现代临床上神睡觉多梦和失眠症，多应用西药镇静剂，如安定、舒乐安定、佳静安定、氯硝基安定、氟安定等苯巴比妥类药物，这些药副作用大，服用时间长，大多有成瘾性，停药后复发率高，且不能根治。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有药物治疗睡觉多梦及失眠症副作用大的问题，发明一种利用中药治疗睡觉多梦及失眠症的配制方法。
本发明的技术方案是，一种治疗睡觉多梦及失眠的药物，包括：当归、生地、红花、牛膝各三钱，积壳、赤芍、甘草各二钱，桔梗、川芎各一钱半，桃仁四钱
组分重量比：当归、生地、红花、牛膝各三钱，积壳、赤芍、甘草各二钱，桔梗、川芎各一钱半，桃仁四钱。
制作服用：按重量称取上述药剂，煎服，二剂可安然睡眠而梦少。
当归味甘而重，故专能补血，其气轻而辛，故又能行血，补中有动，行中有补，为血中之要药。因而，它既能补血，又能活血，既可通经，又能活络。生地黄味甘、苦,性寒。归心、肝、肺经。是一种中药植物，常用于活血行气，祛风止痛，川芎辛温香燥，走而不守，既能行散，上行可达巅顶；又入血分，下行可达血海。
技术效果
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种治疗睡觉多梦及失眠的药物。该药无任何毒副作用，无药物依赖性，配方简单，服用方便，成本低，疗效好，治愈率高。经多年的临床应用，有效率100%，治愈率95%以上，对于一般睡觉多梦及失眠患者一个疗程（10天）症状明显改善，通常2-3个疗程即可治愈，对于重症患者通常2个疗程症状明显改善，且复发几率极低。
