本发明公开了一种地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构。本发明包括灯具壳体(1),在灯具壳体(1)的表面设有外圈(11),外圈(11)上设有一圈副灯孔(12),副灯孔(12)的上部设有与LED电源(4)相连的副灯座(13),副灯座(13)经螺纹与副灯孔(12)相固定,在副灯座(13)的下方设有弹簧(14);在副灯孔(12)的表面还设有盖子(15)。本发明的灯珠拆卸非常方便,防水性能较好;同时,本发明在主灯周围还设有一圈副灯,即提高了照明效果,也提高了装饰效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是一种LED地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构。
背景技术
地埋灯是埋在地表的灯具,一般应用于广场、商业区、公园、旅游景点等的地面装饰,既可美化环境又可照亮环境。目前普遍实用的地埋灯采用的光源为金属卤化物灯、荧光灯和LED 等。使用金属卤化物灯或荧光灯作为光源具有成本低的优点。使用LED 作为光源,具有光色丰富的优点。由于地埋灯安装在地面以下,在更换灯珠时只能直接拆卸灯珠,但是现有的地埋灯的灯珠拆卸非常麻烦,而且防水性能也较不理想。同时,现有的地埋灯普遍只有一个主灯,照明和装饰效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构。本发明的灯珠拆卸非常方便,防水性能较好;同时,本发明在主灯周围还设有一圈副灯,即提高了照明效果,也提高了装饰效果。
本发明的技术方案:地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,包括灯具壳体,灯具壳体内设有一LED光源模块,LED光源模块的下部具有多片散热片和LED电源,所述的LED光源模块包括设置在灯具壳体上部的灯珠盘,灯珠盘上设有多个灯珠底孔,灯珠底孔的两侧设有夹紧装置,夹紧装置包括固定在灯珠盘上的底座,底座上方设有向内凸起的夹紧弹片;在灯珠底孔上方设有灯罩;在灯具壳体的表面设有外圈,外圈上设有一圈副灯孔,副灯孔的上部设有与LED电源相连的副灯座,副灯座经螺纹与灯珠底孔相固定,在副灯座的下方设有弹簧;在副灯孔的表面还设有盖子。
上述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构中,所述的灯珠底孔内设有散热座,散热座外设有固定座,固定座与底座螺纹固定。
前述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构中,所述的散热座的底部与散热片相接触。
前述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构中,所述的散热片的下方设有散热风扇。
前述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构中,所述的散热风扇和LED电源之间设有通风片,通风片上设有通风孔;所述的散热风扇的四角设有风扇座,风扇座经螺栓固定在通风片上。
与现有技术相比,本发明在灯珠底孔的两侧设置夹紧装置,在灯珠底孔的上方设有灯罩,灯罩的罩沿嵌设在夹紧弹片之内,一方面灯罩可以起到防水的效果,另一方面通过灯罩与夹紧弹片的嵌设,实现灯罩的快速拆装。同时,在灯具壳体的上表面的外侧设有一圈副灯孔,在副灯孔的下部设有弹簧,在副灯孔的上部设有与LED电源相连的副灯座,副LED灯泡安装在副灯座上,从而提高了照明效果,也提高了装饰效果。在副灯座的下方设有弹簧,由于副灯座朝向,弹簧的设置使得不会因为震动、疏松等其它原因导致副灯座松动,使得LED灯光失灵。进一步地,在灯珠底孔内设置有散热座,散热座可以有效地将灯珠下传的热量吸收,提高产品的散热能力。在散热片的下方设有散热风扇,对灯珠和散热座进行主动散热。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
本发明的实施例:一种地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,如附图1至3所示,包括灯具壳体1,灯具壳体内1设有一LED光源模块2,LED光源模块2的下部具有多片散热片3和LED电源4,所述的LED光源模块2包括设置在灯具壳体1上部的灯珠盘5,灯珠盘5上设有多个灯珠底孔6,灯珠底孔6的两侧设有夹紧装置7,夹紧装置7包括固定在灯珠盘5上的底座8,底座8上方设有向内凸起的夹紧弹片9;在灯珠底孔6上方设有灯罩10,灯罩10的罩沿嵌设在夹紧弹片9之内;在灯具壳体1的表面设有外圈11,外圈11上设有一圈副灯孔12,副灯孔12的上部设有与LED电源4相连的副灯座13,副灯珠40固定在副灯座13上,副灯座13经螺纹与副灯孔12相固定,在副灯座13的下方设有弹簧14;在副灯孔12的表面还设有盖子15。所述的灯珠底孔6内设有散热座11,散热座11外设有固定座12,固定座12与底座8螺纹固定。所述的散热座11的底部与散热片3相接触。如附图1和附图4所示,所述的散热片3的下方设有散热风扇17。在散热风扇17和LED电源4之间设有通风片18,通风片18上设有通风孔19;所述的散热风扇17的四角设有风扇座20,风扇座20经螺栓21固定在通风片18上。本发明在灯珠底孔的两侧设置夹紧装置,在灯珠底孔的上方设有灯罩,灯罩的罩沿嵌设在夹紧弹片之内,一方面灯罩可以起到防水的效果,另一方面通过灯罩与夹紧弹片的嵌设,实现灯罩的快速拆装。进一步地,在灯珠底孔内设置有散热座,散热座可以有效地将灯珠下传的热量吸收,提高产品的散热能力。在散热片的下方设有散热风扇,对灯珠和散热座进行主动散热。

1.一种地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,包括灯具壳体(1),灯具壳体内(1)设有一LED光源模块(2),LED光源模块(2)的下部具有多片散热片(3)和LED电源(4),其特征在于:所述的LED光源模块(2)包括设置在灯具壳体(1)上部的灯珠盘(5),灯珠盘(5)上设有多个灯珠底孔(6),灯珠底孔(6)的两侧设有夹紧装置(7),夹紧装置(7)包括固定在灯珠盘(5)上的底座(8),底座(8)上方设有向内凸起的夹紧弹片(9);在灯珠底孔(6)上方设有灯罩(10),灯罩(10)的罩沿嵌设在夹紧弹片(9)之内;在灯具壳体(1)的表面设有外圈(11),外圈(11)上设有一圈副灯孔(12),副灯孔(12)的上部设有与LED电源(4)相连的副灯座(13),副灯座(13)经螺纹与副灯孔(12)相固定,在副灯座(13)的下方设有弹簧(14);在副灯孔(12)的表面还设有盖子(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,其特征在于:所述的灯珠底孔(6)内设有散热座(11),散热座(11)外设有固定座(12),固定座(12)与底座(8)螺纹固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,其特征在于:所述的散热座(11)的底部与散热片(3)相接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,其特征在于:所述的散热片(3)的下方设有散热风扇(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地埋灯的环绕副灯珠结构,其特征在于:在散热风扇(17)和LED电源(4)之间设有通风片(18),通风片(18)上设有通风孔(19);所述的散热风扇(17)的四角设有风扇座(20),风扇座(20)经螺栓(21)固定在通风片(18)上。
