本发明涉及一种五金工具,具体是自锁套筒扳手驱动,尤其是一种方便操作、能够自动复位的套筒驱动,其一端4驱动头成十二角状,另一端1四角驱动可承接不同规格的套筒扳手和套筒扳手接杆。
背景技术:
目前市场上生产中所用棘轮套筒扳手扭力太小,用力容易坏,显得不很方便。
发明人为解决使用方便快捷,利用弹簧自动复位机构9扳手钩将顶住4驱动头自动锁住,正方向扭动能使9扳手钩和11扳手齿把4驱动头锁紧,反方向扭动能自动使9扳手钩和11扳手齿从4驱动头上解锁放松,用起来方便自如。
发明内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种改进的棘轮扳手即自动复位扳手,改进了棘轮扳手使用的力度也能达到棘轮扳手灵活性。
其技术解决方案为:
自锁套筒扳手驱动,包括四角驱动,驱动头,其在扳手杆设置自动复位机构,该自动复位机构由弹簧、弹簧外套、弹簧内套、钢球组成,扳手杆上有弹簧限长卡。
有益效果:
自锁套筒扳手驱动,设置了十二角的防滑驱动头、复位机构,能使向反方向扭动便可自动解锁,正方向扭动能使扳手钩和扳手齿极力锁紧驱动头,力度极大,活动自如,解决了现有技术中扳手改进的棘轮扳手使用的力度,也能达到棘轮扳手的灵活性,使用方便。

所述的3驱动档块比4驱动头的真经大,在正反方向扭动的时候可以挡住9扳手钩不易走动,1四角驱动上设有2卡扣装置,2卡扣装置可配合不同规格的13套筒扳手接杆和14套筒扳手,1四角驱动可以承接不同规格的13套筒扳手接杆和14套筒扳手。
