3) when tar impurities on the outer wall of the inner barrel 10 need to be cleaned, the plurality of inner barrel outer scraper screw rods 6 are driven by the corresponding nut power wheels 1 to rotate synchronously, the inner barrel outer scraper screw rods 6 descend synchronously, and the inner barrel outer scraper 7 is driven to move from top to bottom along the outer wall of the inner barrel 10 to scrape the tar impurities attached to the outer wall of the inner barrel 10 to the bottom of the inner barrel 10; the scraped tar impurities fall into a slag removing chamber 18 at the bottom of the outer barrel 11; then the nut power wheel 1 is reversed to lift the inner barrel outer scraper 7 into the inner barrel outer scraper bin 27, and the inner barrel outer scraper 7 is sealed and isolated by the inner barrel outer scraper bin partition 28, so that tar is prevented from being adhered to the inner barrel outer scraper 7 when the cyclone dust collector normally works;
4) when tar impurities on the inner wall of the inner barrel 10 need to be cleaned, the scraper screw 3 in the inner barrel is driven to rotate by the corresponding nut power wheel 1, the scraper screw 3 in the inner barrel descends to drive the scraper in the inner barrel to move along the inner wall of the inner barrel 10 5 from top to bottom to scrape the tar impurities attached to the inner wall of the inner barrel 10 to the bottom of the inner barrel 10; the scraped tar impurities fall into a slag removing chamber 18 at the bottom of the outer barrel 11; then the nut power wheel 1 is reversed to lift the inner scraper 5 of the inner barrel into an inner scraper bin 33 of the inner barrel, and the inner scraper 5 of the inner barrel is sealed and isolated by a baffle 32 of the inner scraper bin of the inner barrel, so that tar is prevented from being adhered to the inner scraper 5 of the inner barrel when the cyclone dust collector normally works;
5) after the scraped tar impurities fall into the slag removing chamber 18, the piston rod 24 pushes the slag removing scraper 20 to move from one side of the bottom of the outer barrel 11 to the other side to remove the tar impurities; the rear sealing plate 22, the slag cleaning scraper 20 and the front sealing plate 17 are forward together, the tar impurities are pushed into the slag groove funnel 15 by the slag cleaning scraper 20, and then the piston rod 24 drives the slag cleaning scraper 20 to return to the original position;
6) in the slag removal process, the front sealing chamber upper cover 12, the rear sealing chamber upper cover 25 and the slag groove funnel bottom plate 14 are all in a closed state, so that air is prevented from entering the cyclone dust collector; after the slag removal is finished, the front sealing plate 17 moves to the inner side of the slag groove funnel 15, and then the bottom plate 14 of the slag groove funnel is opened to remove the tar impurities accumulated in the bottom plate;
7) when the cleaning scraper 20, the scraper front rod 19 and the scraper rear rod 21 need to be cleaned, the front and rear sealing chamber upper covers 12 and 25 can be directly opened for cleaning.
The biggest problem of high-temperature raw gas dust removal is as follows: tar is easily hung on the inner and outer barrel walls. Therefore, scraping plate mechanisms are additionally arranged on the inner wall of the outer barrel 11 and the inner wall and the outer wall of the inner barrel 10, and tar impurities hung on the walls are forcibly scraped by the scraping plates periodically according to needs. Because the scrapers are positioned in the cyclone dust collector, the problem of tar hanging also exists, and therefore, the scraper bins are respectively arranged for the scrapers. The scraper bin has the following two functions: 1) when tar is not scraped, the tar is collected in the scraper bin, so that the contact with raw coke oven gas can be reduced, and a large amount of tar impurities are prevented from being adhered in a short time; 2) the scraper can be cleaned by the scraper bin.
In the invention, the driving part of the scraping plate mechanism is a plurality of nut power wheels 1 arranged at the top of the cyclone dust collector, and the nut power wheels 1 can be gears or chain wheels with threads inside and the like and are used for being connected with an external driving device to transmit power; in order to ensure the synchronism of the same scraper mechanism, a gear ring or a chain can be simultaneously connected with a plurality of gears or chain wheels in the same scraper mechanism for synchronous driving.
All the scraping plates are in a ring shape, so that the circulation of raw coke oven gas is not blocked during tar scraping operation.
Because the mixture of tar and dust scraped by each scraper has high viscosity, the tar and dust scraped to the bottom of the outer barrel 11 cannot be automatically discharged; therefore, in the invention, the bottom of the cyclone dust collector is not made into a conventional funnel shape, but the bottom is provided with a slag cleaning mechanism, and the slag cleaning mechanism can push tar impurities scraped from the barrel wall into the slag groove funnel 15 at one side at any time periodically or according to requirements. When the slag removing scraper is used for cleaning tar and impurities at the bottom of the outer barrel, in order to prevent air from entering the cyclone dust collector, the front and rear sealing chambers 16 and 23 are arranged to be matched with the front and rear sealing plates 17 and 22 for sealing.
