Abstract

本发明提供一种一体化保温装饰板，包括保温层和装饰层，保温层与装饰层之间通过粘贴附合为一体，保温层与装饰层错开组合，保温层的四条边为斜边设计，并在斜边上开有相互卡合的缺口。本发明将保温层与装饰层错开组合，里面保温层之间形成的缝隙与外面装饰层之间形成的缝隙不在同一个位置，不相互重合，因此外面的装饰层就把里面保温层之间形成的缝隙给盖住了，就避免了安装以后还要对缝隙进行处理，解决了缝隙之间的保温效应。把保温层的边缘设计成斜边并开有相互卡合的缺口，则在组合式时板与板之间可以相互“抓牢”，增加稳固性，并且在热胀冷缩的情况下，通过相互的斜边得到释放，这样就防止了板材的变形。

本发明属于建筑保温材料领域，具体涉及一体化保温装饰板。
背景技术
一体化保温装饰板又称保温一体化成品板。也叫一体板。保温装饰板由保温材料与装饰材料复合而成，由于贴挂在建筑的外墙面，具有保温和装饰的功能。传统的一体化保温装饰板为装饰层和保温层面积相等并且四个边缘面相互对齐成直角贴合，这样在安装时采用胶粘剂粘贴和锚栓固定相结合的工艺与基层墙体连接固定，但是板与板之间的缝隙还要使用密封材料进行再次密封，保证保温效应，同时经过长时间的风吹日晒，内部的保温层容易在热胀冷缩的作用在，发生变形，甚至脱落。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术缺陷，提供一种改进型的一体化保温装饰板，免于对板与板之间的缝隙进行再次密封，同时对保温层的边缘进行斜边设计，释放热胀冷缩的作用力。
本发明的技术方案为：提供一种一体化保温装饰板，包括保温层和装饰层，保温层与装饰层之间通过粘贴附合为一体，保温层与装饰层错开组合，保温层的四条边为斜边设计，并在斜边上开有相互卡合的缺口。
优选的，保温层为岩棉保温板。
优选的，装饰层的饰面为氟碳金属漆饰面、聚氨酯金属漆饰面、氟碳实色漆饰面、聚氨酯实色漆饰面、仿石材、仿花岗石饰面中的一种。
本发明的有益效果为：1、本发明将保温层与装饰层错开组合，这样在安装的时候，里面保温层之间形成的缝隙与外面装饰层之间形成的缝隙不在同一个位置，不相互重合，因此外面的装饰层就把里面保温层之间形成的缝隙给盖住了，就避免了安装以后还要对缝隙进行处理，解决了缝隙之间的保温效应。
2、把保温层的边缘设计成斜边并开有相互卡合的缺口，则在组合式时板与板之间可以相互“抓牢”，增加稳固性，并且在热胀冷缩的情况下，通过相互的斜边得到释放，这样就防止了板材的变形。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述，如图1、2所示，本发明提供一种改良型一体化保温装饰板，包括保温层2和装饰层1，保温层2与装饰层1之间通过粘贴附合为一体，保温层2与装饰层1错开组合，保温层2的四条边为斜边3设计，并在斜边上开有相互卡合的缺口4。
更进一步的，保温层2为岩棉保温板。
更进一步的，装饰层1的饰面为氟碳金属漆饰面、聚氨酯金属漆饰面、氟碳实色漆饰面、聚氨酯实色漆饰面、仿石材、仿花岗石饰面中的一种。
本发明设计结构简单巧妙，安装方便，能够优化目前一体化保温装饰板一些性能，具有很好的市场前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述的保温层为岩棉保温板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体化保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述的装饰层的饰面为氟碳金属漆饰面、聚氨酯金属漆饰面、氟碳实色漆饰面、聚氨酯实色漆饰面、仿石材、仿花岗石饰面中的一种。
