Abstract
The invention discloses a novel coil positioning structure of an electronic expansion valve, which comprises a coil, wherein the coil is arranged on a valve body of the electronic expansion valve, and is characterized in that: a first annular spring groove is formed on the inner wall of the bottom port of the coil, a second annular spring groove is formed on the outer wall of the valve body, and the valve further comprises a spring ring, wherein the spring ring is positioned between the first annular spring groove and the second annular spring groove when the valve is installed; a clamping groove is formed at the bottom port of the coil, a positioning hole is formed in the valve body, and a positioning pin is arranged in the positioning hole; the invention can solve the defects existing in the prior art, is convenient for installing the buckle, can be installed at multiple angles, meets different requirements, and has wide application range.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel electronic expansion valve coil positioning structure.
Background
In the prior art, auxiliary parts are commonly adopted to fix the coil on the valve body, and a common mode is to arrange a positioning clamp on the coil component, arrange a frame/sheet on the valve body and fix the coil component on the valve body through the cooperation of the positioning clamp and the positioning frame/sheet. For example, the invention patent with publication number "102840372" and entitled "an expansion valve and coil thereof" discloses a positioning structure of the coil member, and the invention patent with publication number "101799087" and entitled "coil connection structure and electronic expansion valve" also discloses a positioning structure of the coil member.
The electronic expansion valve disclosed in the former can not change the installation angle of the coil component according to the installation environment in the actual application process, and the electronic expansion valve disclosed in the latter can be installed at multiple angles, but the positioning mechanism is complex, the positioning sheet needs to be welded on the valve body, the positioning card is connected to the bottom of the coil, and the positioning sheet is clamped with the bending hook on the positioning card; although this structure has good stability, it has disadvantages such as complicated manufacturing process, inconvenience in assembling and disassembling the coil component, and the like.
In view of this, the present inventors have proposed an improvement, and have provided a novel coil positioning structure for an electronic expansion valve, which solves the technical problems of complicated coil positioning structure, inconvenient assembly and disassembly of the existing electronic expansion valve, and simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a novel electronic expansion valve coil positioning structure that can solve the above-mentioned shortcomings and technical problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme: the novel coil positioning structure of the electronic expansion valve comprises a coil, wherein the coil is arranged on a valve body of the electronic expansion valve, a first annular spring groove is formed on the inner wall of a bottom port of the coil, a second annular spring groove is formed on the outer wall of the valve body, and the novel coil positioning structure also comprises a spring coil, wherein the spring coil is positioned between the first annular spring groove and the second annular spring groove during installation; and a clamping groove is formed at the bottom port of the coil, a positioning hole is formed in the valve body, and a positioning pin is arranged in the positioning hole.
The invention is further provided with a plurality of clamping grooves which are distributed on the bottom port of the coil at equal intervals.
The invention is further provided with 4-20 clamping grooves.
The invention is further provided with needle-shaped posts formed between adjacent clamping grooves.
The invention is further arranged such that the first annular spring groove is the same size as the second annular spring groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention comprises a coil, a first annular spring groove, a second annular spring groove and a spring ring, wherein the coil is arranged on a valve body of the electronic expansion valve, the inner wall of a bottom port of the coil is provided with the first annular spring groove, and the outer wall of the valve body is provided with the second annular spring groove; and a clamping groove is formed at the bottom port of the coil, a positioning hole is formed in the valve body, and a positioning pin is arranged in the positioning hole. According to the invention, the first annular spring groove and the second annular spring groove are used for realizing buckling, and the spring ring is positioned between the first annular spring groove and the second annular spring groove, so that the clamping connection between the coil and the valve body is realized.
The coil fixing device is also inserted into the locating hole through the locating pin, and the clamping groove is buckled on the locating pin, so that the coil is fixed, and the coil is prevented from moving left and right.
In the actual installation process, the positioning pin is firstly embedded into the positioning hole, and the positioning pin can be inserted into the positioning hole in an embedding mode through an extrusion mode, so that a good fixing effect is achieved.
Secondly, in order to implement the easy dismounting, be equipped with the second annular spring groove on the valve body, then insert the spring ring, utilize the elasticity of spring ring and the size that accords with the spring groove, lock the first annular spring groove on the coil with the spring ring.
Finally, in order to implement multi-angle installation, the coil component is provided with a clamping groove which can be clamped with a positioning pin on the valve body, so that the coil is prevented from moving left and right in operation of the electronic expansion valve.
In general, the coil comprises a coil winding part and a wiring part, and the clinker outer cladding wiring part and the coil winding part which are integrally injection molded are adopted in the implementation, so that better waterproof and anticorrosion effects are achieved, and the service life of the electronic expansion valve is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention relates to a novel coil positioning structure of an electronic expansion valve, which comprises a coil 1, wherein the coil 1 is arranged on a valve body 2 of the electronic expansion valve, a first annular spring groove 4 is formed on the inner wall of a bottom port 3 of the coil 1, a second annular spring groove 5 is formed on the outer wall of the valve body 2, and a spring ring 6 is further arranged, and the spring ring 6 is positioned between the first annular spring groove 4 and the second annular spring groove 5 when being installed; the bottom port 3 of the coil 1 is provided with a clamping groove 7, the valve body 2 is provided with a positioning hole 8, the positioning hole 8 is provided with a plurality of positioning pins 9, the clamping grooves 7 are distributed on the bottom port 3 of the coil 1 at equal intervals, the number of the clamping grooves 7 is 4-20, needle-shaped columns 10 are formed between adjacent clamping grooves 7, and the first annular spring groove 4 is the same as the second annular spring groove 5 in size.
