Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific embodiment in combination with the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes according to a first embodiment of the present invention, in which a user is prompted to take out a part of clothes by determining whether a weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds a rated drying weight, so as to reduce wrinkles of the clothes to be dried, that is, when the weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight, the user is prompted to take out a part of the clothes within a preset time period until the weight of the clothes to be dried is less than or equal to the rated drying weight, and the clothes to be dried is dried.
Referring to fig. 1, a drying method for reducing wrinkles of laundry according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S101, acquiring the weight of clothes to be dried.
Specifically, the present embodiment is that the motor rotates in a bidirectional or unidirectional manner at a set rotation speed, and then the weight of the clothes to be dried is calculated according to the change of the current value when the motor rotates and stops rotating, so as to obtain the weight of the clothes to be dried.
Step S102, comparing the weight of the clothes to be dried with the rated drying weight, and prompting a user to take out part of the clothes when the weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight.
After obtaining the weight of the clothes to be dried, the embodiment may step the obtained weight of the clothes to be dried, specifically, select a corresponding weight gear according to the obtained weight of the clothes to be dried, where the weight gear is set from small to large and from low to high according to the weight of the clothes. For example: the clothes weight gear of the washing and drying integrated machine with the rated washing capacity of 8kg can be divided into 4 gears, namely 0-2kg is the first gear, 2-4kg is the second gear, 4-6kg is the third gear, and 6-8kg is the fourth gear.
When the clothes weight is compared, the gear upper limit value of the clothes weight to be dried is compared with the rated drying weight, and whether the clothes weight to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight is judged. And when the falling gear upper limit value exceeds the rated drying weight, giving a prompt to a user to prompt the user to take out part of clothes. When the falling gear upper limit value does not exceed the rated drying weight, the weight of the clothes to be dried can be judged to be in the range of the rated drying weight, and relevant prompts in the aspect can not be given.
In this embodiment, the prompt to the user may be displayed on the local display unit or notified to the user by voice means, or may be displayed on the mobile phone APP side display unit or notified to the user by voice means, or by other notification means. The prompt content may be set according to different needs, for example, in this embodiment, the prompt content may be: the volume of clothes to be dried is too large, and the clothes may have more wrinkles during drying, and it is recommended to take out a part of the clothes and then dry the clothes.
Preferably, the prompt to the user may be made before the laundry is washed, or may be made after the laundry is washed and dehydrated and before the laundry is dried. Prompting before the clothes are washed, a user can take out part of the clothes before the clothes are washed, so that the weight of the clothes in the drum does not exceed the rated drying weight, the mode can ensure that the clothes are cleaner during washing, the washed clothes can be directly dried, and the clothes have fewer wrinkles during drying; and the prompt is given after the clothes are washed and dehydrated and before the clothes are dried, a user can firstly wash and dehydrate all the clothes, then take out part of the clothes, and then dry the clothes.
Step S103, drying the clothes.
Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes according to the first embodiment, and further illustrates whether a user takes out a part of clothes within a preset time period after being prompted and whether the weight of the remaining clothes exceeds a rated drying weight after taking out the part of clothes, referring to fig. 2, the drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes includes the following specific steps:
step S201, acquiring the weight of clothes to be dried.
Step S202, comparing the weight of the clothes to be dried with the rated drying weight, and prompting a user to take out part of the clothes when the weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight.
Step S203, determining whether the user takes out a part of the laundry within a preset time period after prompting the user to take out the part of the laundry. Acquiring the weight of the remaining laundry when it is determined that the user takes out a part of the laundry; and when the user is determined not to take out part of the clothes, drying according to the existing clothes state.
After prompting a user to take out part of clothes, setting a preset time length, namely after a period of time from the prompt of the user, determining whether the user takes out part of clothes according to the prompt. Performing acquisition of a remaining laundry weight in the drum when it is determined that a part of the laundry has been taken out; when it is determined that a part of the laundry is not taken out, the user may be absent or not prepared to process, and the laundry is dried in a state of the existing laundry.
In the embodiment, whether a user takes out part of the clothes is determined by whether the drum door is opened or not, whether the user takes out part of the clothes is determined by whether the change of the current value occurs or not when the driving motor rotates can be determined, and the two manners can be simultaneously adopted to determine the user also, as the case may be. Whether take out partial clothing through above-mentioned mode affirmation, have simple and convenient, detect sensitive advantage.
Step S204, acquiring the weight of the remaining clothes.
When the user takes out a part of the laundry, the weight of the remaining laundry is determined again by the change of the current value when the motor is rotated and the rotation is stopped.
In this embodiment, the weight of the remaining laundry may be obtained before washing, or may be obtained after washing and dewatering and before drying.
Step S205, it is determined whether the remaining laundry weight exceeds the rated drying weight.
