Abstract

本发明公开了一种空气净化器复合过滤网,包括过滤网本体,所述过滤网本体为环形结构,所述过滤网本体包括从外到内依次设置的初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、富勒烯纤维网、备长炭纤维网和光触媒纤维网,所述活性炭滤网由椰壳活性炭制成,所述富勒烯纤维网由富勒烯纳米纤维制成,所述备长炭纤维网由备长炭纤维制成,所述光触媒纤维网由活性碳纤维负载纳米二氧化钛制成。本发明采用环形结构,改变了平板过滤网的形状,增大了过滤网面积,从而增加了空气净化器的有效过滤面积,并且有效的减少风阻,改善内循环的流动性;采用初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、富勒烯纤维网、备长炭纤维网和光触媒纤维网,复合六种过滤技术,过滤效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,涉及一种过滤装置,具体涉及一种空气净化器复合过滤网。
背景技术
空气净化是指针对室内的各种环境问题提供杀菌消毒、降尘除霾、祛除有害装修残留以及异味等整体解决方案,提高改善生活、办公条件,增进身心健康。室内环境污染物和污染来源主要包括挥发性有机气体、霉菌、花粉、颗粒物、装修残留、二手烟等。
空气净化器作为一种新型电器,已经进入家用领域,可以减轻室内空气污染,清除空气中的有害物质。其中,过滤网起到至关重要的作用。现有的过滤网通常采用HEPA过滤网、活性炭过滤网等。这种滤网功能单一,其过滤效果略差。而且现有的过滤网多为平板结构,过滤面积小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空气净化器复合过滤网,可增大过滤面积,过滤效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种空气净化器复合过滤网,包括过滤网本体,所述过滤网本体为环形结构,所述过滤网本体包括从外到内依次设置的初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、富勒烯纤维网、备长炭纤维网和光触媒纤维网,所述活性炭滤网由椰壳活性炭制成,所述富勒烯纤维网由富勒烯纳米纤维制成,所述备长炭纤维网由备长炭纤维制成,所述光触媒纤维网由活性碳纤维负载纳米二氧化钛制成。
为了固定初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、富勒烯纤维网、备长炭纤维网和光触媒纤维网,所述过滤网本体的上下两侧设置有滤框。
所述滤框包括内层的固定板和外层的密封盖板,上侧滤框的所述密封盖板上设置有呈矩形结构的预埋槽,所述预埋槽内设置有与预埋槽活动连接的提手。
本发明的过滤网采用环形结构,改变了平板过滤网的形状,增大了过滤网面积,从而增加了空气净化器的有效过滤面积,并且有效的减少风阻,改善内循环的流动性;采用初效滤网、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、富勒烯纤维网、备长炭纤维网和光触媒纤维网,复合6种过滤技术,过滤效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一种空气净化器复合过滤网,包括过滤网本体,所述过滤网本体为环形结构,所述过滤网本体包括从外到内依次设置的初效滤网1、HEPA滤网2、活性炭滤网3、富勒烯纤维网4、备长炭纤维网5和光触媒纤维网6,所述活性炭滤网3由椰壳活性炭制成,所述富勒烯纤维网4由富勒烯纳米纤维制成,所述备长炭纤维网5由备长炭纤维制成,所述光触媒纤维网6由活性碳纤维负载纳米二氧化钛制成。
初效滤网1初步过滤毛发、较大尘埃颗粒;
HEPA滤网2能过滤99%的PM2.5,可有效滤除灰尘、香烟烟雾、花粉、螨虫等;
活性炭滤网3能吸附苯、甲苯、甲醛、氨气、二氧化硫等挥发性有害物质和异味;
富勒烯纤维网4可产生小粒径、高活性、迁移距离远的生态级小粒径负离子,对空气进行消毒杀菌;
备长炭纤维网5能调节空气湿度,当环境湿度过高时吸收水分,当环境湿度不足时释放水汽,还能释放远红外线,促使人体皮下深层的温度上升,并使微血管扩张,促进血液循环,同时还可以产生负离子,减轻压力,消除紧张;
光触媒纤维网6可对空气中的有害化学物质、恶臭物质进行分解或无害化处理。
为了固定初效滤网1、HEPA滤网2、活性炭滤网3、富勒烯纤维网4、备长炭纤维网5和光触媒纤维网6,所述过滤网本体的上下两侧设置有滤框7。
如图1和图3所示,所述滤框7包括内层的固定板71和外层的密封盖板72,上侧滤框7的所述密封盖板72上设置有呈矩形结构的预埋槽73,所述预埋槽73内设置有与预埋槽73活动连接的提手74,方便整个过滤网的提取和更换。

1.一种空气净化器复合过滤网,包括过滤网本体,其特征在于,所述过滤网本体为环形结构,所述过滤网本体包括从外到内依次设置的初效滤网(1)、HEPA滤网(2)、活性炭滤网(3)、富勒烯纤维网(4)、备长炭纤维网(5)和光触媒纤维网(6),所述活性炭滤网(3)由椰壳活性炭制成,所述富勒烯纤维网(4)由富勒烯纳米纤维制成,所述备长炭纤维网(5)由备长炭纤维制成,所述光触媒纤维网(6)由活性碳纤维负载纳米二氧化钛制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器复合过滤网,其特征在于,所述过滤网本体的上下两侧设置有滤框(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器复合过滤网,其特征在于,所述滤框(7)包括内层的固定板(71)和外层的密封盖板(72),上侧滤框(7)的一侧所述密封盖板(72)上设置有呈矩形结构的预埋槽(73),所述预埋槽(73)内设置有与预埋槽(73)活动连接的提手(74)。
