The life service identifier is similar to the basic operation mode of the public identifier, and after paying attention to a certain life service identifier, a user can obtain service in a conversation mode.
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to any B2C scene in an information service system, and the message pushing party can be a public mark or a life service mark and the like. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a message sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method includes:
101. and receiving a target number packet of a message pushing party, wherein the target number packet comprises the telephone numbers of a plurality of target pushing users.
The message pushing party may be a B-side user such as a public identity or a life service identity, the B-side user may trigger the message sending process through an information service client, before triggering the message sending process, the B-side user may determine a target pushing user, and a phone number of the target pushing user may be uploaded by the B-side user in the form of a number packet on the information service client, which is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the message sending method relates to a message group sending scene of a B-side user, and when the B-side user wants to send messages in a group way, a target number packet can be uploaded to an information service system, or one or more number packets are selected from the uploaded number packets to be used as the target number packet of the group sending.
102. And acquiring a plurality of target account numbers from a number and account number mapping database according to the telephone numbers of the target push users, wherein the number and account number mapping database is used for storing the telephone numbers and the corresponding account numbers.
The number and account mapping database may be established and maintained by the information service system, and specific establishing and maintaining processes may be described in detail in the following embodiments.
103. And sending the message based on the plurality of target account numbers.
The sending may be triggered by the server currently executing the message sending method, and is specifically executed by other servers having the message sending function in the information service system, which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sent message can adopt different message templates, such as different formats and styles, based on different scene information of the sent message, and more display elements, such as characters, pictures, link information, video, audio and other elements, can be introduced due to the diversity of the message templates, so that the problem of insufficient presentation forms of the content of the short message is solved, the interactivity is enhanced, the operability is enhanced, and the message templates adopted in different scenes can be distinguished to embody the scene characteristics, so that a better marketing effect can be achieved.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process of sending the message by the message pusher, based on the telephone number provided by the message pusher and the pre-maintained database of the mapping relationship between the telephone number and the account number, the off-line telephone number is butted with the virtual account on the user network, the traditional short message sending is replaced by the network message sending mode, the close connection between the side B and the side C is realized, the fusion of the on-line service and the off-line service is accelerated, the information circulation speed is accelerated, the message reach rate is improved, and the condition that the reach rate is low due to the shielding of the short message is avoided.
Optionally, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the method further includes: when a binding request of a portable telephone number of a user account is received, the user account and the corresponding telephone number are stored in the number and account mapping database.
The information service system can maintain a number and account mapping database, and in the daily life of a user, the situation of binding the telephone number and the user account of the user is often involved, the binding can be active binding in the steps, and the user reports the telephone number and the user account of the user to the information service system through the information service client, so that the binding process of the information service system is triggered. In another embodiment, the binding may also be a passive binding, and if the user information of the user account includes a phone number, the user account and the phone number may also be correspondingly stored in the number and account mapping database. In the passive binding scenario, it may be determined that the user information includes a phone number, and the phone number and the account number are actively stored in the number and account number mapping database, or the frequency of interaction information between the user account number and the message forwarding party, such as the frequency of sending an uplink message to the message forwarding party by the user account number, is analyzed, and if the frequency of interaction information is greater than a preset frequency, the phone number and the account number may be stored in the number and account number mapping database. The passive binding process improves the binding efficiency and the realization possibility of the mass sending function while realizing the binding.
The number and account mapping database may be updated in real time to provide docking between a phone number and an account, where the account may be an account of any information service application, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the step 102 "obtaining a plurality of target accounts from a number-account mapping database according to phone numbers of the plurality of target push users" includes: and judging whether the phone number of each target push user comprises the phone number in the number and account mapping database, and if so, acquiring a target account corresponding to the phone number.
For the telephone numbers of a plurality of target push users, the telephone numbers need to be inquired in a number and account mapping database, when the telephone numbers are inquired, the telephone numbers can be used as indexes to inquire whether the telephone numbers are included in the number and account mapping database, if the telephone numbers are included, the telephone numbers are determined to include the corresponding target accounts in the number and account mapping database, and the target accounts corresponding to the telephone numbers can be obtained.