Comparing the weight of the residual clothes with the rated drying weight, prompting the user to take out part of clothes when the weight of the residual clothes exceeds the rated drying weight, returning to the step S203, and repeatedly determining whether the user takes out part of clothes within a preset time after prompting the user to take out part of clothes; and when the weight of the residual clothes does not exceed the rated drying weight, drying the clothes.
When the user takes out part of the clothes, the user cannot determine that the weight of the remaining clothes is less than or equal to the rated drying weight, at this time, in order to better realize the wrinkle reduction during the clothes drying, the weight of the remaining clothes needs to be compared with the rated drying weight, when the weight of the remaining clothes exceeds the rated drying weight, the user is prompted to take out part of the clothes, the weight detection on the remaining clothes is repeated, and the clothes are dried until the weight of the remaining clothes is less than or equal to the rated drying weight.
In this embodiment, the weight of the remaining laundry is calculated by the change in the current value when the motor rotates and stops rotating, so as to obtain the weight of the remaining laundry, the obtained weight of the remaining laundry is graded, and the gear upper limit value, in which the weight of the remaining laundry falls, is compared with the rated drying weight, so as to determine whether the weight of the remaining laundry exceeds the rated drying weight.
It should be noted that, when the remaining laundry weight is obtained after washing and dewatering and before drying, the laundry weight is the weight of the dewatered laundry, that is, the laundry weight contains part of water, and the result is not accurate enough if the weight of the dewatered laundry is compared with the rated drying weight directly, so for the purpose of calculating the gears, in the present embodiment, the weight of the dewatered laundry is converted into the weight of the laundry before water inlet, and then the gear upper limit value of the remaining laundry weight converted into the weight of the laundry before water inlet is compared with the rated drying weight. Specifically, the corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes before water inlet and the weight of the clothes after dehydration is set, and after the weight of the clothes after dehydration is obtained, the weight of the clothes after dehydration is automatically converted into the weight of the clothes before water inlet according to the corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes before water inlet and the weight of the clothes after dehydration, and the clothes fall into corresponding gears, so that whether the weight of the clothes exceeds the rated drying weight or not is judged.
When the remaining laundry weight is acquired before washing, it may be directly judged whether the remaining laundry weight exceeds the rated dry weight at this time.
Step S206, drying the laundry.
Fig. 3 shows a third embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is based on the drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes according to the second embodiment, and further includes a step of detecting the material of clothes, for detecting whether the specific gravity of the cotton/linen clothes is high in the dried clothes, because the cotton/linen clothes are likely to have wrinkles during drying, the step of detecting the material of clothes is provided, so as to better achieve the purposes of drying the clothes and reducing wrinkles.
Referring to fig. 3, the drying method for reducing wrinkles of the laundry includes:
step S301, acquiring the weight of clothes to be dried.
Step S302, comparing the weight of the clothes to be dried with the rated drying weight, and prompting a user to take out part of the clothes when the weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight.
Step S303, determining whether the user takes out a part of the laundry within a preset time period after prompting the user to take out the part of the laundry. Acquiring the weight of the remaining laundry when it is determined that the user takes out a part of the laundry; and when the user is determined not to take out part of the clothes, drying according to the existing clothes state.
Step S304, the remaining laundry weight is acquired.
Step S305, determining whether the remaining laundry weight exceeds the rated drying weight.
Comparing the weight of the residual clothes with the rated drying weight, prompting the user to take out part of clothes when the weight of the residual clothes exceeds the rated drying weight, returning to the step S303, and repeatedly determining whether the user takes out part of clothes within a preset time after prompting the user to take out part of clothes; and when the weight of the residual clothes does not exceed the rated drying weight, drying the clothes.
Step S306, detecting the clothes material.
In this embodiment, the detection of the material of the clothes is specifically realized by the following method:
firstly, in the system, corresponding preset water level change values are set relative to the weight of clothes in the drum, namely the weight of the clothes in each drum corresponds to one preset water level change value; and each preset water level change value is also corresponding to a preset weight value, when detection is carried out, the weight of the clothes in the drum is firstly obtained, and at the moment, the preset water level change value and the preset weight value are correspondingly determined according to the weight of the clothes in the drum.
Then, feeding water into the cylinder to a preset water level, and stirring the clothes within a preset time after water is fed; specifically, the contents of the cartridge were completely wetted by agitation.
Acquiring water level change values before and after stirring according to the water levels before and after stirring, comparing the water level change values before and after stirring with a known preset water level change value, and when the water level change values before and after stirring are larger than the preset water level change value, determining that the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is larger than a preset weight value according to the corresponding relation, namely determining that the cotton and linen clothes account for a large specific gravity in all the clothes; and when the water level change value is smaller than the preset water level change value before and after stirring, determining that the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is smaller than the preset weight value, namely determining that the proportion of the cotton and linen clothes in all the clothes is small. The principle of the above mode is that the water absorption capacity of the cotton and linen clothes is greater than that of the non-cotton and linen clothes, so that when the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is greater than that of the non-cotton and linen clothes, the obtained water level change value before and after stirring is greater than the preset water level change value.
