本发明公开了本发明涉及一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液及其制备方法和应用,该具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的主要成分包括:凤眼蓝混合液、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,磺酸和羧甲基纤维素钠,其中,凤眼蓝混合液为凤眼蓝乙醇汁液和碳酸氢钠与EDTA的混合液,且乙醇含量小于3%。同时,本发明还提供了该洗衣液的制备方法,具体步骤包括:凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁,加活性白土和碳酸氢钠,加EDTA,减压蒸发乙醇,配制凤眼蓝洗衣液等步骤。本发明凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法简单,不仅可以为凤眼蓝的清理做出贡献,并且本发明的凤眼蓝洗衣液也在固色的同时保持了洗衣液的清洁效果。

本发明属于洗衣液及其制备方法技术领域,具体涉及一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
凤眼蓝(学名:Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms)浮水草本。须根发达,棕黑色。茎极短,匍匐枝淡绿色。叶在基部丛生,莲座状排列;叶片圆形,表面深绿色;叶柄长短不等,内有许多多边形柱状细胞组成的气室,维管束散布其间,黄绿色至绿色;叶柄基部有鞘状黄绿色苞片;花葶多棱;穗状花序通常具9-12朵花;花瓣紫蓝色,花冠略两侧对称,四周淡紫红色,中间蓝色,在蓝色的中央有1黄色圆斑,花被片基部合生成筒;雄蕊贴生于花被筒上;花丝上有腺毛;花药蓝灰色;花粉粒黄色;子房长梨形;花柱长约2厘米;柱头上密生腺毛。蒴果卵形。花期7-10月,果期8-11月。
凤眼蓝又叫水葫芦,原产巴西。现广布于中国长江、黄河流域及华南各省。喜欢温暖湿润、阳光充足的环境,适应性也很强,具有一定的耐寒能力,生于海拔200-1500米的水塘、沟渠及稻田中。亚洲热带地区也已广泛生长。凤眼蓝在生长适宜区,常由于过度繁殖,阻塞水道,影响交通。凤眼蓝曾一度被很多国家引进,广泛分布于世界各地,亦被列入世界百大外来入侵种之一,一度成为水生祸害,不好处理。
洗衣液的工作原理与传统的洗衣粉,肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。区别在于:传统的洗衣粉,肥皂采用的是阴离子型表面活性剂,是以烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠为主,碱性较强(洗衣粉PH一般大于12),进而在使用时对皮肤的刺激和伤害较大。而洗衣液多采用非离子型表面活性剂,PH接近中性,对皮肤温和,并且排入自然界后,降解比洗衣粉快,所以成为了新一代的洗涤剂。
人们一般都喜欢穿色彩鲜艳的衣服,但这些衣服的一大缺点是随着洗涤次数的增加,颜色会越来越暗,看上去非常陈旧;而且在洗涤过程中还很容易沾染其他衣物,尤其是一起洗涤的浅色衣物,给消费者带来极大的不便和烦恼。一些深色衣物之所以褪色或沾染其他衣物的原因主要有以下几个方面:直接染料本身的水洗牢度不够;一些染料在染色过程中的控制条件不合适而造成牢度不够,如一些活性染料;织物在染色过程中漂洗不充分;洗涤条件的影响,如现在很多洗衣机都具有高温煮洗等。导致衣物颜色越来越淡,因此,需要一种新型环保的洗衣液以保证洗涤后的衣物闪亮如新。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液及其制备方法和应用,目的是使洗衣液具有固色功能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液,所述凤眼蓝洗衣液包括凤眼蓝混合液和添加剂,凤眼蓝混合液以1L计,所述添加剂包括10~30g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、2~30g磺酸和0.5~2g羧甲基纤维素钠,所述凤眼蓝混合液为凤眼蓝乙醇汁液、碳酸氢钠与EDTA的混合液,其中碳酸氢钠为3~20g,EDTA为0.2~5g,且凤眼蓝混合液中乙醇的含量小于3%。
所述凤眼蓝洗衣液还包括0.5~2g香精和1~3g防腐剂。
所述香精为橘味香精、番茄味香精、青檬味香精中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠或山梨酸钾。
所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤,
A、凤眼蓝混合溶液的制备:将凤眼蓝先与乙醇混合榨汁,之后加入活性白土、碳酸氢钠混合、过滤,再加入EDTA溶解后,经减压蒸发乙醇得到;
B、凤眼蓝洗衣液的配制:在每L凤眼蓝混合液中加入10~30g的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2~30g磺酸和0.5~2g的羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀,得到凤眼蓝洗衣液。
步骤A的制备方法包括:
a、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:取洗净后凤眼蓝叶片,按照料液的质量体积比4:1~2:1加入60~75%乙醇溶液,混合榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ;
b、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入10~30g活性白土粉末和3~20g碳酸氢钠粉末,混合后过滤,去除固体成分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ;
c、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加0.2~5g的EDTA,溶解后得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ;