In an actual scenario, there may be some target push users who do not bind the phone number in the information service system, so based on the foregoing embodiment, after the step "determining whether the phone number is included in the number and account mapping database", the method further includes: and if the number and account mapping database does not comprise the telephone number, sending prompt information to the telephone number in a short message mode, wherein the prompt information is used for informing a user of number binding.
For the situation, the user can be prompted to perform number binding in a short message manner, and the prompt message may include specific binding operation method guidance, such as prompting the user to operate an information service client so as to send a binding request to an information service system or log in a website to perform number and account binding.
Optionally, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the step 103 "perform message sending based on the multiple target account numbers" includes at least one of the following sending methods:
the first method is that for each target account, whether the number of received messages of the target account is greater than a message receiving threshold value is judged, if so, no message is sent to the target account, and if not, a message is sent to the target account.
In order to ensure the experience of the terminal user and reduce the harassment to the terminal user, the number of messages received by a single user can be controlled, for example, a message receiving threshold value is set, and whether the target account is sent or not can be determined according to the number of the mass-sending messages which are received by the target account in history.
And in the second method, for each target account, whether the target account shields the message pushing party or not is judged, if yes, the message is not sent to the target account, and if not, the message is sent to the target account.
In order to further avoid disturbance of the mass-sent message to the target account, whether the target account is sent or not may be determined according to the shielding operation of the target account, and if the target account has performed shielding setting on the message forwarding party, it is indicated that the target account does not want to receive the mass-sent message, so for each determined target account, the above-mentioned determination may be performed to determine whether the target account is sent or not.
And in the third method, whether the target account is online or not is judged for each target account, if so, the message is not sent to the target account, and if not, the message is cached until the target account is online and then the message is sent to the target account.
Because the target account may be in an offline state, the target account that is offline may not achieve the purpose of delivery even if sent, and therefore, it is necessary to first determine whether the target account is online, and if online, send a message, and if offline, introduce a message caching mechanism to cache the message, so as to send the message later when the target user is online.
Further, some of the mass-sending messages have timeliness, and if the duration range of the timeliness of the messages is exceeded, the messages are not used, and therefore, in order to ensure timeliness of the messages and save system resources, the method may further include: determining the caching duration of the message according to the current message scene information; and caching the message in the caching duration, discarding the cached message if the target account is not online when the caching duration is up, and sending the message to the target account if the target account is online in the caching duration.
For example, if the message scene information is a promotional activity, the promotional activity has a certain valid time range, for example, 2015 year 8, month 1 to 2015 year 8, month 3, and the valid time duration of the message, that is, the cache time duration, may be determined according to the valid time range, and with the above example, the cache time duration may be 3 days, and if the target user is not on line for more than 3 days, the message is no longer sent to the target user.
It should be noted that the message scenario information may be a promotional campaign, an offline campaign, an advertisement campaign, and the like, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
The fourth method comprises the steps of obtaining a public mark concerned by each target account; and for each target account, when the public identification of the target account does not comprise the message pushing party, sending the message of the message pushing party to the target account, and providing a shielding option and an attention option for the target account.
For the group-sending message in the B2C scenario, if the target account does not pay attention to the message sender, only one-way sending is possible, that is, the message of the message sender can be sent to the terminal where the target account is located, however, the target account cannot reply to the message. In order to solve the problem, when a message is sent, a shielding option and an attention option can be sent at the same time, so that when an attention operation of the target account on the message pushing party is received, the target account is allowed to send the message to the message pushing party, or when a confirmation operation of the shielding option is detected, the message pushing party can be controlled not to send the message to the target user any more, and the target user is prevented from being disturbed.
It should be noted that, for the information service system in the embodiment of the present invention, the message may be sent by using any one of the above sending methods, or the message may be sent by combining at least two methods. For example, for each target account, the determination as the first method may be performed, and then the determination as the second method may be performed to determine whether to send a message to the target account, and of course, the determination as the third method may also be performed continuously, and then whether to send a message to the target account may be determined. Any comprehensive consideration of the above four methods can achieve the purpose of further improving the reach rate and avoiding disturbance to the target account, and the specific combination manner of the method is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
All the above-mentioned optional technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the butt joint between the offline phone number and the virtual account on the user network based on the phone number provided by the message push party and the pre-maintained phone number and account mapping relation database in the message sending process of the message push party, replaces the traditional short message sending with the network message sending mode, realizes the close connection between the side B and the side C, accelerates the integration of the online service and the offline service, accelerates the circulation speed of the information, improves the message touch rate, and avoids the condition of low touch rate caused by shielding the short message.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a message sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
201. and receiving a target number packet of a message pushing party, wherein the target number packet comprises the telephone numbers of a plurality of target pushing users.
