7. The spraying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the outlet tube is further provided with two valves for regulating the flow rate; one valve is arranged at one water outlet end of the water outlet pipe; and the other valve is arranged at the other water outlet end of the water outlet pipe.
8. The spraying apparatus of claim 1 wherein said pump is a gasoline pump.
9. The spraying device of claim 1 in which said loading means is a raft.
10. A spraying device as claimed in claim 1 or 9, in which the loading means is further provided with power means.
