Among them, the plurality of pressure sensing units 002 are uniformly distributed around the display panel 001, which can improve the accuracy of contact recognition.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the touch point is identified by using the pressure sensing unit 002 as an example, in practical applications, a capacitive touch unit may be disposed in the display panel 001, the touch point may also be identified by using the capacitive touch unit in the display panel 001, and a process of identifying the touch point by using the capacitive touch unit in the display panel 001 may refer to related technologies, which is not described herein again.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pressure is applied to the touch display screen 00 shown in fig. 4 and 5 as an example, and the process of applying the pressure to the touch display screen 00 shown in fig. 2 and 3 is similar to this, and the embodiment of the present invention is not described again here.
It should be noted that the touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the present invention has a wide range of pressure detection, and therefore, the touch display screen can be applied to a touch display device that is difficult to detect a small pressure (slow to small deformation), such as an exhibition stand and an automobile lamp.
According to the touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pressure sensing unit is not required to be prepared in the backlight part or the effective display Area (AA) of the display panel, but the pressure sensing unit is arranged in the peripheral Area of the display panel, so that the pressure sensing unit does not influence the display performance of the display panel, the backlight part and the AA Area are not influenced in the process of preparing the pressure sensing unit, in addition, the complicated signal control unit is required to prepare the pressure sensing unit in the AA Area of the display panel, the power consumption of the display panel is improved, the manufacturing difficulty is increased, the pressure sensing unit is only arranged in the peripheral Area of the display panel, the number of the pressure sensing units is reduced, the signal control is simplified, and the power consumption of the display panel is reduced. For example, in the related art, the pressure sensing units are usually disposed on the whole surface of the display panel, so that the number of the pressure sensing units is i × j (i is the number of rows, and j is the number of columns), the pressure sensing units are disposed only in the peripheral region of the display panel, and the number of the pressure sensing units is 2 × i + j, so that the number of the pressure sensing units is significantly reduced, the power consumption of touch (chinese: touch) is reduced, and the touch wiring and IC design is simplified. Moreover, the difference between the signal analysis method of the present invention and the signal analysis method of the related art is large, the touch display screen of the related art needs to analyze the pressure sensing signals of i × j pressure sensing units to obtain the position coordinates of the touch points, and the touch display screen of the related art only needs to analyze the pressure sensing signals of 2 × (i + j) pressure sensing units in the peripheral area of the display panel to obtain the position coordinates of the touch points.
In summary, in the touch display screen provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of pressure sensing units are disposed around the display panel, and the orthographic projection of the frame on the display panel covers the orthographic projection of each pressure sensing unit in the plurality of pressure sensing units on the display panel, so that the pressure sensing units have a smaller influence on the optical performance of the display panel, and the problem that the touch units have a larger influence on the optical performance of the display panel in the related art, which results in a poorer optical performance of the touch display screen, is solved, and the effects of reducing the influence of the pressure sensing units on the optical performance of the display panel and improving the optical performance of the touch display screen are achieved.
In the field of display technology, liquid crystal display panels are widely applied to modern digital information equipment due to the advantages of small size, low power consumption, no radiation, high resolution and the like, and the pressure sensing technology refers to the technology capable of detecting external stress, and the technology is applied to the fields of industrial control, medical treatment and the like for a long time. Touch display screens in the related art are generally: the design needs to be wired at the backlight portion of the display panel, and a separate IC is needed to implement the output and reception of signals, so that the design cost is high and the process is very complex, and in addition, the touch display screen in the related art has a low range of pressure sensing. The touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the pressure sensing units are arranged around the display panel, wiring is not needed in the backlight part, so the design cost is low, the process requirement is low, the embodiment of the invention can realize contact identification through a system of the touch display device, and signal output and receiving are realized without a separate touch IC, so the design and the process are simple, in addition, when the touch display screen in the related technology detects the pressure sensing signal, the pressure cannot be detected after reaching a certain value, the touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the spacer is arranged between the display panel and the back plate, the spacer exists a certain distance between the display panel and the back plate, further the display panel has a larger deformation space, and the display panel can generate deformation of different degrees due to different pressures, therefore, the embodiment of the invention enlarges the range of pressure sensing and enlarges the range of pressure detection.
The touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the following touch point identification method, and the touch point identification method in the embodiment of the invention can be referred to the description in the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 9, a flowchart of a method for identifying a touch point according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method for identifying a touch point can be applied to the touch display screen shown in any one of fig. 1 to fig. 5, and the method for identifying a touch point can be executed by a touch point identification module, which can be a functional module in a touch IC. Referring to fig. 9, the contact identifying method includes:
step 901, detecting a pressure sensing signal through a plurality of pressure sensing units of a touch display screen, where the touch display screen includes a display panel and a frame, the plurality of pressure sensing units and the frame are all disposed around the display panel, and an orthographic projection of the frame on the display panel covers an orthographic projection of each pressure sensing unit of the plurality of pressure sensing units on the display panel.
And 902, inquiring a corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals according to the pressure sensing signals detected by the pressure sensing units to obtain target position coordinates, wherein the corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals is used for recording the pressure sensing signals detected by the pressure sensing units when the position points indicated by the position coordinates touch the touch display screen.
And step 903, determining the position point indicated by the target position coordinate as a contact point.
In summary, in the contact identification method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, because the plurality of pressure sensing units of the touch display screen are disposed around the display panel, and the orthographic projection of the frame of the touch display screen on the display panel covers the orthographic projection of each pressure sensing unit of the plurality of pressure sensing units on the display panel, the influence of the pressure sensing units on the optical performance of the display panel is small, the problem that the influence of the touch units on the optical performance of the display panel is large in the related art, which results in poor optical performance of the touch display screen, is solved, the influence of the pressure sensing units on the optical performance of the display panel is reduced, and the optical performance of the touch display screen is improved.
Referring to fig. 10, a flowchart of another method for identifying a touch point according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method for identifying a touch point can be used in the touch display screen shown in any one of fig. 1 to 5, and the method for identifying a touch point can be executed by a touch point identification module, which can be a functional module in a touch IC. Referring to fig. 10, the contact recognition method includes:
step 1001, detecting a pressure sensing signal generated when pressure is applied to a first position point of a touch display screen through a plurality of pressure sensing units of the touch display screen, wherein the touch display screen comprises a display panel and a frame, the plurality of pressure sensing units and the frame are all arranged around the display panel, and an orthographic projection of the frame on the display panel covers an orthographic projection of each pressure sensing unit of the plurality of pressure sensing units on the display panel.
The touch display screen may be the touch display screen 00 shown in any one of fig. 1 to 8, the contact identification module may be connected to each of the pressure sensing units of the touch display screen 00, before the touch display screen is used, the contact identification module may establish a correspondence table of position coordinates and sensing signals in a calibration manner, when the correspondence table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals is established, pressure may be applied to each position point of the touch display screen and a corresponding pressure sensing signal may be detected, and according to the position coordinates of each position point and the pressure sensing signal detected when pressure is applied to each position point, the correspondence table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals may be established. The process of specifically creating the corresponding relationship table between the position coordinates and the sensing signals may be as shown in step 1001 and in steps 1002 and 1003 described below.