d、减压蒸发乙醇,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量经减压蒸发降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液。
步骤d中所述减压蒸发在真空度为50~55kPa,温度30~40℃的条件下进行。
步骤B中还添加有香精和防腐剂。

本发明有益效果是:本发明利用纯天然原料凤眼蓝来制备洗衣液。首先,凤眼蓝是一种外来入侵物种,繁殖快速,易浮游扩散,能够迅速掩盖水体,导致水体透光性差;因此在自然水域中,凤眼蓝通过与其他水生(浮水与沉水)植物、藻类竞争矿物质营养、阳光等资源,从而抑制其它水生生物与藻类生物的生长。此外,凤眼蓝的爆发以及其腐烂阶段同时会大量地消耗水体中的溶解氧,水下动物比如鱼类活动繁殖空间将会减少,甚至会鱼类大量死亡。相类似于改变了水体中原来固有得食物链,从而减少此水域中生态系统的稳定性。而本发明正是利用了这种对环境有害的植物,采用乙醇混合榨汁的方法,再添加活性白土和碳酸氢钠等添加剂,以凤眼蓝为主要原料,成本低廉,同时也对人体无危害;其次,本发明的凤眼蓝洗衣液如果长期使用,能有效的保护棉质、PET纤维、麻质的色泽,在经过多次洗涤后,颜色几乎没有变化,保持其原有的颜色,而普通洗衣液洗过后,其色差明显高于本发明的凤眼蓝洗衣液。本发明可保持衣物颜色的同一,申请人分析,可能是凤眼蓝中含有某种阳离子聚合物,可与衣物表面上的色素形成络合物,使衣物上的染料不易溶入洗涤液中,而达到固色作用。它还可与溶液中的色素形成络合物,防止色素沾染至衣物表面,到防止染料转移的作用。
本发明凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法简单,原料成本低,易获取,制备过程操作简单,适合工业化生产。如果推广开来,不仅可以为凤眼蓝的清理做出贡献,并且本发明的凤眼蓝洗衣液也保持了洗衣液的高效清洁效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过对实施例的描述,对发明作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1、凤眼蓝预处理:将凤眼蓝从水中捞出,除去烂叶子,洗涤干净,剪成小块,得到凤眼蓝小块叶片。
2、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:准确称取洗净后的凤眼蓝小块叶片,按照料液比3:1(g/ml)添加60%乙醇溶液,混合至于榨汁机中榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ。
3、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入30g活性白土粉末和20g碳酸氢钠粉末,完全混合后过滤,去除固体成分,取滤液部分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ。
4、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加5g的EDTA,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ。
5、减压蒸发:采用旋转蒸发仪在真空度为55kPa,温度40℃的条件下,旋转蒸发20min,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液。
6、凤眼蓝洗衣液的配制:在每L凤眼蓝混合液中加入30g的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,30g磺酸,2g的羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀,得到凤眼蓝洗衣液。
为了测试本发明制备的洗衣液的固色能力,发明人做了如下实验:
取市售棉质、PET纤维、麻质的面料各两件,分别用传统洗衣液和本实施例制备的洗衣液机洗10次,每次洗衣液的使用量为10mL,洗衣机调整为标准洗,水量为30L,洗完后置于室温无直射阳光的环境中晾干,得到干净的衣物,并利用CR-400/410色差计测定样品表面10处相同位置的L*,a*,b*和ΔE值作为色差的指标,取平均值,ΔE=[(L*-Lo*)2+(a*-ao*)2+(b*-b0*)2]1/2

由上表可以看出,本实施例的凤眼蓝洗衣液可以显著减少因为洗涤,对棉质、麻质和PET纤维造成的色差,对衣物的颜色具有很好的保护作用。
实施例2
1、凤眼蓝预处理:将凤眼蓝从水中捞出,出去烂叶子,洗涤干净,剪成小块,得到凤眼蓝小块叶片。
2、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:准确称取洗净后的凤眼蓝小块叶片,按照料液比4:1(g/ml)添加75%乙醇溶液,混合至于榨汁机中榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ。
3、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入10g活性白土粉末和3g碳酸氢钠粉末,完全混合后过滤,去除固体成分,取滤液部分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ。
4、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加0.2g的EDTA,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ。
5、减压蒸发:采用旋转蒸发仪在真空度为50kPa,温度30℃的条件下,旋转蒸发10min,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液。
6、凤眼蓝洗衣液的配制:在每L凤眼蓝混合液中加入10g的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2g磺酸,0.5g的羧甲基纤维素钠,0.5g的香精和1g的防腐剂,混合均匀,得到凤眼蓝洗衣液。
