本发明公开了一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，解决了原砂筛分不彻底和筛出的杂物需要二次清理的问题。包括箱形框架（1），在箱形框架（1）的前水平梁左端吊接有短拉簧（6），在箱形框架（1）的后水平梁左端吊接有另一短拉簧，在箱形框架（1）的前水平梁右端吊接有长拉簧（7），在箱形框架（1）的后水平梁右端吊接有另一长拉簧，在两短拉簧（6）的下端与两长拉簧（7）的下端之间吊接有矩形筛网（2），在矩形筛网（2）的左端设置有左端振捣器（4），在矩形筛网（2）的右端下方的箱形框架（1）上设置有排渣溜槽（9）。本发明出砂率高，筛分速度快，且使用方便。

建筑用砂自动筛分装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种筛子，特别涉及一种在建筑施工场地所使用的建筑用砂进行筛分的装置。
背景技术
目前，在装饰装修工程施工中，施工材料砂占据较大的用量比例，由于原砂中含有大量泥块、砂石块等杂物，影响施工的使用，一般情况下，在现场，先将筛子倾斜立于地面上，通过人工向筛子投料的方式，对原砂进行筛分，存在精选筛分不彻底，筛出的杂物需要二次清理的问题。另外，抹灰施工大多是在夏季进行，砂原材料含水率较高，上述的筛砂方法还存在原料浪费严重的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，解决了原砂筛分不彻底和筛出的杂物需要二次清理的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的：
一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，包括箱形框架，在箱形框架的前水平梁左端吊接有短拉簧，在箱形框架的后水平梁左端吊接有另一短拉簧，在箱形框架的前水平梁右端吊接有长拉簧，在箱形框架的后水平梁右端吊接有另一长拉簧，在两短拉簧的下端与两长拉簧的下端之间吊接有矩形筛网，在矩形筛网的左端设置有左端振捣器，在矩形筛网的右端下方的箱形框架上设置有排渣溜槽。
在矩形筛网的右端设置有右端振捣器，在矩形筛网的前侧边上、左侧边上和后侧边上均设置有挡板；在排渣溜槽右侧的箱形框架上设置有挡渣板。
本发明出砂率高，筛分速度快，且使用方便，在施工现场，易于加工制作，体积小，重量轻。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明：
一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，包括箱形框架1，在箱形框架1的前水平梁左端吊接有短拉簧6，在箱形框架1的后水平梁左端吊接有另一短拉簧，在箱形框架1的前水平梁右端吊接有长拉簧7，在箱形框架1的后水平梁右端吊接有另一长拉簧，在两短拉簧6的下端与两长拉簧7的下端之间吊接有矩形筛网2，在矩形筛网2的左端设置有左端振捣器4，在矩形筛网2的右端下方的箱形框架1上设置有排渣溜槽9。
在矩形筛网2的右端设置有右端振捣器5，在矩形筛网2的前侧边上、左侧边上和后侧边上均设置有挡板3；在排渣溜槽9右侧的箱形框架1上设置有挡渣板8。
在矩形筛网2上安装振捣器，通过振捣器振捣筛网上原料砂，起到砂与砂石杂物分离的作用。一对短拉簧6与一对长拉簧7使矩形筛网2呈向右倾斜的状态，使筛出的砂块等渣子自动溜到排渣溜槽9中，方便其清理。振捣器的振动使含水率较高细砂被筛出，在矩形筛网2的前侧边上、左侧边上和后侧边上均设置的挡板3，使整个筛体呈簸箕状，避免了砂石的溢出，挡渣板8起到对下溜砂块的阻挡作用。

1.一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，包括箱形框架（1），在箱形框架（1）的前水平梁左端吊接有短拉簧（6），在箱形框架（1）的后水平梁左端吊接有另一短拉簧，在箱形框架（1）的前水平梁右端吊接有长拉簧（7），在箱形框架（1）的后水平梁右端吊接有另一长拉簧，其特征在于，在两短拉簧（6）的下端与两长拉簧（7）的下端之间吊接有矩形筛网（2），在矩形筛网（2）的左端设置有左端振捣器（4），在矩形筛网（2）的右端下方的箱形框架（1）上设置有排渣溜槽（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用砂自动筛分装置，其特征在于，在矩形筛网（2）的右端设置有右端振捣器（5），在矩形筛网（2）的前侧边上、左侧边上和后侧边上均设置有挡板（3）；在排渣溜槽（9）右侧的箱形框架（1）上设置有挡渣板（8）。
