装饰,既可美化环境又可照亮环境。目前普遍实用的地埋灯采用的光源为金属卤化物灯、荧光灯和LED 等。使用金属卤化物灯或荧光灯作为光源具有成本低的优点。使用LED 作为光源,具有光色丰富的优点。但是由于地埋灯的安装方式,以及用户的多种使用要求,地埋灯部分时间是不用开启的,常规的方式是将导线的电源拔掉,这种方式容易造成导线长期埋在地里造成导线损伤。同时,现有的地埋灯的散热结构主要靠散热片的被动散热,散热效果并不理想,特别是地埋灯设置在地底下,对于散热的要求更为严格,因此急需研发一款效果更好的散热结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种地埋灯的散热结构。本发明与导线之间不仅具有方便拆装的导线接插结构,从而有效地保护导线免受损伤,而且本发明具有非常优越的散热结构,大大地延长了地埋灯的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案:地埋灯的散热结构,包括灯具壳体,灯具壳体内设有一LED光源模块,LED光源模块的下部具有多片散热片和LED电源,所述的灯具壳体下部设有插块,插块内部设有金属壁和弹片,弹片包括斜面,斜面上方设有第一突起,第一突起上方设有中部凹槽,中部凹槽上方设有第二突起,所述的金属壁和弹片经导线与LED电源相连;插块下方设有榫头,榫头的端部设有与第一突起相契合的第一凹槽,第一凹槽下部设有与中部凹槽相契合的中部突起,中部突起下部设有与第一突起相契合的第二凹槽,所述的榫头与市电相连;所述的散热片的下方设有散热风扇,且在散热风扇和LED电源之间设有通风片,通风片上设有通风孔;所述的散热风扇的四角设有风扇座,风扇座经螺栓固定在通风片上。
上述的地埋灯的散热结构中,所述的弹片上方设有限位内弹片,限位内弹片与插块内壁相顶。
与现有技术相比,本发明在灯具壳体的下部设有与LED电源相连的插块,插块契合有与市电相连的榫头,通过插块与榫头的接插结构,实现地埋灯与接市电导线的接插。本发明还对插块和榫头的结构作了改进,通过榫头和插块的三重结构契合,提高了接插的牢固度,而且插块的弹片向榫头部弹压,可以进一步地提高接插的牢固度。同时,在散热片的下方设有散热风扇,且在散热风扇和LED电源之间设有通风片,通风片上设有通孔,通过散热风扇对LED电源的主动散热,从而大大地提高了散热效果。作为进一步地优选,在弹片上方设有限位内弹片,限位内弹片与插块内壁相顶,一方面可以防止弹片与金属壁的间隙变松,另一方面在榫头插入时,也提供进一步的弹力。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
本发明的实施例:一种地埋灯的散热结构,如附图1和图2所示,包括灯具壳体1,灯具壳体内1设有一LED光源模块2,LED光源模块2的下部具有多片散热片3和LED电源4,所述的灯具壳体1左下角设有插块5,插块5内部设有金属壁6和弹片7,金属壁和弹片相对设置,且中间留有空隙;弹片7包括斜面8,斜面8上方设有第一突起9,第一突起9上方设有中部凹槽10,中部凹槽10上方设有第二突起11,所述的第一突起、中部凹槽和第二突起最好为圆弧状,提高接插的顺滑度,所述的金属壁6和弹片7经导线与LED电源4相连;插块5下方设有榫头12,榫头12的端部设有与第一突起9相契合的第一凹槽13,第一凹槽13下部设有与中部凹槽10相契合的中部突起14,中部突起14下部设有与第一突起9相契合的第二凹槽15,所述的榫头12与市电相连。所述的弹片7上方设有限位内弹片16,限位内弹片16与插块5内壁相顶。同时,如附图3和图4所示,在散热片3的下方设有散热风扇17,且在散热风扇17和LED电源4之间设有通风片18,通风片可以为塑料材质 ,通风片18上设有通风孔19,通风孔可以为如附图4所示的条状通槽结构;所述的散热风扇17的四角设有风扇座20,风扇座20经螺栓21固定在通风片18上,螺栓的下部可以与LED电源上罩的螺纹孔相固定。

1.一种地埋灯的散热结构,包括灯具壳体(1),灯具壳体内(1)设有一LED光源模块(2),LED光源模块(2)的下部具有多片散热片(3)和LED电源(4),其特征在于:所述的灯具壳体(1)下部设有插块(5),插块(5)内部设有金属壁(6)和弹片(7),弹片(7)包括斜面(8),斜面(8)上方设有第一突起(9),第一突起(9)上方设有中部凹槽(10),中部凹槽(10)上方设有第二突起(11),所述的金属壁(6)和弹片(7)经导线与LED电源(4)相连;插块(5)下方设有榫头(12),榫头(12)的端部设有与第一突起(9)相契合的第一凹槽(13),第一凹槽(13)下部设有与中部凹槽(10)相契合的中部突起(14),中部突起(14)下部设有与第一突起(9)相契合的第二凹槽(15),所述的榫头(12)与市电相连;所述的散热片(3)的下方设有散热风扇(17),且在散热风扇(17)和LED电源(4)之间设有通风片(18),通风片(18)上设有通风孔(19);所述的散热风扇(17)的四角设有风扇座(20),风扇座(20)经螺栓(21)固定在通风片(18)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地埋灯的散热结构,其特征在于:所述的弹片(7)上方设有限位内弹片(16),限位内弹片(16)与插块(5)内壁相顶。