202. And acquiring a plurality of target accounts from a number and account mapping database according to the telephone numbers of the target push users.
203. For each target account, determining whether the number of received messages of the target account is greater than a message receiving threshold, if so, not sending the message to the target account, and if not, executing step 204.
204. For each target account, it is determined whether the target account has already masked the message forwarding party, if so, no message is sent to the target account, and if not, step 205 is executed.
205. And for each target account, judging whether the target account is online or not, if so, not sending a message to the target account, and if not, caching the message until the target account is online and then sending the message to the target account.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process of sending the message by the message pusher, the off-line telephone number is butted with the virtual account on the user network based on the telephone number provided by the message pusher and the pre-maintained telephone number and account mapping relation database, the traditional short message sending is replaced by the network message sending mode, the close connection between the side B and the side C is realized, the message reach rate is improved, and the condition of low reach rate caused by shielding the short message is avoided.
To further describe the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the following introduces the message sending process related to the embodiment of the present invention in detail based on the basic architecture of the information service system and the specific functions of each service module, where fig. 3 is an architecture schematic diagram of the information service system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 3, the information service system includes:
the information service client can be an instant messaging client or a social application client. Specifically, the following functions are provided: (1) and sending and receiving messages such as characters, pictures, videos, audios and the like and displaying the messages. (2) And pulling the message through a message system interface server. When the information service client receives the message notification sent by the message system interface server, the message is actively pulled from the message server. The information service client can also report various operation behavior information and corresponding parameters of the client to the statistics reporting interface server and the information system interface server of the information service side through the message uplink channel, so that the information system interface server maintains the relationship chain of B2C through a relationship chain system. (3) And acquiring information from the information service system side, and displaying the received information according to the instruction of the server or sending an instruction for deleting the history cache information to the server. (4) And reporting the acquired click operation behavior data such as the information identifier, the user operation information and the like to a statistical server, such as actively shielding or refusing to accept. (5) And reporting the times of clicking the corresponding B-side message by the user, the specific message ID, the Index number of the specific message corresponding to the message ID and the staying time of the click-on message to a statistical interface report server. (6) The method comprises the steps of obtaining a specific style corresponding to a specific B-side account message interactive menu through a message system interface server, for example, enriching an interactive entry, supporting the pull-up of a binding relationship between a self-reported client mobile phone number and an instant messaging account through a short message link, and reporting the mapping record relationship carried in a C2B uplink interactive message at regular intervals, such as 1 week. (7) Under the condition that the user allows, by reading the local address book, the mapping relation record of the current mobile phone number and the user account of the user is stored to a map database of the current mobile phone number and the user account through a reporting mapping interface.
The message system interface service can be an interface server for sending uplink and downlink messages between the information service client and the back-end message system. The message system interface server can directly send the message to the online client, for the client which is not online, the message can be temporarily stored in the message cache server, and when the message system interface server receives the online event of the client, the message is actively read from the message cache server and then is issued to the client.
The messaging system interface service may also interact with a messaging control policy service to provide personalized configuration information for the upstream messaging menu entry of C2B.
The message cache service can be used for temporarily storing messages which cannot be timely sent to the client and historical messages. The message cache server stores the content of the message entity, including message ID, message content, the message ID may be a message identifier for uniquely identifying the message, and the message content may include text, picture and message composition information. When the client wants to obtain the history messages of a certain time period, the previous history messages can be obtained through the message interface server.
