本发明涉及一种倒锥头螺钉,包括头部和螺纹杆部,所述头部具有锥形段;所述锥形段短径端与所述螺纹杆部连接;在所述头部长径端面上开有扭力槽;所述扭力槽包括长方体凹槽和分别连接在长方体凹槽的两短边端并向所述头部外径方向延伸的缝槽;在所述长方体凹槽的一长边端设有向外扩张的弧形槽。本发明利用螺钉本身结构,使改锥在扭力槽上施加扭矩的面积增大,并形成一力臂的力矩功能,拧时容易使上力,能轻易锁紧螺钉,且防止改锥滑出槽外,从而骨折断端固定效果好。

一种倒锥头螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺钉,具体涉及一种倒锥头螺钉,属于骨科紧固件技术领域。
背景技术
目前螺钉为一字形凹槽的槽口将钉帽一分两半,如果槽口较浅或操作时改锥与螺钉帽凹槽咬合不紧,或没有足够的压力,螺丝起子很容易打滑,也很容易损坏槽口。现在这种螺丝用得已经很少。十字形凹槽口比一字形槽口好,改锥不易滑落,适合较深部位操作,但使用时改锥和十字凹槽的结合较紧,要加足够的力,否则改锥会再凹槽壁上滑动乃至脱落,当需要较大旋转力时,槽口容易损坏。内六角凹槽口在临床上应用较为广泛,多见于普通螺钉和加压钉板螺钉。不足之处是改锥的楞角容易磨损,尤其需要旋转力较大时,改锥的头部会变形,乃至接近圆形,因而也就丧失了起子的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种容易使力且不易磨损与打滑的倒锥头螺钉。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种倒锥头螺钉,包括头部和螺纹杆部,所述头部具有锥形段;所述锥形段短径端与所述螺纹杆部连接;在所述头部长径端面上开有扭力槽;所述扭力槽包括长方体凹槽和分别连接在长方体凹槽的两短边端并向所述头部外径方向延伸的缝槽;在所述长方体凹槽的一长边端设有向外扩张的弧形槽。
优选的,所述缝槽深度为2-5mm。
优选的,所述弧形槽内直线长度至少为所述长方体凹槽长边的一半。
所述弧形槽与所述长方体凹槽连接处为切线连接。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的一种倒锥头螺钉,利用螺钉本身结构,使改锥在扭力槽上施加扭矩的面积增大, 并形成一力臂的力矩功能,拧时容易使上力,能轻易锁紧螺钉,且防止改锥滑出槽外,从而骨折断端固定效果好。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1、2所示,本发明所述的一种倒锥头螺钉,包括头部1和螺纹杆部2,所述头部1具有锥形段;所述锥形段短径端与螺纹杆部2连接;在头部1长径端面上开有扭力槽;所述扭力槽包括长方体凹槽3和分别连接在长方体凹槽3的两短边端并向所述头部1外径方向延伸的缝槽4,缝槽4深度为2.5mm,缝槽4的设计主要是当改锥或起子插入使能够将封闭的长方体凹槽3内气体排出,使其顺利插入。
如附图2所示,在长方体凹槽1的一长边端设有向外扩张的弧形槽5。弧形槽5内直线长度至少为长方体凹槽长边的一半且弧形槽5与长方体凹槽3采用直线6连接,该直线6一端与弧形槽5相切。
本发明通过对扭力槽的结构设计,使改锥在扭力槽上施加扭矩的面积增大, 并形成一力臂的力矩功能,拧时容易使上力,能轻易锁紧螺钉,且防止改锥滑出槽外,从而骨折断端固定效果好。

1.一种倒锥头螺钉,包括头部和螺纹杆部,其特征在于:所述头部具有锥形段;所述锥形段短径端与所述螺纹杆部连接;在所述头部长径端面上开有扭力槽;所述扭力槽包括长方体凹槽和分别连接在长方体凹槽的两短边端并向所述头部外径方向延伸的缝槽;在所述长方体凹槽的一长边端设有向外扩张的弧形槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的倒锥头螺钉,其特征在于:所述缝槽深度为2-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的倒锥头螺钉,其特征在于:所述弧形槽内直线长度为所述长方体凹槽长边的一半。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的倒锥头螺钉,其特征在于:所述弧形槽与所述长方体凹槽连接处为切线连接。
