Abstract
本发明公开了一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:矿物基础油1000‑1500,竹焦油3‑5,茶籽油1‑2,硅烷偶联剂KH‑570 0.15‑0.25,偶氮二异丁腈0.01‑0.015,甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5‑1,纳米氧化铝0.5‑1,2,6‑二叔丁基苯酚1‑1.5,苯并三氮唑0.5‑1,油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉0.3‑0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.5‑1。本发明的变压器绝缘油兼具有优良的稳定性和绝缘性能,可以长期贮存并保持良好的性能,同时具有防腐、抗菌的功效,使用寿命长,具有较高的实用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及变压器油技术领域,尤其涉及一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油及其制备方法。
背景技术
油纸绝缘是一种典型的液固复合绝缘,在油浸式变压器中有着广泛的应用。随着电力系统电压等级和传输容量的不断提升,油纸复合绝缘已经越来越难以满足高电压等级对大容量、小型化、高可靠性绝缘系统的要求。为了提升变压器绝缘系统的性能,如何提高绝缘介质的绝缘特性已经成为目前的研究热点之一。变压器油是变压器中重要的绝缘介质,寻求改善变压器油绝缘性能和散热性能的有效途径,对提高变压器运行的效率和安全可靠性具有重要意义。
目前,为提高绝缘材料的性能,在绝缘材料领域引入纳米技术是一个重要的发展方向。其中,纳米改性变压器油的研究给传统的变压器油纸复合绝缘结构带来了新的提高空间。文献《半导体纳米粒子改性变压器油的绝缘性能及机制研究》利用纳米粒子TiO2对变压器油进行改性,发现纳米粒子的加入能显著提高变压器油的绝缘特性。然而实际应用中,纳米颗粒容易发生团聚,导致可靠性的降低。常用的表面活性剂处理法对纳米粒子的分散性和稳定性的改善有限,而且会对纳米改性变压器油的绝缘性能产生不利影响。因此,如何兼顾纳米粒子在变压器油中的分散、稳定性以及绝缘性能,成为目前需要解决的重要问题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种兼顾纳米粒子分散、稳定性以及优良绝缘性能的含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
矿物基础油1000-1500,竹焦油3-5,茶籽油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.15-0.25,偶氮二异丁腈0.01-0.015,甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1,纳米氧化铝0.5-1,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚1-1.5,苯并三氮唑0.5-1,油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉0.3-0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.5-1。
一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂KH-570按重量比1:100-1:150与无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化铝超声分散5-10min,然后于40-50℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒于90-100℃烘干处理10-15min;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料按重量比1:40-1:50与无水乙醇混合并超声分散10-20min,然后氮气保护下于60-70℃依次缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和偶氮二异丁腈并搅拌反应2-4h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒再用无水乙醇反复洗涤2-4次;
(3)先将竹焦油、茶籽油和油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h后加入矿物基础油中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(2)中的物料以及其余原料超声分散均匀,然后进行精滤除去杂质,最后经过真空脱水脱气,即得含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米粒子进行表面硅烷化,然后接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯,能明显增加纳米粒子之间的空间位阻,有效降低纳米粒子的相互聚集作用,提高纳米粒子在变压器油中的分散性和稳定性,同时改善纳米粒子的绝缘性能;通过竹焦油等原料的复配增效,有效改善变压器油的防腐、抑菌性能,与其余原料复合后制得的变压器绝缘油兼具有优良的稳定性和绝缘性能,可以长期贮存并保持良好的性能,同时具有防腐、抗菌的功效,使用寿命长,具有较高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
矿物基础油1000,竹焦油3,茶籽油1,硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.15,偶氮二异丁腈0.01,甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5,纳米氧化铝0.5,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚1,苯并三氮唑0.5,油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉0.3,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.5。
一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂KH-570按重量比1:100与无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化铝超声分散5min,然后于40℃搅拌1h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒于90℃烘干处理10min;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料按重量比1:40与无水乙醇混合并超声分散10min,然后氮气保护下于60℃依次缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和偶氮二异丁腈并搅拌反应2h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒再用无水乙醇反复洗涤2次;
(3)先将竹焦油、茶籽油和油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉混合并于60℃搅拌1h后加入矿物基础油中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(2)中的物料以及其余原料超声分散均匀,然后进行精滤除去杂质,最后经过真空脱水脱气,即得含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油。
上述矿物基础油选取中石化HVI Ia 60基础油。
经检验,上述制得的变压器绝缘油性能如下:
平均工频击穿电压:85.7kV;
介质损耗因数(90℃):0.00088;
185℃、12周的热老化处理后介质损耗因数(90℃):0.0192;
静置1年后仍保持透明澄清,无沉淀。
Claims (2)
1.一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
矿物基础油1000-1500,竹焦油3-5,茶籽油1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.15-0.25,偶氮二异丁腈0.01-0.015,甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1,纳米氧化铝0.5-1,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚1-1.5,苯并三氮唑0.5-1,油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉0.3-0.5,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯0.5-1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅烷偶联剂KH-570按重量比1:100-1:150与无水乙醇混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化铝超声分散5-10min,然后于40-50℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒于90-100℃烘干处理10-15min;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的物料按重量比1:40-1:50与无水乙醇混合并超声分散10-20min,然后氮气保护下于60-70℃依次缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和偶氮二异丁腈并搅拌反应2-4h,冷却后离心分离,将得到的固体颗粒再用无水乙醇反复洗涤2-4次;
(3)先将竹焦油、茶籽油和油酸基羟乙基咪唑啉混合并于60-80℃搅拌1-2h后加入矿物基础油中搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(2)中的物料以及其余原料超声分散均匀,然后进行精滤除去杂质,最后经过真空脱水脱气,即得含竹焦油的防腐抗菌纳米改性变压器绝缘油。
