Abstract
本发明揭示了一种小面积外墙修补无人机,包括旋翼无人机,所述旋翼无人机下方固定有云台,所述云台上固定有电源、清洁容器、涂料容器、热风机和无线通信单元,所述清洁容器和涂料容器内分别设有清洁泵和涂料泵,所述清洁泵的出液口设有清洁喷嘴,所述涂料泵的出液口设有涂料喷嘴,所述无线通信单元与遥控器通信,并输出控制信号至清洁泵、涂料泵、热风机和旋翼无人机。本发明能够远程操作,不需要工作人员攀爬到高处施工,使得外墙修补施工过程安全快速,降低了施工专业性要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无人机领域,尤其涉及用于修补外墙的无人机。
背景技术
建筑物外墙局部脱落、褪色,通常需要进行修补,修补过程需要人工攀爬或从上方悬吊下来,存在施工风险,并且费事费力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是实现一种能够利用无人机进行外墙修改的装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:小面积外墙修补无人机,包括旋翼无人机,所述旋翼无人机下方固定有云台,所述云台上固定有电源、清洁容器、涂料容器、热风机和无线通信单元,所述清洁容器和涂料容器内分别设有清洁泵和涂料泵,所述清洁泵的出液口设有清洁喷嘴,所述涂料泵的出液口设有涂料喷嘴,所述无线通信单元与遥控器通信,并输出控制信号至清洁泵、涂料泵、热风机和旋翼无人机。
所述云台由万向电动调节机构驱动转动,所述无线通信单元输出控制信号至万向电动调节机构,所述云台上固定有水平采集图像信息的摄像头,并输出具有十字准星的图像信号至无线通信单元,所述热风机、清洁喷嘴和涂料喷嘴的吹风/喷射方向相同,均为所述十字准星的位置。
所述云台上设有探测摄像头摄影方向障碍物距离信息的障碍物雷达,所述障碍物雷达输出距离信号至无线通信单元。
所述遥控器配有显示器,所述显示器显示摄像头采集的图像信息、障碍物雷达显示的距离信息和电源电量信息。
本发明能够远程操作,不需要工作人员攀爬到高处施工,使得外墙修补施工过程安全快速,降低了施工专业性要求。

具体实施方式
小面积外墙修补无人机由旋翼无人机驱动,在旋翼无人机下方固定有云台,云台由万向电动调节机构驱动转动,无线通信单元输出控制信号至万向电动调节机构,同时无线通信单元输出控制信号至旋翼无人机,从而控制整个装置的工作状态。
云台上固定有电源、清洁容器、涂料容器、热风机和无线通信单元,清洁容器用于盛放清洁水,可以清洁和湿润墙面,涂料容器用于存放修补的涂料,清洁容器和涂料容器内分别设有清洁泵和涂料泵,清洁泵的出液口设有清洁喷嘴,涂料泵的出液口设有涂料喷嘴,清洁喷嘴和涂料喷嘴同向水平设置,进行墙面清洁和喷涂工作。热风机用于烘干清洁水和涂料,保证修补质量。
电源为旋翼无人机、摄像头、热风机、无线通信单元、清洁泵和涂料泵供电,无线通信单元与遥控器通信,并输出控制信号至清洁泵、涂料泵、热风机和旋翼无人机。遥控器配有显示器,显示器显示摄像头采集的图像信息、障碍物雷达显示的距离信息和电源电量信息,方便工作人员参考操作。
云台上固定有水平采集图像信息的摄像头,并输出具有十字准星的图像信号至无线通信单元,热风机、清洁喷嘴和涂料喷嘴的吹风/喷射方向相同,均为所述十字准星的位置,由于摄像头、热风机、清洁喷嘴和涂料喷嘴均固定在云台上,只需预先调试十字准星的位置,无论云台如何旋转,都可以保证喷涂、吹风方向的准确性。
云台上设有探测摄像头摄影方向障碍物距离信息的障碍物雷达,障碍物雷达输出距离信号至无线通信单元,通过障碍物雷达可以保证装置与外墙的间距,避免视觉判定的误差,保证喷涂、吹风的质量。

1.小面积外墙修补无人机,包括旋翼无人机,所述旋翼无人机下方固定有云台,其特征在于:所述云台上固定有电源、清洁容器、涂料容器、热风机和无线通信单元,所述清洁容器和涂料容器内分别设有清洁泵和涂料泵,所述清洁泵的出液口设有清洁喷嘴,所述涂料泵的出液口设有涂料喷嘴,所述无线通信单元与遥控器通信,并输出控制信号至清洁泵、涂料泵、热风机和旋翼无人机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小面积外墙修补无人机,其特征在于:所述云台由万向电动调节机构驱动转动,所述无线通信单元输出控制信号至万向电动调节机构,所述云台上固定有水平采集图像信息的摄像头,并输出具有十字准星的图像信号至无线通信单元,所述热风机、清洁喷嘴和涂料喷嘴的吹风/喷射方向相同,均为所述十字准星的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的小面积外墙修补无人机,其特征在于:所述云台上设有探测摄像头摄影方向障碍物距离信息的障碍物雷达,所述障碍物雷达输出距离信号至无线通信单元。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的小面积外墙修补无人机,其特征在于:所述遥控器配有显示器,所述显示器显示摄像头采集的图像信息、障碍物雷达显示的距离信息和电源电量信息。
