Description

管形袋包装机的横向密封装置
从美国专利No.2467879中已知一种管形袋的横向密封装置,两个配合的横密封夹头分别有弹性地固定在一个支承件上,该支承件利用平行四边形曲柄机构分别沿圆弧形路径旋转。在旋转时,两个密封夹头仍然彼此平行。这样便可在包装管的确定的输送截面上形成密封接缝。和常规的柱面扇形的旋转密封夹头例如按照EP-A-399948的夹头相比可以以更快节奏实现密封。然而该横向密封装置的噪声比常规横向密封装置大。
本发明的目的是改进开头说的那种横向密封装置,使其在操作期间产生较小的噪声。结合权利要求书的特征可以实现上述目的。
下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例。这些附图是:

图1示出本发明的装置10的侧视图。采用未示出的装置例如EP-A399948的装置输送包装管1,该包装管按规定的间隔包含产品2。采用装置10在管1的中心平面4上在产品2之间形成密封接缝3,并在中间切开该接缝。各个包装件5沿传送方向A通过传送带6传走。
在彼此分开一定距离的两个上部轴和两个下部轴11、12、13、14上,总共装有四个由驱动马达19完全同步进行驱动的曲柄轮15~18。上部轮15、16反时针方向转动,而下部轮顺时针转动。马达19和轮15~18之间的传动连接象征性地用链20和齿轮系21表示。轮15~18到轴11~14的半径22至少是几乎相同的,该轮上装有轴线平行的销23~26。上部支承件27可回旋地装在上部轮15、16的销23、24上,使得它与曲柄半径22和轴11、12之间的连接线一齐至少近似地形成平行四边形,因而当轮15、16转动时支承件27平行于自身地旋转。下部支承件28同样也固定在销25、26上。上部支承件27和下部支承件在其后端面上分别装有横向杆29、30。该横向杆29、30在支承件27、28上受操纵,可在高度方向移动,并由螺栓31调节。在适当位置,横向杆29、30也可固定地连接于支承件27、28。
密封夹头37或相对的夹头38在杆29、30受操纵,可在高度方向移动。夹头37、38具有平行的平面密封表面39或相对的表面40,并在向中心平面4的方向受到若干弹簧41的偏压作用。夹头37、38中的一个夹头在其中心具有未示出的刀片,用于在密封期间将管1切开。两个导向杆42固定于夹头37、38,该导向杆凸出于横杆29、30,在其自由端具有螺纹43,调节螺母44拧在该螺纹上。调节螺栓31和螺母44便可以设定轮15~18的在表面39、40达到接触的转动角,因此也设定了进行密封期间通过的路段。另外,采用这些调节装置可以设定弹簧41的偏压以及由此形成的密封压力。作为加压部件可以不用弹簧41而采用加压空气或加压的各种流体。
为防止两个夹头37、38彼此相撞,在两侧分别操纵两个具有平行于中心平面4的平面支承表面50、51的支承条48、49,使其垂直移向中心表面4。在图1的示意图中,从每个支承条48、49上分别伸出腿52。两个腿52利用二根平行四边形的框架彼此连接。该框架在其中心可转动地被固定,通过该框架,两个腿形成两个平行四边形组件。两个腿52之一由控制装置54操作。在所示例子中,该控制装置由刚性连接于轮17的凸轮板55组成,在可转动的双臂杠杆57的一个端部上的滚子56在该凸轮板上滚动。该杠杆57的另一臂上具有细长孔58,肘杆60的一个接头可调节地固定该细长孔中。杆60的另一个接头61连接于一个腿52。从夹头37、38分别伸出制动滚子62。该制动滚子可绕轴线转动地装在夹头37、38上,该轴线平行于中心平面4并垂直于传送方向A。
当曲柄轮转动时,杆29、30彼此相对地但自身平行地在圆形路径上旋转。凸轮板55以相同的节奏移动支承条48、49,使其彼此移离和移近。凸轮板55如此构形和调节装置31、44、58、59如此设定,使得滚子62在垂直于中心平面4的运动部件的相对速度为零或很低时才碰到支承表面50、51,随后夹头37、38才到达管1进行加压接触。在相碰的紧后,使条48、49的相向运动减速,从而使夹头37、38到达管进行缓和的加压接触。随后,使条48、49仍移动稍为进一步彼此移近,使得夹头37、38以弹簧47施加的偏压压在管上。在进一步转动期间,夹头37、38被压入横杆29、30内,直到达到如图1所示的死点。此后,夹头37、38又重新移出,直到螺母44靠在横杆29、30上。仅在此刻之前,条48、49又以较大速度分开,同时受到凸轮板55控制,使得夹头37、38被加速到近似于该夹头在螺母44相碰时所具有的垂直于中心平面4的速度分量。
这种结果可以大大地防止夹头37、38彼此相撞以及螺母44与夹头29、30相撞。这显著减小了噪声,而且因为惯性力的作用减小,所以在材料上的应力降低。这增加了操作可靠性。另外,可以延长夹头彼此压靠期间所经过的路段。这样可以实现较高的通过速度或在管子1上进行较长的更均匀的热传递,由此可以达到更好的密封质量。可以以简单方式调节不同的操作条件,例如管1的包装料膜的不同厚度的操作条件。密封夹头的电流输送简单,因为不需要滑环。
条48、49可以用伺服起重马达65控制,而不同凸轮盘55控制,该马达65可利用未示出的控制装置进行程序控制,其中转角发送器66的输出用作基准信号,该输出连接于轮中的一个轮18上或连接于马达19上。该变型例在图1中用虚线表示。该变型例的优点是,改变程序便可以容易地调节条48、49的运动路径。
作为另外一种调节选择,轴11~14的支承可被成形为横向于中心平面14可调。
图2示出控制装置54的变型例。此时凸轮板55固定于在机器一侧的轮中的一个轮18上。肘杆60操作杠杆71。杠杆71装在轴72上而不能转动,该轴伸过机器的宽度。该杠杆71具有细长孔58,接头59可调节地固定在该孔58中。在两侧上另一杠杆73相应固定在轴72上。利用各个肘杆74,杠杆73连接于另一杠杆75,该杠杆75不能转动地连接于一个平行四边形框架53的枢轴76上。杠杆53直接连接于支承条48、49,以形成一个平行四边形连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于管形袋包装机的横向密封装置,用于密封包装管(1),包括:
配置在包装管(1)中心平面(4)相对两侧的两个驱动单元(15~21),该驱动单元驱动第一和第二支架(27~30)同步地彼此反向地旋转;

5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,支承表面(50,51)的长度至少是曲柄半径(22)的0.05倍,而且支承表面(50,51)是平面。
