Abstract

According to the scheme, a user does not need to move a sight line from a television to the remote controller, and the problems that the user misses television images and watching of the user is influenced in the prior art are solved. That is, when a user touches a certain key on the remote controller, the currently touched key can be observed through the display screen of the television, so that whether the touched key is the key which the user wants to touch at this time can be determined. If the key contacted by the user is the key which is expected to be touched, the user can press the contacted key, so that the remote controller generates corresponding control information, the control information is transmitted to the television, the television executes the operation corresponding to the control information, and the television is controlled. If the key contacted by the user is a key which the user does not want to touch at this time, it is indicated that the key currently contacted by the user is an error key, and the user needs to control the television through other keys.
When the television control device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is used for controlling a television, a user does not need to transfer the sight from a television screen to a remote controller, so that the problems that the user misses a television picture and the watching of the user is influenced in the first mode adopted in the prior art are solved; in addition, whether the currently contacted key is the key which is expected to be touched at this time can be judged through the display of the television display screen, so that the situation that the key is pressed wrongly in the second mode in the prior art is avoided, and the accuracy of television control is improved.
And the television can determine the key touched by the user at this time and display the key through the key information contained in the contact information. The key information includes: and the code value corresponding to the key and/or the name of the key.

and the control information generating module is used for generating and sending the control information of the key when the key is pressed and operated. And the control information is sent to the television through a wireless transmission interface built in the remote controller, so that the television can execute the operation corresponding to the control information.
The method can judge whether the currently contacted key is the key which is expected to be touched at this time through the contacted key displayed on the television display screen. If the key currently contacted by the user is the key which is expected to be touched, the user can press the contacted key, so that the remote controller generates corresponding control information and transmits the control information to the television. And after receiving the control information, the television executes the operation corresponding to the control information, thereby realizing the control of the television and meeting the control requirements of users.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in a plurality of software and/or hardware when implementing the invention.

The display module 220 is configured to display the key on a display screen according to the contact information.
The keys are displayed on the display screen of the television, so that the user can determine the keys which are currently contacted by the user, and judge whether the contacted keys are the keys which are expected to be touched at this time.
That is, when a user touches a certain key on the remote controller, the currently touched key can be observed through the display screen of the television, so that whether the touched key is the key which the user wants to touch at this time can be determined. If the key contacted by the user is the key which is expected to be touched, the user can press the contacted key, so that the remote controller generates corresponding control information, the control information is transmitted to the television, the television executes the operation corresponding to the control information, and the television is controlled. If the key contacted by the user is the key which does not want to be touched, the key currently contacted by the user is an error key, and the user needs to control the television through other keys.
When the television is controlled by the scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the user does not need to transfer the sight from the television screen to the remote controller, so that the problem that the user misses the television picture and the watching of the user is influenced in the first mode adopted in the prior art is solved; in addition, whether the currently contacted key is the key which is expected to be touched at this time can be judged through the display of the television display screen, so that the situation that the key is pressed wrongly in the second mode in the prior art is avoided, and the accuracy of television control is improved.
Further, the television control apparatus disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and the operation module is used for executing the operation corresponding to the control information of the key if the control information of the key is received. The remote controller generates control information of a key and sends the control information to the television after receiving a pressing operation aiming at the key.
And if the user determines that the keys displayed on the display screen are the keys which are expected to be touched, pressing the keys, and after receiving the pressing operation, the remote controller generates the control information of the keys. After receiving the control information transmitted by the remote controller, the television executes the operation corresponding to the control information, thereby realizing the control of the television and meeting the control requirements of users.
Or, in the television control device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the display module is further configured to, after the key is displayed on the display screen, if the control information for the key is not received within a preset time period, not display the key any more.
After the contacted key is displayed on the display screen, if the control information for the key is not received all the time within a preset time period, it is indicated that the user does not press the key after contacting the key, which generally indicates that the key is a key that the user does not want to touch currently. In this case, the keys are no longer displayed on the display of the television.
Or, in the television control device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the display module is further configured to, after the key is displayed on the display screen, if contact information for other keys or control information for other keys is received, no longer display the current key.
After the keys are displayed on the display screen, if contact information aiming at other keys is received, the fact that the user contacts other keys on the remote controller is indicated, and the keys displayed on the display screen at present are keys which the user does not want to touch. In addition, after the keys are displayed on the display screen, if the control information aiming at other keys is received, the fact that the user presses other keys on the remote controller is indicated, and the fact that the keys which are displayed on the display screen currently and are not touched by the user is also indicated. In both cases, the keys are no longer displayed on the television display.

Of course, the functions of the units may be implemented in the same software and/or hardware or in a plurality of software and/or hardware when implementing the invention.

a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
acquiring a contact signal generated by a contact sensor arranged on the surface of a key of a remote controller, wherein the contact sensor generates the contact signal when the key is in contact operation;
generating key information containing the key according to the contact signal, and controlling and displaying the contact information of the key;
and sending the contact information through a wireless transmission interface.

Further, the processor is further configured to: and when the key is pressed for operation, generating and sending the control information of the key.

after the keys are displayed on the display screen, if contact information aiming at other keys or control information of other keys is received, the current keys are not displayed any more.

Claims (10)
1. A remote control, comprising:
the device comprises keys, a contact sensor, a processor and a wireless transmission interface;
the touch sensor is arranged on the surface of each key;
when the key is operated by touch, the touch sensor generates a touch signal;
when the processor receives the contact signal, generating key information containing the key and controlling the display of the contact information of the key;
the wireless transmission interface transmits the contact information.
2. The remote control of claim 1,
the contact sensor includes: a pressure sensor and/or a temperature sensor.
3. A television control method, comprising:
acquiring a contact signal generated by a contact sensor arranged on the surface of a key of a remote controller, wherein the contact sensor generates the contact signal when the key is in contact operation;
generating key information containing the key according to the contact signal, and controlling and displaying the contact information of the key;
and sending the contact information through a wireless transmission interface.
4. The television manipulation method of claim 3,
the key information includes: and the code value corresponding to the key and/or the name of the key.
5. The television manipulation method of claim 3, further comprising:
and when the key is pressed for operation, generating and sending the control information of the key.
6. A television control method, comprising:
receiving key information including keys and controlling to display contact information of the keys;
and displaying the key on a display screen according to the contact information.
7. The television manipulation method of claim 6, further comprising:
if the control information of the key is received, executing the operation corresponding to the control information of the key;
or,
after the keys are displayed on the display screen, if the control information aiming at the keys is not received within a preset time period, the keys are not displayed any more;
or,
after the keys are displayed on the display screen, if contact information aiming at other keys or control information of other keys is received, the current keys are not displayed any more.
8. A television control apparatus, comprising:
the remote controller comprises a signal acquisition module, a signal processing module and a control module, wherein the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a contact signal generated by a contact sensor arranged on the surface of a key of the remote controller, and the contact sensor generates the contact signal when the key is in contact operation;
the information generating module is used for generating key information containing the keys according to the contact signals and controlling and displaying the contact information of the keys;
and the transmission control module is used for sending the contact information through a wireless transmission interface.
9. A television control apparatus, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving key information containing keys and controlling and displaying contact information of the keys;
and the display module is used for displaying the key on a display screen according to the contact information.
10. The television control apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the operation module is used for executing the operation corresponding to the control information of the key if the control information of the key is received;
or,
the display module is further used for displaying the keys on the display screen, and if the control information aiming at the keys is not received within a preset time period, the keys are not displayed any more;
or,
the display module is further used for displaying the keys on the display screen, and if the contact information of other keys or the control information of other keys is received, the current keys are not displayed any more.
