The bottom sealing strip 13 is composed of a third fixing portion 13a at the upper part, a third lip portion 13b and a third air bag portion 13c at the lower part, the third lip portion 13b is arranged at the outer side of the third air bag portion 13c, and then front and back two sealing are formed, so that water in the cleaning chamber 3 is effectively prevented from flowing out from a gap between the bottom of the door body 6 and the inner container 2 in the cleaning process.
The bottom of the inner door frame 9 is provided with a through-long third mounting groove 14 which is sunken upwards, both side surfaces of the third fixing part 13a are provided with a plurality of third inverted teeth 15 which protrude outwards, the third fixing part 13a is upwards inserted into the third mounting groove 14, and the bottom sealing strip 13 is fixedly connected with the inner door frame 9 through the friction force formed between the third inverted teeth 15 and the inner wall of the third mounting groove 14. Only a few third mounting grooves 14, and correspondingly, only a few third fixing parts 13a may be provided, and when mounting, the plurality of third fixing parts 13a are correspondingly inserted into the plurality of third mounting grooves 14 to realize fixing.
The third lip 13b on the bottom sealing strip 13 is arranged outside the third air bag part 13c, the third lip 13b and the third air bag part 13c are arranged along the bottom of the inner door frame 9 in a full-length mode, the third air bag part 13c is compressed when the door body 6 is closed, meanwhile, the third lip 13b is closely attached to the inner container 2, and therefore sealing is achieved between the bottom of the inner door frame 9 and the inner container 2 of the tableware feeding opening 5. The third lip 13b is used as a second seal and is spaced from the third bag portion 13c by a distance which is larger than the maximum deformation of the third bag portion 13c after being pressed, that is, a certain distance is left between the third lip 13b and the third bag portion 13c after the third bag portion 13c is pressed, so that even if water drops are condensed on the surface of the third bag portion 13c, the water drops do not flow to the third lip 13b, and thus the area of the bottom of the door body 6 where water drops may possibly occur is reduced.
The bottom sealing strip 13 is arranged at the bottommost part in the door body structure, partial water drops are condensed on the surface of the bottom sealing strip 13 in the midway or termination of a washing program, and the water drops on the bottom sealing strip 13 drop along with the opening process and the self gravity along with the gradual opening of the door body. In order to avoid the water dripping phenomenon, in the embodiment, the top of the third air bag part 13c is closely matched with the bottom of the inner door frame 9, so that the inner surface of the inner door frame 9 and the inner side surface of the third air bag part 13c are in smooth transition integrally, and the water condensation phenomenon is reduced when water on the inner surface of the inner door frame 9 flows through the third air bag part 13c, so that the residual water on the inner surface of the door body 6 can be reduced to the maximum extent, the water can smoothly flow back to the cleaning chamber 3 before the door is opened, and the water cannot drip on a table board.
In order to further ensure that the phenomenon of water dripping does not occur during the process of opening and closing the door, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a water receiving tank for collecting the residual water on the inner surface of the door body when the door is opened is disposed on the top of the inner surface of the door body 6, that is, on the inner surface of the top of the inner door frame 9, in order to ensure that the phenomenon of water dripping does not occur, the water receiving tank preferably adopts an upper water receiving tank and a lower water receiving tank, which are a first water receiving tank 16 and a second water receiving tank 17, respectively, and the first water receiving tank 16 is disposed below the second water receiving tank. The water receiving tank can also adopt only the first water receiving tank 16 or the second water receiving tank 17.
Wherein, first water receiving tank 16 is the structure of falling L shape, follows along the interior door frame 9 at inlayer glass 8 top and follows the logical long setting, and the lateral wall of the structure of falling L shape stretches out downwards (the direction to inlayer glass 8 promptly), and the lateral wall of the structure of falling L shape, roof and the internal surface of inlayer glass 8 enclose into the groove cavity 18 of collecting the internal surface residual water of door jointly. When the door body 6 is gradually opened to the topmost end, most of the residual water on the door body 6 flows into the groove cavity 18 of the first water receiving groove 16 along the inner surface of the inner layer glass 8, the groove cavity 18 can temporarily store the collected water, and when the door body 6 is closed, the water in the groove cavity 18 flows out and then flows back to the inside of the cleaning chamber 3 along the inner surfaces of the inner layer glass 8 and the inner door frame 9.
The second water receiving tank 17 is a through-length cavity 20 structure formed at the upper edge position of the top of the inner door frame 9, a strip-shaped water inlet 19 is formed along the inner surface of the inner door frame 9 below the cavity 20, and the cavity 20 is defined by the inner door frame 9 and the outer door frame 11 together.
Because second water receiving tank 17 sets up the top border at interior door frame 9 top, and the setting of first water receiving tank 16 is at the lower border at interior door frame 9 top, so second water receiving tank 17's length will be longer than first water receiving tank 16, when door body 6 was opened completely, some water droplet on the internal surface of door body 6 can be along interior door frame 9 flow direction edge, second water receiving tank 17 just can collect the remaining part water yield completely, make the water droplet of the internal surface of door body 6 can not drip to the top or the back of box 1 as far as possible, even there is a small amount of water droplet drippage also in user's acceptable within range. When the door body 6 is closed, a small amount of water in the cavity 20 flows out from the water inlet 19 and flows back to the inside of the cleaning chamber 3 along the inner surface of the inner layer glass 8 and the inner door frame 9.
Interior door frame 9, first water receiving tank 16 and second water receiving tank 17 are injection moulding's structure as an organic whole, and first water receiving tank 16 and second water receiving tank 17 once forming form when moulding plastics, not only guarantee the function of collecting water, have still simplified interior door frame 9's structure.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, two convex water retaining ribs 21 are further respectively disposed on two sides of the inner door frame 9, the water retaining ribs 21 are disposed on the inner side of the side sealing strip 27, the water retaining ribs 21 are disposed between the edge of the first water receiving tank 16 and the edge of the second water receiving tank 17, so as to guide excess water into the second water receiving tank 17, and the water retaining ribs 21, the inner door frame 9, the first water receiving tank 16 and the second water receiving tank 17 are integrally formed by injection molding. When the door body 6 is opened or closed, the water retaining rib 21 is favorable for blocking water in the middle of the door body 6, the water cannot flow out of the door body 6 to two sides, and a certain diversion effect can be further realized on the water, the water flows into the first water receiving tank 16 and the second water receiving tank 17 when the door is opened, and meanwhile, the water in the first water receiving tank 16 and the second water receiving tank 17 flows back to the inside of the cleaning chamber 3 along with the water retaining rib 21 when the door is closed.
