Abstract

本发明公开了一种加压包扎止血头罩，包括头罩壳体，在头罩壳体内壁上设置有气垫，在气垫的内侧面上设置有纱布，在头罩壳体的下部设置有固定带。采用本发明对患者头部止血时，可将头罩戴在患者头部，下颌托板调到合适松紧度，然后调控充气泵，通过头罩内的气垫加压后膨胀达到加压止血的目的。因此，本发明与现有技术相比不仅具有一帽多用，又具有便于观察、减少损伤、省时节力、可循环利用等优点。

本发明涉及一种加压包扎止血头罩，属于医疗用品技术领域。
背景技术
目前，头部止血包扎在创伤伤员的急救中应用广泛，现有头部包扎方法相对耗时较多、易脱、复杂、耗材、压力不够、不易观察伤口情况等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种结构简单、舒适性好、方便快速止血、耗时较短、不易脱落、可循环利用、可自控加压止血的加压包扎止血头罩，以弥补当前临床止血技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案：一种加压包扎止血头罩，包括头罩壳体，在头罩壳体内壁上设置有气垫，在气垫的内侧面上设置有纱布，在头罩壳体的下部设置有固定带。
所述气垫通过导管与外置的小型充气泵连接。
所述头罩壳体的两侧设置有下颌托板，固定带的两端连接在两侧的下颌托板上，并在固定带上设置有长度调整扣。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明的优点在于：采用本发明对患者头部止血时，可将头罩戴在患者头部，下颌托板调到合适松紧度，然后调控充气泵，通过头罩内的气垫加压后膨胀达到加压止血的目的。因此，本发明与现有技术相比不仅具有一帽多用，又具有便于观察、减少损伤、省时节力、可循环利用等优点。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明的实施例：加压包扎止血头罩的结构示意图如图1所示，包括头罩壳体1，在头罩壳体1内壁上设置有气垫2，气垫2通过导管7与外置的小型充气泵8连接，在气垫2的内侧面上设置有纱布3；同时，在头罩壳体1的两侧设置有下颌托板4，固定带5的两端连接在两侧的下颌托板4上，并在固定带5上设置有长度调整扣6。
采用本发明对患者头部止血时，可将头罩戴在患者头部，然后通过固定带5上的长度调整扣6将下颌托板调到合适松紧度，此事，打开小型充气泵8向气垫2加压，通过头罩壳体1内的气垫2加压后膨胀达到加压止血的目的。

1.一种加压包扎止血头罩，包括头罩壳体(1)，其特征在于：在头罩壳体(1)内壁上设置有气垫(2)，在气垫(2)的内侧面上设置有纱布(3)，在头罩壳体(1)的下部设置有固定带(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加压包扎止血头罩，其特征在于：所述气垫(2)通过导管(7)与外置的小型充气泵(8)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加压包扎止血头罩，其特征在于：所述头罩壳体(1)的两侧设置有下颌托板(4)，固定带(5)的两端连接在两侧的下颌托板(4)上，并在固定带(5)上设置有长度调整扣(6)。
