The metal cutting scraps are waste materials in the machining production, contain a large amount of cutting scraps, and are easy to shed and drip in the transportation process, so that the environmental pollution is caused. In the existing metal processing workshop, metal cuttings are usually collected in a garbage can, after the garbage can is filled, the metal cuttings are manually transported by a tool such as a trolley and poured to a place where the cuttings are intensively stacked, and the emptied garbage can is taken back to continue to be filled with the cuttings. The residual cutting fluid on the cutting chips generally needs a long time to slowly flow down from the cutting chips, so the places where the cutting chips are accumulated in a concentrated mode often have transverse flow of stains, are messy and pollute the environment greatly. The residual cutting fluid at the bottom of the garbage can is not specially treated, and is generally washed once by using a water pipe after a period of time, and the cutting fluid is mixed in water to form sewage to be discharged, so that the environment is also polluted.

The invention adopts the collecting box 2 with a closed box structure, which can prevent odor from diffusing out to pollute air and prevent mosquitoes and flies from gathering and spreading germs. The two symmetrically hinged flip covers 21 can facilitate the metal cutting chips to be poured from the two sides of the box body, the flip cover 21 is turned upwards in use, and the flip cover 21 is covered after the metal cutting chips are poured. Further, a metal bar 243 protruding upward is provided at a position adjacent to the tailgate 22 at the bottom of the collecting box 2 (see fig. 3 and 5, and fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the position marked B in fig. 3).
