Abstract

本发明涉及一种改进的防变形板材，包括板材本体，板材本体包括上层板和下层板，上层板与下层板之间设有发泡层，发泡层与上层板以及下层板之间分别设有第一缓冲层以及第二缓冲层，第一缓冲层与上层板之间设有防水层。本发明的优点是：发泡层和第一缓冲层以及第二缓冲层的设置，使得板材本体具备了变形的空间而不会导致板材本体的报废。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材，尤其涉及一种改进的防变形板材。
背景技术
一般木质板材常被大量使用于建筑装潢、地板或者家具的用途上，然而天然木材本身因为潮湿或者曝晒等环境，造成易变性、龟裂或者发霉等问题，而由于木质板材皆是以贴合方式固定于家具表面、墙面或者地面，导致当发生渗水或者积水状况时，木质板材容易受潮损坏，需要进行重新的整改贴合，造成了材料的浪费。
因此，需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种改进的防变形板材。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的防变形板材，包括板材本体，板材本体包括上层板和下层板，上层板与下层板之间设有发泡层，发泡层与上层板以及下层板之间分别设有第一缓冲层以及第二缓冲层，第一缓冲层与上层板之间设有防水层。
防水层与上层板之间设有滤水层，滤水层与上层板之间设有渗水网。
滤水层包括带有凹槽的滤水板以及集水槽，集水槽位于滤水板的一侧，集水槽一侧设有多个开口连通凹槽，另一侧设有一个开口连通排水管。
在上述技术方案中，跟现有技术相比所达到的技术效果是：发泡层和第一缓冲层以及第二缓冲层的设置，使得板材本体具备了变形的空间而不会导致板材本体的报废；在板材本体内设有滤水层，可以及时的将水分排出，避免了板材本体内水分的长期累积而对板材本体造成侵蚀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本发明的一种改进的防变形板材，包括板材本体1，板材本体1包括上层板2和下层板3，上层板2与下层板3之间设有发泡层4，发泡层4与上层板2以及下层板3之间分别设有第一缓冲层5以及第二缓冲层6，第一缓冲层5与上层板2之间设有防水层7。
防水层7与上层板2之间设有滤水层，滤水层与上层板2之间设有渗水网9。
滤水层包括带有凹槽8的滤水板10以及集水槽11，集水槽11位于滤水板10的一侧，集水槽11一侧设有多个开口12连通凹槽8，另一侧设有一个开口12连通排水管。通过集水槽11的设置，使得积水有了归集，避免了排水管上需要开多个下水管道孔与板材本体1连接，节省了工序。
发泡层4和第一缓冲层5以及第二缓冲层6的设置，使得板材本体1具备了变形的空间而不会导致板材本体1的报废；在板材本体1内设有滤水层，可以及时的将水分排出，避免了板材本体1内水分的长期累积而对板材本体造成侵蚀。

1.一种改进的防变形板材，其特征在于：包括板材本体，所述板材本体包括上层板和下层板，所述上层板与下层板之间设有发泡层，所述发泡层与上层板以及下层板之间分别设有第一缓冲层以及第二缓冲层，所述第一缓冲层与上层板之间设有防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的防变形板材，其特征在于：所述防水层与上层板之间设有滤水层，所述滤水层与上层板之间设有渗水网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的防变形板材，其特征在于：所述滤水层包括带有凹槽的滤水板以及集水槽，所述集水槽位于滤水板的一侧，所述集水槽一侧设有多个开口连通凹槽，另一侧设有一个开口连通排水管。