Because the slag cleaning scraper 20, the scraper front rod 19 and the scraper rear rod 21 are also accumulated with coke, the front and rear sealing chamber upper covers 12 and 25 which can be opened by rotating are arranged, and the front sealing chamber upper cover 12 can be used for cleaning the slag groove funnel 15 from the upper part when being opened.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A cyclone type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust remover comprises a cyclone dust remover consisting of an inner barrel and an outer barrel which are sleeved together, wherein an air inlet pipe is arranged on one side of the upper part of the outer barrel, and an air outlet pipe is arranged on the other side of the upper part of the corresponding inner barrel; the inner barrel is provided with an inner barrel inner scraper mechanism and an inner barrel outer scraper mechanism, the outer barrel is provided with an outer barrel inner scraper mechanism, and the bottom of the outer barrel is provided with a slag removal mechanism; the inner barrel inner scraper mechanism, the inner barrel outer scraper mechanism and the outer barrel inner scraper mechanism are respectively composed of corresponding screws and scrapers, and the scrapers can respectively move up and down along the inner barrel inner wall, the inner barrel outer wall and the outer barrel inner wall under the driving of the screws to scrape tar; the slag removing mechanism consists of a slag removing chamber and a slag removing scraper; the slag removing chamber is positioned at the bottom of the outer barrel, two sides of the slag removing chamber extend along the moving direction of the slag removing scraper to form a front sealing chamber and a rear sealing chamber, and a slag groove funnel is arranged at the bottom of the front sealing chamber, which is close to the slag removing chamber; the slag cleaning scraper can move along the bottom of the outer barrel to scrape tar impurities, and the slag groove funnel is used for discharging the tar impurities; the front end of the slag removing scraper in the moving direction is connected with a front sealing plate through a scraper front rod, and the rear end of the slag removing scraper is connected with a rear sealing plate through a scraper rear rod; the other end of the rear sealing plate is hinged with a piston rod, and the piston rod is additionally connected with a reciprocating motion driving device.
2. The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust remover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner barrel inner scraper mechanism comprises an inner barrel inner scraper screw and an inner barrel inner scraper, the inner barrel inner scraper screw is vertically arranged at the center of the inner barrel, and the top of the inner barrel inner scraper screw extends out of the inner barrel; the top of the scraper screw in the inner barrel is also provided with a nut power wheel which is supported by a corresponding power wheel bearing, the inner side of the nut power wheel is in threaded connection transmission with the scraper screw in the inner barrel, and the outer side of the nut power wheel is circumferentially provided with gear teeth which are in connection transmission with an external driving device; the inner barrel scraper is circular and is connected with the inner barrel scraper screw through a radial plate, and the periphery of the outer side of the inner barrel scraper is provided with scraping blades which are contacted with the inner wall of the inner barrel.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner barrel outer scraper mechanism comprises an inner barrel outer scraper screw and an inner barrel outer scraper, the inner barrel outer scraper screws are uniformly arranged along the outer circumference of the inner barrel, and the top of each inner barrel outer scraper screw extends out of the outer barrel; the top of the scraper screw rod outside the inner barrel is provided with a nut power wheel which is supported by a corresponding power wheel bearing, the inner side of the nut power wheel is in threaded connection transmission with the scraper screw rod outside the inner barrel, and the outer side of the nut power wheel is circumferentially provided with gear teeth which are in connection transmission with an external driving device; the inner barrel outer scraper is circular, and the inner side circumference is provided with a scraping edge which is contacted with the outer wall of the inner barrel.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer barrel internal scraper mechanism comprises an outer barrel internal scraper screw and an outer barrel internal scraper, the outer barrel internal scraper screws are uniformly arranged along the inner circumference of the outer barrel, and the top of each external scraper screw extends out of the outer barrel; the top of the scraper screw in the outer barrel is also provided with a nut power wheel which is supported by a corresponding power wheel bearing, the inner side of the nut power wheel is in threaded connection transmission with the scraper screw in the outer barrel, and the outer side of the nut power wheel is circumferentially provided with gear teeth which are in connection transmission with an external driving device; the inner scraper of the outer barrel is in a ring shape, and the periphery of the outer side of the inner scraper is provided with scraping edges which are contacted with the outer wall of the inner barrel.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the inner barrel is provided with an inner barrel inner scraper bin for containing the inner barrel inner scraper when the inner barrel inner scraper moves to the top, and one side of the inner barrel inner scraper bin is provided with an inner barrel inner scraper bin partition plate which can be pushed and pulled.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the outer barrel is provided with an inner barrel outer scraper bin at a position corresponding to the outer scraper of the inner barrel, the inner barrel outer scraper bin is used for containing the inner barrel outer scraper when the inner barrel outer scraper moves to the top, and one side of the inner barrel outer scraper bin is provided with an inner barrel outer scraper bin partition plate which can be pushed and pulled; the top of the outer barrel is provided with an outer barrel inner scraper bin corresponding to the position of the outer barrel inner scraper, the outer barrel inner scraper bin is used for containing the outer barrel inner scraper when the outer barrel inner scraper moves to the uppermost position, and one side of the outer barrel inner scraper bin is provided with an outer barrel inner scraper bin partition plate capable of being pushed and pulled.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front sealing chamber is provided with a front sealing chamber upper cover, and is hinged with the front sealing chamber body through a front sealing chamber upper cover hinge; the rear sealing chamber is provided with a rear sealing chamber upper cover and is hinged with the rear sealing chamber through a rear sealing chamber upper cover hinge; the bottom of the slag groove funnel is detachably provided with a slag groove funnel bottom plate.

The cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the front sealing chamber is greater than the distance between the front sealing plate and the slag removing scraper, and the length of the rear sealing chamber is greater than the distance between the rear sealing plate and the slag removing scraper; the distance between the front sealing plate and the slag removing scraper is equal to the distance between the rear sealing plate and the slag removing scraper.
9. The working method of the cyclone-type high-temperature raw coke oven gas dust remover as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) the concentrated coke oven crude gas enters an outer barrel of the cyclone dust collector through an air inlet pipe, rotates along the inner wall of the outer barrel, descends, ascends through an inner barrel and is finally output through an air outlet pipe;
2) when tar impurities on the inner wall of the outer barrel need to be cleaned, the scraper screws in the outer barrel rotate under the synchronous driving of the corresponding nut power wheels, the scraper screws in the outer barrel synchronously descend, and the scraper in the outer barrel moves from top to bottom along the inner wall of the outer barrel to scrape the tar impurities attached to the inner wall of the outer barrel until the bottom of the outer barrel; the scraped tar impurities fall into a slag removing chamber at the bottom of the outer barrel; then the nut power wheel rotates reversely, the outer barrel inner scraper is lifted into the outer barrel inner scraper bin, the outer barrel inner scraper bin is sealed and isolated through the outer barrel inner scraper bin partition plate, and tar is prevented from being adhered to the outer barrel inner scraper when the cyclone dust collector works normally;
3) when tar impurities on the outer wall of the inner barrel need to be cleaned, the plurality of outer scraper screws of the inner barrel rotate under the synchronous driving of the corresponding nut power wheels, the outer scraper screws of the inner barrel synchronously descend, and the outer scrapers of the inner barrel are driven to move from top to bottom along the outer wall of the inner barrel to scrape the tar impurities attached to the outer wall of the inner barrel to the bottom of the inner barrel; the scraped tar impurities fall into a slag removing chamber at the bottom of the outer barrel; then the nut power wheel is reversed to lift the outer scraper of the inner barrel into the outer scraper bin of the inner barrel, and the outer scraper of the inner barrel is sealed and isolated by the outer scraper bin clapboard of the inner barrel, so that tar is prevented from being adhered to the outer scraper of the inner barrel when the cyclone dust collector normally works;
4) when tar impurities on the inner wall of the inner barrel need to be cleaned, the scraper screw in the inner barrel is driven to rotate by the corresponding nut power wheel, the scraper screw in the inner barrel descends to drive the scraper in the inner barrel to move along the inner wall of the inner barrel from top to bottom to scrape the tar impurities attached to the inner wall of the inner barrel to the bottom of the inner barrel; the scraped tar impurities fall into a slag removing chamber at the bottom of the outer barrel; then the nut power wheel is reversed to lift the inner scraper of the inner barrel into the inner scraper bin of the inner barrel, and the inner scraper of the inner barrel is sealed and isolated by the inner scraper bin clapboard of the inner barrel, so that tar is prevented from being adhered to the inner scraper of the inner barrel when the cyclone dust collector normally works;
5) after the scraped tar impurities fall into the slag removing chamber, the piston rod pushes the slag removing scraper to move from one side of the bottom of the outer barrel to the other side to remove the tar impurities; the rear sealing plate, the slag cleaning scraper and the front sealing plate move forwards together, the slag cleaning scraper pushes tar impurities into the slag groove funnel, and then the piston rod drives the slag cleaning scraper to return to the original position;
6) in the slag removal process, the upper cover of the front sealing chamber, the upper cover of the rear sealing chamber and the bottom plate of the slag trough funnel are all in a closed state, so that air is prevented from entering the cyclone dust collector; after the slag removal is finished, the front sealing plate moves to the inner side of the slag groove funnel, and then the bottom plate of the slag groove funnel is opened to remove the tar impurities accumulated in the bottom plate;
7) when the slag scraper, the front rod of the scraper and the rear rod of the scraper need to be cleaned, the upper covers of the front and rear sealing chambers can be directly opened for cleaning.
