Abstract

背景技术
为了通过腹壁进食,已知(US 5 997 503 A)使用一种给食导管,其具有通过口部穿过腹壁的杆,杆在胃内具有贴靠在胃壁上的球形罐和在腹壁的外侧上的导管头,使得给食导管被固定在导管头和与球形罐相对置的腹壁之间。给食导管的杆设有给食通道,该给食通道穿过球形罐并且与胃相连。相应地,制作的食物可以随后通过预设在导管头内的、通过止回阀与给食通道相连的供给接口进入胃内。为了填充球形罐在给食导管的杆内设有与球形罐交汇的流体通道,该流体通道通过导管头的另外的供给接口和指向关闭的弹簧加载的阀门可以被施加流体、通常是空气或水。通过配属于流体通道的供给接口,还可以清空球形罐,以便将给食导管从口部中移除。
由于给食导管固定在球形罐和导管头之间,杆的长度应与相应的患者的腹壁的厚度相匹配。这意味着,给食导管必须提供具有分级长度的杆,这导致巨大的制造和存储耗费。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种给食导管,其可以简单地考虑到腹壁的相应厚度。
从前述类型的给食导管出发,所述技术问题按照本发明通过一种给食通道解决,其中,构成独立于所述杆的导管部分的导管头形成用于可截取的杆的插接耦合,以便通道与所配属的供给接口相连接。
由于导管头与给食导管的杆的分离,提供了关于杆长度与解剖学的给定条件的准确的、特定的匹配的前提,因为杆仅仅需要根据预设的比例进行截取。凭借用于杆的通道与所属的供给接口的连接的预设的插接耦合,杆和导管头之间所需的事后的连接是没有困难的。
用于杆的通道与导管头的所属的供给接口的连接的插接耦合的结构设计方案可以不同地实施,这仅仅取决于是液体密封连接或流体密封连接。杆在导管头上的连接可行性在于,在导管头内预设有用于杆的已截取的连接端部的插接口。在这种情况下所关心的是,在杆的连接端部导入导管头的插接口内之后,杆的通道足够密封地与导管头相连,这例如通过导管头与杆的被截取的连接端部之间的粘接实现。但是也可以为此预设用于导管头的杆通道的端侧的密封。
由此,每个导管通道可以分别通过插接耦合与所配属的供给接口相连,所述插接耦合可以包括嵌接在所述杆的通道内的连接插头。如果向着所述杆的被截取的连接端部突伸的连接插头具有变窄的导入端部,则简化了配属于导管头的连接插头向杆的通道内的导入。
因为所述杆通常由相应的弯曲柔性的塑料制成,所以导管头的预设的连接插头在杆的通道壁的弹性的预应力下被围绕,这通常确保导管头与杆的连接端部的之间的足够的连接。为了改进这种连接,所述杆的连接端部附加地被安全涨圈或安全密封圈包围。

具体实施方式
所示的给食导管具有连接在导管头1上的杆2,所述杆2由两个通道3和4构成,即用于进食的给食通道3和用于填充和清空设在杆2的端部上的球形罐5的流体通道4。杆2的两个通道3、4与相应的供给接口6、7相连。用于进食和/或给药的供给接口6设有止回阀8,通过止回阀8可以将食物或药物通过给食通道3放入胃中,给食通道3穿过球形罐5。用于流体通道4的供给接口7具有朝关闭指向的弹簧加载的阀门9,通过阀门9可以将流体、例如水充入球形罐5中。通过该阀门9还可以清空球形罐5。
与传统的给食导管的不同点在于,导管头1是不同于或独立于杆2的导管部分,当杆2被截取到预设长度之后,杆2可以连接在导管头上。为此,导管头1形成用于杆2的插接耦合。所述插接耦合可以通过压紧在杆2的外周上的插口在导管头1内实现。然而根据所示的实施例,用于杆2的两个通道3、4的导管头1构造有向着杆2的连接端部突伸的连接插头10,该连接插头优选在通道壁的扩宽的情况下嵌接在杆2内,使得杆2通过它的连接端部在弹性预应力下围绕导管头1的连接插头10。为了固定杆2和连接插头10之间的连接,杆2的连接端部可以附加地被安全涨圈11包围。
Claims (4)
1.一种给食导管,具有连接在导管头(1)上的杆(2),所述杆2具有至少两个通道(3、4)、即给食通道(3)和流体通道(4),所述杆(2)在其端部上支承着被所述给食通道(3)穿过的、与所述流体通道(4)相连的球形罐(5),其中,所述导管头(1)具有用于通道(3、4)的、设有阀门(8、9)的供给接口(6、7),其特征在于,构成独立于所述杆(2)的导管部分的导管头(1)形成用于可截取的杆(2)的插接耦合,以便使得通道(3、4)与所配属的供给接口(6、7)相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的给食导管,其特征在于,所述插接耦合包括嵌接在所述杆(2)的通道(3、4)内的连接插头(10)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的给食导管,其特征在于,向着所述杆(2)的被截取的连接端部突伸的连接插头(10)具有变窄的导入端部。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的给食导管,其特征在于,所述杆(2)的连接端部被安全涨圈(11)包围。