The message service receives the uplink messages such as the user messages and the operation behavior information of the client, forwards the uplink messages to the scheduling service, receives the downlink messages of the scheduling service, establishes different sending queues for different message sending tasks based on the scheduling of the scheduling service, receives the control of an administrator on the message sending process, and can pause or cancel the current message sending task. The specific sending process may be to establish different message sending task queues according to the sending priority, the sequence and different time periods of the message, and for the message with high sending priority, the sending sequence of the message sending task in the queue may be adjusted. Wherein each different message sending task queue comprises a sender of a message, a receiver of the message (which may be a number packet of the message receiver in general, such as a number label set), a message body content, an expected sending speed of the message, a message reminding mode, and a description and description of a message body display style. The message body presentation style includes several typical styles, such as a plain text message, a single image message, a multi-image message, and a template custom configuration message, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
The scheduling service is the core of the whole system, schedules the message service, determines the priority and time sequence among different message sending queues in the message service process, and closely cooperates with the queuing service to determine the sending sequence and time point. The scheduling service can mark the task when establishing the message sending task, and predict the sending start time, the task priority, the number of target users needing to send, the expected sending time period and the like. The dispatch service is further described below with respect to interactions between different service modules: (1) communicating with a number packet service system. The scheduling service can acquire the number set of a message sending target user from a number packet service system, and the amount of the target user directly influences how many sending resources are needed for sending the message. In the actual scheduling process, if the target user amount is greater than the preset threshold, the number set may be segmented, and generally, the number set is equally distributed or distributed according to the total number, the expected sending speed and the sending capacity, so as to avoid an overload of the message server. For example, 5 hundred million users can be distributed to 5 target packages of 1 hundred million for transmission. And if the sending capability is 10 ten thousand per second, 10 sending tasks exist, and 1 sending task can only occupy 1 ten thousand per second. (2) And a relationship chain system. In order not to disturb the sending recipient, each time the message is sent, it needs to be the user who is actively associated with the sender identification (as in a group, etc.) or forms the concern. For example, if the account of one sender is a, the account set of the interested users is B, and a and B are in a one-to-many relationship, if the user not in the set B cannot receive the target message, a typical example may be a public number of a merchant and the interested user, and the public number of the merchant and the interested user are in a one-to-many relationship, when the merchant is up and down, a message may be sent to each interested user in the interested user set according to the interested relationship. (3) And communicating with a message control policy system. For determining the message reception and transmission of the user. For example, the total number of messages that can be received by a certain user in the current time, the number of messages that can be sent by an account in a group (that is, sent to multiple users at a time) and in a single (that is, sent to a user at a time), and of course, the specific reminding mode and display style of the messages on the client side in the sending process can also be obtained. (4) And communicating with a statistical analysis system. The scheduling service can count the arrival of messages and user operation information at a client side, wherein the information generally comprises whether the messages arrive or not, the arrival proportion, whether the messages are opened by a user or not, the browsing retention time and the specific retention position for opening the messages and the like, then the information is statistically analyzed according to different accounts, the information is generally sorted according to the click rate and the conversion rate of the messages, the quota for sending the messages by the account can be increased for the messages with high click rate, and the sending of the messages with low click rate can be reduced. (5) And directly sending the messages which are uploaded from the message service and are related to the third-party service system side to the third-party service system, and then scheduling the message service according to the processing result of the third-party service system. (6) And feeding back the sending state and the interface of the messages every day to the statistical analysis system.
The number packet service is used for the sending scheduling system to provide the input of the sending target set user, and is usually a set consisting of a group of target user identifications. The target user can generate different number packet sets through screening according to user attributes such as region, gender, age, academic history, income and the like. When the message is sent, the configured attribute information and the screening condition of the sending target set user can be read from the database system, and the number packet corresponding to the message sending task is determined based on the attribute information and the screening condition. It should be noted that, by based on the screening attribute information and the screening condition, the generated result is an independent number package file. In order to disperse the system pressure, different number packet files can be randomly scrambled, and different number packets are sent by adopting different sending services to disperse the system pressure and load.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the target number packet submitted by the B-side user, the query result is obtained by querying the number and number mapping database and is fed back to the B-side user whether a target account exists or not, the B-side merchant can go through a traditional short message sending channel under the condition of no target account, and if the target account exists, the corresponding account number packet which can be used for sending messages by an information service system can be generated, so that the related messages can be directly sent to the users.
And the reporting mapping interface service is used for actively receiving the report and update of the mapping relation between the telephone number of the terminal and the account, and storing the reported related records in a number and account mapping database.