Alternatively, the touch point identification module may apply the same pressure at each location point of the touch display screen, specifically, the touch point identification module applies a preset pressure at a first location point of the touch display screen, and detects a pressure sensing signal through a plurality of pressure sensing units on the touch display screen, where the first location point may be any location point on the touch display screen, the touch point identification module may apply the preset pressure to the first location point by placing a weight with a preset weight at the first location point of the touch display screen, the preset pressure and the preset weight may be set according to actual conditions, and the preset pressure and the preset weight satisfy the gravity formula N ^ mg, N represents the preset pressure (unit: newton), m represents the preset weight (unit: kilogram), g represents the acceleration of gravity, and the value of g is usually 9.8 chinese m/s ^2 (m/sec), the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, taking fig. 7 as an example, when a pressure is applied to a first position point (actually, the first position point of the display panel 001) of the touch display screen 00, the display panel 001 and the backlight module 006 are both stressed to deform, the peripheries of the display panel 001 and the backlight module 006 tilt upwards, the display panel 001 applies a pressure to each pressure sensing unit 002 of the touch display screen 00, and each pressure sensing unit 002 can detect the pressure applied by the display panel 001 and obtain a pressure sensing signal. Further, for example, referring to fig. 8, when a pressure is applied to a first position point (actually, the first position point of the display panel 001) of the touch display screen 00, the display panel 001 and the backlight module 006 are both stressed to deform, the display panel 001 applies a pressure to each pressure sensing unit 002 through the backlight module 006, and each pressure sensing unit 002 can detect the pressure applied by the backlight module 006 to obtain a pressure sensing signal.
Step 1002, determining the position coordinates of the first position point.
The touch point identification module may determine the position coordinates of the first position point in a two-dimensional coordinate system xoy (a coordinate system formed by an x axis and a y axis, and the intersection point of the x axis and the y axis is o), and the coordinates of the first position point may be (x1, y 1). The process of determining the position coordinate of the first position point in step 1002 may refer to related technologies, and is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, the touch point identification module may perform the above steps 1001 and 1002 on each position point on the touch display screen to determine the position coordinates of each position point and the pressure sensing signal detected when the pressure is applied to each position point.
Step 1003, generating a corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals according to the pressure sensing signals generated when pressure is applied to each position point of the touch display screen and the position coordinates of each position point, wherein the corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals is used for recording the pressure sensing signals detected by the plurality of pressure sensing units when the position points indicated by the position coordinates touch the touch display screen.
After the touch point identification module determines the pressure sensing signals generated when pressure is applied to each position point of the touch display screen and the position coordinates of each position point, a corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the sensing signals can be generated according to the pressure sensing signals generated when pressure is applied to each position point of the touch display screen and the position coordinates of each position point, and the corresponding relation table is used for recording the pressure sensing signals detected by the plurality of pressure sensing units when the position points indicated by the position coordinates touch the touch display screen.
For example, assuming that the touch display screen includes p position points and q pressure sensing units, where p and q are integers greater than or equal to 1, the table of correspondence between the position coordinates and the sensing signals may be as shown in table 1 below, and the table 1 is only described by taking the example of applying the same pressure to p position points:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001141519720000141
Referring to table 1, when pressure is applied to the position point indicated by the position coordinates (x1, y1), the pressure sensing signals detected by the pressure sensing units 1 to q are: s11, S12, S13.. S1q, when pressure is applied to the position point indicated by the position coordinate (x2, y2), the pressure-sensitive signals detected by the pressure-sensitive units 1 to q are respectively: s21, S22, S23. When pressure is applied to any position point of the touch display screen, some pressure sensing units may not detect a pressure sensing signal in each pressure sensing unit, so that a pressure sensing signal equal to 0 may exist in table 1, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, after the touch point identification module generates the correspondence table between the position coordinates and the sensing signals, the correspondence table may be stored, so that in the process of using the touch display screen, the touch points formed by the user touching the touch display screen are identified according to the correspondence table. Specifically, the correspondence table may be burned into the touch IC, or the correspondence table may also be stored in a system of the touch display device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the same pressure is applied to each position point of the touch display screen and the pressure sensing signal is detected, and the corresponding relationship table between the position coordinate and the sensing signal is established according to the detected pressure sensing signal and the position coordinate of each position point, for example, in practical applications, different pressures (for example, the pressure F1 is applied to the first position point, the pressure F2 is applied to the second position point, and the like) may be applied to each position point of the touch display screen and the pressure sensing signal is detected, and the corresponding relationship table between the pressure, the position coordinate, and the sensing signal may be established according to the pressure applied to each position point, the pressure sensing signal detected when the pressure is applied to each position point, and the position coordinate of each position point; or, different pressures may be sequentially applied to each position point of the touch display screen and a pressure sensing signal under the corresponding pressure is detected (for example, the pressure F1 is applied to the first position point and the pressure sensing signal is detected, and then the pressure F2 is applied to the first position point and the pressure sensing signal is detected, etc.), and then a correspondence table of the pressure, the position coordinate and the sensing signal is established according to the different pressures applied to the position points, the pressure sensing signal detected when the corresponding pressure is applied and the position coordinate of each position point, which is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present invention.
