Abstract

本发明涉及一种电力电缆,具体是铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,从内到外依次为,导电线芯、特多龙带层、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导电阻水层、缓冲膨胀层、皱纹铝护套、沥青防蚀涂层、复合外护套与石墨涂层,本发明提供的铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,由于采用了复合外护套实现了防白蚁的功能,并且没有使用杀虫剂,达到环保的目的;适用于电力电缆和其他特殊用途的埋地电缆,该电缆防白蚁效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力电缆,具体是铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆。
背景技术
随着电力工业的发展,超高压电缆应用环境不断扩大,对超高压电缆对特殊环境的适应性提成了更多的要求,不仅保证电缆的常规性能外,还需满足特殊环境的不同需求及生产和使用时对周围环境的环保要求,特别是针对地区性白蚁和鼠害较多的环境,普通电缆外护套的材料由于易被白蚁或鼠啃坏外护层,从而导致水分进入到内部,将皱纹铝护套进行腐蚀,随着电缆内部结构组件被破坏,影响的电缆的正常使用。
现有技术中已经通过在电缆中添加特殊材料,并包覆杀虫剂,利用材料的特殊性和防蚁防鼠剂,形成对电缆的双重防护,虽然这些措施解决上述问题,但是由于杀虫剂药物均是有毒,不仅对环境造成一定程度的污染,还会损害护套材料的性能。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明针提供一种有效防止白蚁和老鼠的电缆,并且电缆使用寿命长、无毒无污染。
具体技术方案为:
铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,从内到外依次为,导电线芯、特多龙带层、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导电阻水层、缓冲膨胀层、皱纹铝护套、沥青防蚀涂层、复合外护套与石墨涂层;
所述的导电线芯包括多根导体,所述的多根导体均匀分成五个扇形导线股;
特多龙带层轴向套接在导电线芯的外表面,导体屏蔽层轴向套接在特多龙带层的外表面,绝缘层轴向套接在导体屏蔽层的外表面,绝缘屏蔽层轴向套接在绝缘层的外表面,半导电阻水层轴向套接在绝缘屏蔽层的外表面,皱纹铝护套轴向套接在半导电阻水层的外表面,皱纹铝护套与半导电阻水层之间填充有缓冲膨胀层,皱纹铝护套外涂刷沥青防蚀涂层,复合外护套轴向套接在沥青防蚀涂层的外表面,石墨涂层涂覆再复合外护套的外表面。
所述的导电线芯的五个扇形导线股之间有扇形固定支架相互隔开。
扇形固定支架包括五个支架片,五个支架片一侧边固定连接在一起,呈现发散装的固定连接,五个支架片的另一侧连接有弹性侧边,弹性侧边与特多龙带层的内壁接触。
所述的复合外护套,从内到位依次包括高密度聚乙烯内护套、玻纤带护层、硬质防护层和高密度聚乙烯外护套组成。
本发明提供的铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,由于采用了复合外护套实现了防白蚁的功能,并且没有使用杀虫剂,达到环保的目的;适用于电力电缆和其他特殊用途的埋地电缆,该电缆防白蚁效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,从内到外依次为,导电线芯1、特多龙带层2、导体屏蔽层3、绝缘层4、绝缘屏蔽层5、半导电阻水层6、缓冲膨胀层7、皱纹铝护套8、沥青防蚀涂层9、复合外护套与石墨涂层14;
所述的导电线芯1包括多根导体,所述的多根导体均匀分成五个扇形导线股;
特多龙带层2轴向套接在导电线芯1的外表面,导体屏蔽层3轴向套接在特多龙带层2的外表面,绝缘层4轴向套接在导体屏蔽层3的外表面,绝缘屏蔽层5轴向套接在绝缘层4的外表面,半导电阻水层6轴向套接在绝缘屏蔽层5的外表面,皱纹铝护套8轴向套接在半导电阻水层6的外表面,皱纹铝护套8与半导电阻水层6之间填充有缓冲膨胀层7,皱纹铝护套8外涂刷沥青防蚀涂层9,复合外护套轴向套接在沥青防蚀涂层9的外表面,石墨涂层14涂覆再复合外护套的外表面。
皱纹铝护套8与半导电阻水层6之间填充有缓冲膨胀层7,可以有效的保护半导电阻水层6和皱纹铝护套8,防止电缆在铺设或者其他过程中弯曲挤压破坏半导电阻水层6。
所述的导电线芯1的五个扇形导线股之间有扇形固定支架15相互隔开。
扇形固定支架15包括五个支架片,五个支架片一侧边固定连接在一起,呈现发散装的固定连接,五个支架片的另一侧连接有弹性侧边,弹性侧边与特多龙带层2的内壁接触。
弹性侧边可以有效的保护特多龙带层2,防止支架片和特多龙带层2之间摩擦磨损特多龙带层2。
所述的复合外护套,从内到位依次包括高密度聚乙烯内护套10、玻纤带护层11、硬质防护层12和高密度聚乙烯外护套13组成。多层的物理防护,白蚁和老鼠难以啃噬穿透该复合外护套。硬质防护层12可以为硬质的橡胶材料制成。

1.铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,其特征在于,从内到外依次为,导电线芯、特多龙带层、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、半导电阻水层、缓冲膨胀层、皱纹铝护套、沥青防蚀涂层、复合外护套与石墨涂层;
所述的导电线芯包括多根导体,所述的多根导体均匀分成五个扇形导线股;
特多龙带层轴向套接在导电线芯的外表面,导体屏蔽层轴向套接在特多龙带层的外表面,绝缘层轴向套接在导体屏蔽层的外表面,绝缘屏蔽层轴向套接在绝缘层的外表面,半导电阻水层轴向套接在绝缘屏蔽层的外表面,皱纹铝护套轴向套接在半导电阻水层的外表面,皱纹铝护套与半导电阻水层之间填充有缓冲膨胀层,皱纹铝护套外涂刷沥青防蚀涂层,复合外护套轴向套接在沥青防蚀涂层的外表面,石墨涂层涂覆再复合外护套的外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,其特征在于,所述的导电线芯的五个扇形导线股之间有扇形固定支架相互隔开。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,其特征在于,所述的扇形固定支架包括五个支架片,五个支架片一侧边固定连接在一起,呈现发散装的固定连接,五个支架片的另一侧连接有弹性侧边,弹性侧边与特多龙带层的内壁接触。
4.根据权利要求1到3任一项所述的铜芯分割导体防白蚁电缆,其特征在于,所述的复合外护套,从内到位依次包括高密度聚乙烯内护套、玻纤带护层、硬质防护层和高密度聚乙烯外护套组成。