其中,本实施例的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠,香精为市售甜橘味香精。
实施例3

2、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:准确称取洗净后的凤眼蓝小块叶片,按照料液比2:1(g/ml)添加70%乙醇溶液,混合至于榨汁机中榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ。
3、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入20g活性白土粉末和10g碳酸氢钠粉末,完全混合后过滤,去除固体成分,取滤液部分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ。
4、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加2g的EDTA,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ。
5、减压蒸发:采用旋转蒸发仪在真空度为52kPa,温度35℃的条件下,旋转蒸发15min,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液。
6、凤眼蓝洗衣液的配制:在每L凤眼蓝混合液中加入30g的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,10g磺酸,1g的羧甲基纤维素钠,2g的香精和3g的防腐剂混合均匀,得到凤眼蓝洗衣液。
其中,本实施例的防腐剂为山梨酸钾,香精为市售番茄味香精。
上面对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液,其特征在于,所述凤眼蓝洗衣液包括凤眼蓝混合液和添加剂,凤眼蓝混合液以1L计,所述添加剂包括10~30g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、2~30g磺酸和0.5~2g羧甲基纤维素钠,所述凤眼蓝混合液的制备方法为:a、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:取洗净后凤眼蓝叶片,按照料液的质量体积比4:1~2:1g/ml加入60~75%乙醇溶液,混合榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ;b、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入10~30g活性白土粉末和3~20g碳酸氢钠粉末,混合后过滤,去除固体成分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ;c、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加0.2~5g的EDTA,溶解后得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ;d、减压蒸发乙醇,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量经减压蒸发降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液,其特征在于:所述凤眼蓝洗衣液还包括0.5~2g香精和1~3g防腐剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液,其特征在于:所述香精为橘味香精、番茄味香精、青檬味香精中的一种或多种,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠或山梨酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤,
A、凤眼蓝混合溶液的制备:
a、凤眼蓝乙醇榨汁:取洗净后凤眼蓝叶片,按照料液的质量体积比4:1~2:1g/ml加入60~75%乙醇溶液,混合榨汁,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ;
b、加活性白土和碳酸氢钠:在每L上述凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅰ中加入10~30g活性白土粉末和3~20g碳酸氢钠粉末,混合后过滤,去除固体成分,得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ;
c、加EDTA:在每L凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅱ中添加0.2~5g的EDTA,溶解后得到凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ;
d、减压蒸发乙醇,将凤眼蓝乙醇汁液Ⅲ中的乙醇含量经减压蒸发降低到3%以下,得到凤眼蓝混合液;
B、凤眼蓝洗衣液的配制:在每L凤眼蓝混合液中加入10~30g的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2~30g磺酸和0.5~2g的羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀,得到凤眼蓝洗衣液。
5.根据权利要求4所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d中所述减压蒸发在真空度为50~55kPa,温度30~40℃的条件下进行。
6.根据权利要求4所述具有固色功能的凤眼蓝洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤B中还添加有香精和防腐剂。
7.权利要求1至6任一项所述凤眼蓝洗衣液在处理凤眼蓝的应用。