Step 1004, detecting a pressure sensing signal through a plurality of pressure sensing units of the touch display screen.
In the using process of the touch display screen, the contact identification module can detect pressure sensing signals in real time through a plurality of pressure sensing units of the touch display screen. Specifically, when a user touches the touch display screen, pressure may be applied to the touch display screen, and at this time, the pressure sensing units of the touch display screen may detect the pressure sensing signal. For example, the touch point identification module detects pressure sensing signals through q pressure sensing units of the touch display screen, where the pressure sensing signals detected by the q pressure sensing units are S21, S22, and S23.
Step 1005, inquiring a corresponding relation table of the position coordinates and the induction signals according to the pressure induction signals detected by the plurality of pressure induction units to obtain the target position coordinates.
After the contact identification module detects the pressure sensing signal, the corresponding relation table of the position coordinate and the sensing signal can be inquired to obtain the target position coordinate. The table of the correspondence between the position coordinates and the sensing signals may be as shown in table 1.
For example, the contact identification module may look up the correspondence table shown in table 1 according to the pressure sensing signals S21, S22, and S23.... S2q detected by the q pressure sensing units, so as to obtain a target position coordinate as (x2, y 2).
Step 1006, determining the position point indicated by the target position coordinate as the contact point.
After the contact point identification module obtains the target position coordinates, the position points indicated by the target position coordinates can be determined as the contact points. Illustratively, the touch point identification module determines a location point indicated by the target location coordinates (x2, y2) as a touch point, i.e., a pressure location point of pressure generated by the user touching the touch-sensitive display screen.
It should be noted that, in the above steps 1004 to 1006, the process of identifying the touch point formed by the touch of the user on the touch display screen by the touch display screen in the actual use process is shown, in the actual application, the frame of the touch display screen and the like may be deformed by a stress, which may cause the accuracy of identifying the touch point according to the correspondence table shown in table 1 to be reduced, and therefore, in the use process of the touch display screen, the correspondence table shown in table 1 may also be calibrated and updated regularly or irregularly, so as to compensate the influence of the deformation on the pressure sensing signal. Specifically, the pressure sensing signal and the position coordinates of each position point on the touch display screen may be determined according to the step 1001 and the step 1002, and then the correspondence table may be calibrated and updated according to the pressure sensing signal detected when the pressure is applied to each position point and the position coordinates of each position point, which is not described herein again in the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be further noted that, when the contact identification module establishes the correspondence table of the pressure, the position coordinate and the sensing signal, the contact identification module may further obtain the pressure (specifically, the obtained pressure value) when the user touches the touch display screen by querying the correspondence table of the pressure, the position coordinate and the sensing signal. The touch display screen provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the spacer, the display panel and the back plate have a certain distance due to the existence of the spacer, so that the display panel can have a larger deformation space, and the display panel can be deformed to different degrees due to different pressures.
It should be further noted that, in the contact identification method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the size, distribution, and the like of the pressure sensing signals detected by the pressure sensing units on two sides, three sides, or four sides of the display panel may be used to perform contact identification, in addition, a capacitive touch unit may be disposed in the display panel, and contact identification may also be performed by the capacitive touch unit, which has been clearly described in the related art, and thus, the embodiment of the present invention is not described herein again.
