Abstract

本发明涉及一种交流充电桩,其特征在于:包括有充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体上设置有能为电动汽车动力电池提供交流电源的充电插座,其中所述充电插座外凸设有既能将雨水引流至该充电插座外部又能供充电枪挂持的罩壳,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于设置在充电插座外部的罩壳能有效阻隔外部雨水大量进入其内部,避免发生因雨水导致的电子元器件短路烧毁的情况,从而使交流充电桩更适应户外环境使用,同时该罩壳还能供充电枪的电线缠绕以将充电枪挂持,具有方便电动汽车车主使用的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩,尤其涉及一种交流充电桩。
背景技术
交流桩是交流式充电桩,充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间、费用数据打印等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。
然而现有的交流充电桩防水性不好,当发生积水时,积水容易从交流桩的底部渗入到桩体内部,破坏内部机构,影响交流桩正常工作。且现有的交流桩的充电枪头都是裸露在桩体的外侧,容易发生意外,长时间的裸露在桩体的外侧,导致充电头沾满灰尘,导致充电枪头无法正常充电。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种有效保护充电头的交流充电桩。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该交流充电桩,其特征在于:包括有充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体上设置有能为电动汽车动力电池提供交流电源的充电插座,其中所述充电插座外凸设有既能将雨水引流至该充电插座外部又能供充电枪挂持的罩壳。
进一步地,所述罩壳包括有一端开口一端封闭的壳体,且所述壳体的顶端具有向外翻的凸边,该凸边与所述壳体的顶端形成一圈能供充电枪电线缠绕的凹槽。罩壳的一端开口可供充电枪更好地进入充电插座内为电动汽车提供交流电源,而壳体的顶端成型有的凸边与壳体顶端形成的凹槽则能供充电枪电线缠绕从而将充电枪挂持在充电桩本体上。
进一步地,所述凸边与壳体的连接处具有大致呈“L”型的止裂槽。该止裂槽能防止在折弯时在折弯处出现带边,防止罩壳外形效果变型。
优选地,所述壳体的底端两侧面呈圆滑过渡。两侧面呈圆滑过渡的壳体底端不仅能引导充电枪进入充电插座内还能防止充电枪的电线被割破。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于设置在充电插座外部的罩壳能有效阻隔外部雨水大量进入其内部,,避免发生因雨水导致的电子元器件短路烧毁的情况,从而使交流充电桩更适应户外环境使用,同时该罩壳还能供充电枪的电线缠绕以将充电枪挂持,具有方便电动汽车车主使用的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~2所示,本交流充电桩包括有充电桩本体1,充电桩本体1上设置有能为电动汽车动力电池提供交流电源的充电插座2,其中充电插座2外凸设有既能将雨水引流至该充电插座2外部又能供充电枪挂持的罩壳3。本实施中罩壳3包括有一端开口一端封闭的壳体31,且壳体31的顶端具有向外翻的凸边32,该凸边32与壳体31的顶端形成一圈能供充电枪电线缠绕的凹槽33,且壳体31的底端两侧面呈圆滑过渡,两侧面呈圆滑过渡的壳体31底端不仅能引导充电枪进入充电插座2内还能防止充电枪的电线被割破。同时,边与壳体31的连接处具有大致呈“L”型的止裂槽4,该止裂槽4能防止在折弯时在折弯处出现带边,防止罩壳3外形效果变型。

1.一种交流充电桩,其特征在于:包括有充电桩本体(1),所述充电桩本体(1)上设置有能为电动汽车动力电池提供交流电源的充电插座(2),其中所述充电插座(2)外凸设有既能将雨水引流至该充电插座(2)外部又能供充电枪挂持的罩壳(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交流充电桩,其特征在于:所述罩壳(3)包括有一端开口一端封闭的壳体(31),且所述壳体(31)的顶端具有向外翻的凸边(32),该凸边(32)与所述壳体(31)的顶端形成一圈能供充电枪电线缠绕的凹槽(33)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的交流充电桩,其特征在于:所述凸边(32)与壳体(31)的连接处具有大致呈“L”型的止裂槽(4)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的交流充电桩,其特征在于:所述壳体(31)的底端两侧面呈圆滑过渡。
