Background
With the development of modern medical level and medical imaging, more and more medical diagnostic devices are applied to clinical diagnosis and auxiliary treatment, such as X-ray machine, CT machine, MR, DR, CR, etc., and hospitals generally print images generated by these diagnostic devices through film printers. In the field of image diagnosis technology, images printed by films have become the basis for doctors to observe and diagnose. With the development of medical information, the electronic development of image films and reports is becoming a trend. Based on the electronic film and the report, remote medical diagnosis can be realized through internet communication, so that more medical service options are provided for patients.
There are two main types of conventional film printing modes: one is that the medical staff is responsible for printing and distributing to the patient, and the other is that the patient goes to the printing terminal for self-service printing. However, in the first method, in a large medical institution, there are many films for image diagnosis, and the related work flow of film printing is complicated, so that the workload of medical staff is increased, and the work efficiency of hospital staff is affected. With the second method, when a patient is queued to take a film at a self-service printing terminal, the patient's waiting time is increased by not knowing when the film and report will be ready on which printing device. In some cases, for example, when the image quality is too poor and the doctor cannot report based on the image information and needs to take the patient again, it is often inconvenient because the doctor cannot contact the patient.
Therefore, in order to facilitate the patient to reasonably arrange the time for printing the medical image information, increase the communication between the doctor and the patient, and implement the electronic information management of the medical image information, a system and a method for conveniently viewing the electronic medical image information of the patient are needed to solve the above problems.

Through the application of the mobile terminal application program server 19, a maintenance engineer can also be helped to directly apply the existing application program of the mobile terminal 21 to know the running state of the medical information printing system 13 anytime and anywhere so as to remotely monitor the state of the medical information printing system 13. Thereby, the maintenance service can be provided in time to ensure the normal operation of the hospital. The specific implementation mode is as follows:
as an example, when the medical information printing system 13 malfunctions, the medical information printing system 13 transmits the malfunction status information to the remote center print management server 11, and the remote center print management server 11 may transmit the malfunction status information to the mobile terminal application server 19 through the first wireless network 101. The mobile terminal application server 19 may send the fault status information to the mobile terminal 21 of the service engineer to inform him of the service or maintenance. In other embodiments, the maintenance engineer mobile terminal 21 issues a query request to the remote central print management server 19 via the first wireless network 101 to obtain the fault status information.
