耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,用透明璃玻板、透明璃玻弦波板组成。瓦楞透光墙的透明玻璃透光,能减少白天照明用电。当瓦楞墙受到冲击时,璃玻板具有的弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层璃玻板吸收,使瓦楞墙成为耐冲击墙体;瓦楞墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。瓦楞墙的璃玻板、璃玻弦波板之间有许多空间,大幅降低瓦楞墙的重量,使瓦楞墙的重量很轻;目前墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上;所以用瓦楞墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。璃玻板、璃玻弦波板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击璃玻板时,璃玻板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音保温。

目前楼房的砖墙很重,隔音保温隔热性能差,不透光,未见有关璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙的报道。
本技术提出一种耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,简称璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,属墙体领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,其有益效果是,减少白天照明用电,墙体轻而大幅降低建楼成本,隔热使能源费用大幅减少,隔音保温令居住环境安静。
耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用璃玻板、璃玻弦渡板组成;其工艺是:透明璃玻板加热放入弦波模具,加压成弦渡,冷却后获得透明璃玻弦波板(1);透明璃玻板(2)、透明璃玻弦波板交错重叠放满模具,透明璃玻板覆盖底面,送炉窑加热使玻璃熔粘,冷却后获得璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙(3),从而使耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙:
透明璃玻板制作:多块耐高温玻璃网布快速通过低温的透明玻璃熔浆,使透明玻璃熔浆包裹玻璃网布,除去多余的透明玻璃熔浆,冷却后获得透明璃玻板。
目前楼房的砖墙不透光,玻璃墙不隔音、不保温并易破碎伤人。
瓦楞透光墙的透明玻璃透光,能减少白天照明用电。
当瓦楞墙受到冲击时,璃玻板具有的韧性,以及璃玻弦波板的波峰,使承托的璃玻板具有弹性,将冲击力吸收,经过几层璃玻板吸收,使瓦楞墙成为耐冲击墙体;从整体来说,瓦楞墙是整块墙体做成,而且有玻璃网布作为加强筋,所以瓦楞墙耐冲击比粘土砖墙或水泥砖墙更强。
瓦楞墙的璃玻板、璃玻弦渡板之间有许多空间,大幅降低瓦楞墙的重量,使瓦楞墙的重量很轻;目前墙体重量是楼的地板和梁柱总重量两倍以上;所以用瓦楞墙代替粘土砖或水泥砖,能使楼房基础和梁柱的水泥砂石用量减少过半。
璃玻板、璃玻弦波板厚度不超过一毫米。声波冲击璃玻板时,璃玻板产生震动将声波吸收,达到隔音保温。

1.耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,其特征是,用璃玻板、璃玻弦波板组成;其工艺是:透明璃玻板加热放入弦波模具,加压成弦波,冷却后获得透明璃玻弦波板;透明璃玻板、透明璃玻弦波板交错重叠放满模具,透明璃玻板覆盖底面,送炉窑加热使玻璃熔粘,冷却后获得璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙,从而使耐冲击重量轻隔音保温的璃玻复合瓦楞透光墙得以运行。