Therefore, when the water level change value before and after stirring is larger than the preset water level change value, the water absorption of the washed clothes is judged to be stronger, namely the specific gravity of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is larger, and the information is recorded and used for information prompt after the dehydration is finished. If the water level change value before and after stirring is smaller than the preset water level change value, the water absorption of the washed clothes is judged to be weak, namely the clothes made of chemical fibers and other non-cotton and linen materials have high specific gravity.
Step S307, when the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is detected to be larger than the preset weight value, prompting the user that the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes account for a large specific gravity.
In this step, if it is detected that the water level change value before and after stirring within the preset time is greater than the preset water level change value, it can be determined that the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is greater than the preset weight value according to the corresponding relationship, and it can also be determined that the cotton and linen clothes in all the clothes have a high specific gravity, and at this time, it can prompt a user that the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes have a high specific gravity and are prone to drying wrinkles.
In step S305, it is repeatedly determined whether the remaining laundry weight exceeds the rated drying weight, that is, the detection of the laundry weight to be washed is repeatedly performed for a predetermined time until the remaining laundry weight does not exceed the rated drying weight. Therefore, in this step, when prompting that the proportion of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is high, the prompting of the user is to adjust the rotating speed of the motor during drying for drying the residual clothes subsequently, so that the cotton and linen clothes are dried at the proper rotating speed of the motor during drying, and the generation of wrinkles can be effectively reduced.
The weight of the cotton and linen clothes accounts for the specific weight of the cotton and linen clothes, and the prompt in the step can be informed to the user through display on the display part of the machine or through voice means, or display on the end of the mobile phone APP or through voice means or other informing means. But also the suggestion content can be set up according to the needs of difference, but need the key show cotton-flax material clothing account for than the proportion is big, and cotton-flax material's clothing is more, for example: the proportion of cotton and linen clothes in the clothes to be dried is high, the cotton and linen clothes are more, and drying wrinkles are easy to appear on the clothes during drying.
Step S308, washing, rinsing, and dehydrating the laundry.
Step S309, drying the laundry.
Fig. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a drying method for reducing wrinkles of laundry according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the third embodiment in that: in the third embodiment, the detection of the quality of the laundry and the washing, rinsing and dehydrating of the laundry are performed when the user takes out a part of the laundry and the remaining laundry does not exceed the rated drying weight. In the embodiment, the detection of the material of the clothes and the washing, rinsing and dewatering of the clothes are performed before the user takes out part of the clothes, that is, after the clothes are washed, rinsed and dewatered, the user determines whether the user takes out part of the clothes and then takes out part of the clothes, so as to complete the drying of the clothes.
Referring to fig. 4, the drying method for reducing wrinkles of the laundry provided by the embodiment includes:
step S401, acquiring the weight of clothes to be dried.
Step S402, comparing the weight of the clothes to be dried with the rated drying weight, and prompting the user to take out part of the clothes when the weight of the clothes to be dried exceeds the rated drying weight.
Step S403, detecting the material of the clothes.
Step S404, when the weight of the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes is detected to be larger than the preset weight value, prompting a user that the cotton and linen clothes in the clothes have a large specific gravity.
Step S405, washing, rinsing, and dehydrating the laundry.
Step S406, prompting the user that the cotton and linen clothes account for a large specific gravity, and recommending to take out part of the clothes.
In step S407, it is determined whether the user takes out a part of the laundry within a preset time period after prompting the user to take out a part of the laundry. Acquiring the weight of the remaining laundry when it is determined that the user takes out a part of the laundry; and when the user is determined not to take out part of the clothes, drying according to the existing clothes state.
Step S408, the remaining laundry weight is acquired. Step S409, it is determined whether the remaining laundry weight exceeds the rated drying weight.
Comparing the weight of the residual clothes with the rated drying weight, prompting the user to take out part of clothes when the weight of the residual clothes exceeds the rated drying weight, returning to the step S407, and repeatedly determining whether the user takes out part of clothes within a preset time after prompting the user to take out part of clothes; and when the weight of the residual clothes does not exceed the rated drying weight, drying the clothes.
In this step, the specific steps of determining whether the weight of the remaining clothes exceeds the rated drying weight are as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly calculating the weight of the dehydrated clothes through the change of current values when a motor rotates and stops rotating, then converting the weight of the dehydrated clothes into the weight of the clothes before water inlet, and then comparing the gear upper limit value of the residual weight of the clothes converted into the weight of the clothes before water inlet with the rated drying weight. (for a specific method, reference may be made to the second embodiment, which is not described in detail herein).
Step S410, drying the laundry.
The invention further provides a fifth embodiment, and in particular provides a washing and drying all-in-one machine which adopts the drying method for reducing wrinkles of clothes in the above embodiments to dry the clothes. Wrinkles generated by clothes during drying of the clothes can be well reduced.