And the mobile phone and account mapping database is used for recording the mapping relation between the phone number and the account reported by the client, providing query and retrieval service for the number packet service system, judging the binding relation between the phone number and the information service account and keeping the record updated.
And the relationship chain system is used for storing and recording the association relationship between the accounts. The association relationship may be a strong association such as a friend relationship, or a weak association such as an attention relationship or a listening relationship. Under the condition of strong association relationship, the accounts and the accounts can be in one-to-one relationship, under the condition of weak association, the common form is that one account A identifies one sender, and one set B identifies all accounts which can receive information sent by the account A. When the account a has a message to send, the message service may obtain, from the relationship chain system, an account for sending the message and an account for receiving the message on the relationship chain related to the account a through the scheduling service. Certainly, the relationship chain system is a changeable system, and when a client user actively cancels or pays attention to a certain account, an uplink message can be sent through the message system interface server, so that the relationship chain system modifies the corresponding attention relationship. Before the message is sent, whether the target user can accept the message pushing or not can be filtered through the relationship chain system, and the fact that the target user can only send the message by the user with the concern relationship is ensured.
And the message control strategy system is used for storing various rules and strategies for message sending. Such as the total number of messages that a user can receive during the day and the number of messages that an account can send in groups (to multiple users at a time) and in individual form (to a user at a time). The message control strategy system is also used for saving the reminding mode and the display mode of the message at the client side in the message sending process. For example, strong reminders on the client, such as PUSH systems using ios and android systems, or displayed directly on the client instant messaging message list. The message control policy system is also used for specially setting the sending limit rules of some special accounts, such as the number of sent messages and access. The message control policy system may also provide an inquiry service configured by the uplink C2B user personalized menu definition attribute, and in order to ensure the end user experience, if a user belongs to a plurality of different groups of the B side, the user only sends a message to the user once in a time period (different service scenes, such as news, in units of 6 hours), that is, the target user only receives the message sent by the B side to the first group, and other messages are not received any more.
The database service is used for providing data reading service for the number report system, the sending strategy control service and the relation chain system, and storing data in the information prompt system, wherein the stored information specifically comprises the following information: (1) the management information of various message sending accounts set by the administrator portal service includes newly added sending account identification, account attribute and message sending authority, such as the range of single-sending and group-sending messages. (2) And sending the priority of each account by the message, and setting the priority of the message. (3) And the basic number packet account information screened according to the basic user attributes is used as an entrance of a subsequent number packet service. (4) Account information of a basic relationship chain system and relationship chain system information formed by mutual attention. (5) Various sending strategies, priorities, account quota, information which can be received by a single user and various configuration information for filtering black and white lists. (6) And providing data reading service for a number packet system, a sending strategy server and a relation chain system.
The management portal service is generally a management website implemented in a Web (browser and server) architecture, and is used for products and operators to manage accounts, set various configuration rules and message sending strategies.
The data system is used for storing the description information of the information sending account, mainly is function introduction, and is convenient for a client user to search the account sent by the server; and providing the query service for the client through the message system interface.
The statistical reporting interface service is used for communicating with the information service client and reporting the flow log information of the user access behavior, the browsing information, the user operation behavior and the like after the received message is sent to the client; and reporting the reported statistical information including the access information of the pre-delivery message to a statistical analysis system.
The statistical analysis system is used for performing statistical analysis according to the log information sent by the statistical reporting interface server and calculating the basic result data such as the click rate, the reaching rate, the conversion rate and the like of the message; and the server communicates with the message scheduling server and provides a sending scheduling service based on the message behavior statistical information of the client user.
The side B service system is used for constructing logic services related to a third-party service system for completing specific service functions by connecting the information service system with the message channel of the side C.
The B-side management entry service is a management website usually implemented by a Web (browser and server) architecture, provides a management and control service system for the B-side, and queries a push message effect data entry corresponding to the B-side service system; meanwhile, users under the account corresponding to the B side are managed for the B side system, the users are grouped, corresponding message scene templates are configured, and an entrance of a C2B reply message is automatically defined; and for target users without mapping records of telephone numbers and accounts, a traditional short message center can be called to perform related message notification.
