Abstract
车载可移动式应急综合水净化装置,包括抽水装置、机架、饮水生产装置、供电电源、全自动控制装置,饮水生产装置包括集成过滤器、高压泵、反渗透膜过滤器,其特征在于集成过滤器依次包括碟式过滤器、PP棉过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器,供电电源是车载电池或者太阳能发电装置或者市电,供电电源通过全自动控制装置中的电源处理电路处理后向抽水装置和高压泵提供稳定的交流电源。本发明与已有技术相比,具有既能向大量人群提供饮水,同时又能提供清洁的清洗用水的、用电量不大、容易配备电源的优点。

本发明涉及一种饮水生产装置。
背景技术:
如专利2013100812902所公开的,现有的在应急情况下,既能向大量人群提供饮水,同时又能提供清洁的清洗用水的可移动式应急综合水净化装置,是需要配置强大的电源供电电源的(如柴油发电机),而在野外,是不容易提供这样的电源的(如采用柴油发电机时,需要有充足的柴油),因此,需要一种既能向大量人群提供饮水,同时又能提供清洁的清洗用水的、用电量不大、容易配备电源的车载可移动式应急综合水净化装置。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种既能向大量人群提供饮水,同时又能提供清洁的清洗用水的、用电量不大、容易配备电源的车载可移动式应急综合水净化装置。
本发明是这样实现的,包括抽水装置、机架、设置在机架内的饮水生产装置、供电电源、全自动控制装置,饮水生产装置包括集成过滤器、高压泵、反渗透膜过滤器,集成过滤器的进水口与抽水装置的出水口相连,集成过滤器的出水口与高压泵的进水口相连,高压泵的出水口与反渗透膜过滤器相连,设置有清水水箱,反渗透膜过滤器的废水出口依次通过恒压装置、超滤过滤器,其特别之处在于集成过滤器依次包括碟式过滤器、PP棉过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器,供电电源是车载电池或者太阳能发电装置或者市电,供电电源通过全自动控制装置中的电源处理电路处理后向抽水装置和高压泵提供稳定的交流电源,反渗透膜过滤器的饮用水出水口连接有有杀菌器。
工作时,高压泵过来的水进过反渗透膜过滤器后,大概1/5的水成为可饮用的饮用水并通过杀菌器进一步杀菌后供应使用者饮用。大概4/5的废水经过恒压装置减压后,再经过超滤过滤器过滤后,供人们包括清洗用水来使用。集成过滤器中采用颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器,在无需要高压水头的情况下,就能充分利用颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器的高效的吸附能力,就能有效地对水进行过滤,从而可使抽水装置的工作功率下降,从而为使用不是太强的电源供电提供了可能,采用车载电池或者太阳能发电装置,方便地为装置提供电能。采用杀菌器,可解决较差的原水质量所造成的容易使反渗透膜过滤后的供饮用的水可能细菌量过高的问题的发生。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有既能向大量人群提供饮水,同时又能提供清洁的清洗用水的、用电量不大、容易配备电源的优点。

如图所示,本发明包括抽水装置、机架1、设置在机架1内的饮水生产装置、杀菌器(紫外线杀菌器或者由含有银的过滤材料制成的过滤器)、供电电源、全自动控制装置,饮水生产装置包括集成过滤器2、高压泵、反渗透膜过滤器,集成过滤器2的进水口与抽水装置的出水口相连,集成过滤器2的出水口与高压泵的进水口相连,高压泵的出水口与反渗透膜过滤器相连,反渗透膜过滤器的饮用水出水口与杀菌器相连,反渗透膜过滤器的废水出口依次通过恒压装置(阀门)3、超滤过滤器,其特别之处在于集成过滤器2依次包括碟式过滤器、PP棉过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器,供电电源是车载电池或者太阳能发电装置或者市电,供电电源通过全自动控制装置中的电源处理电路处理后向抽水装置和高压泵提供稳定的交流电源。

1.车载可移动式应急综合水净化装置,包括抽水装置、机架、设置在机架内的饮水生产装置、供电电源、全自动控制装置,饮水生产装置包括集成过滤器、高压泵、反渗透膜过滤器,集成过滤器的进水口与抽水装置的出水口相连,集成过滤器的出水口与高压泵的进水口相连,高压泵的出水口与反渗透膜过滤器相连,设置有清水水箱,反渗透膜过滤器的废水出口依次通过恒压装置、超滤过滤器,其特征在于集成过滤器依次包括碟式过滤器、PP棉过滤器、颗粒活性炭过滤器、烧结活性炭过滤器,供电电源是车载电池或者太阳能发电装置或者市电,供电电源通过全自动控制装置中的电源处理电路处理后向抽水装置和高压泵提供稳定的交流电源,反渗透膜过滤器的饮用水出水口连接有有杀菌器。
