本发明公开了一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,它包括箱体、箱盖、防潮柱、通风孔。本发明的有益效果为:本发明不仅在箱壁上铺设有干燥剂,同时将干燥剂装入防潮柱内,分布于箱体内部,可以对种子堆放的中间位置进行干燥,能有有效的保证种子堆各个部位的干燥,避免种子在堆放过程中种子堆的中间部位湿热积累导致发芽。

技术领域
本发明涉及储存领域,更具体的说是涉及一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱。
背景技术
种子堆放是农业领域必备的步骤,在大型农场内,种子储备量较多,容易在堆放过程中,由于种子堆内部空气不流通而导致湿热积累,致使种子在堆放过程中发芽,从而造成种子浪费。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,解决了种子在堆放过程中,内部湿热积累导致种子提前发芽的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,它包括配合安装的箱体和箱盖;所述箱体底部设置有螺纹凹槽,所述螺纹凹槽内连接有防潮柱,所述防潮柱内部设置有防潮柱吸湿槽,所述防潮柱吸湿槽的槽口向下,所述防潮柱吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂,所述防潮柱的柱壁上设置有通风孔;所述箱体的箱壁上设置有箱壁吸湿槽,所述箱壁吸湿槽的槽口向上,所述箱壁吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂;所述箱体的箱壁吸湿槽的内壁上设置有通风孔。
更进一步的,所述的箱盖与箱体卡槽连接。
更进一步的,所述的通风孔的孔径小于干燥剂的粒径。
更进一步的,所述的螺纹凹槽与防潮柱螺纹连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明不仅在箱壁上铺设有干燥剂,同时将干燥剂装入防潮柱内,分布于箱体内部,可以对种子堆放的中间位置进行干燥,能有有效的保证种子堆各个部位的干燥,避免种子在堆放过程中种子堆的中间部位湿热积累导致发芽。

一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,它包括配合安装的箱体1和箱盖2;所述箱体1底部设置有螺纹凹槽,所述螺纹凹槽内连接有防潮柱3,所述防潮柱3内部设置有防潮柱吸湿槽,所述防潮柱吸湿槽的槽口向下,所述防潮柱吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂,所述防潮柱3的柱壁上设置有通风孔4;所述箱体1的箱壁上设置有箱壁吸湿槽,所述箱壁吸湿槽的槽口向上,所述箱壁吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂;所述箱体1的箱壁吸湿槽的内壁上设置有通风孔4。
所述的箱盖2与箱体1卡槽连接。
所述的通风孔4的孔径小于干燥剂的粒径。
所述的螺纹凹槽与防潮柱3螺纹连接。

1.一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,其特征在于:它包括配合安装的箱体(1)和箱盖(2);所述箱体(1)底部设置有螺纹凹槽,所述螺纹凹槽内连接有防潮柱(3),所述防潮柱(3)内部设置有防潮柱吸湿槽,所述防潮柱吸湿槽的槽口向下,所述防潮柱吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂,所述防潮柱(3)的柱壁上设置有通风孔(4);所述箱体(1)的箱壁上设置有箱壁吸湿槽,所述箱壁吸湿槽的槽口向上,所述箱壁吸湿槽内部装有干燥剂;所述箱体(1)的箱壁吸湿槽的内壁上设置有通风孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,其特征在于:所述的箱盖(2)与箱体(1)卡槽连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有除湿功能的种子储存箱,其特征在于:所述的通风孔(4)的孔径小于干燥剂的粒径。
