Abstract
一种路灯,包括壳体和至少一发光单元,所述壳体设有面板和腔体,所述面板包括正面和背面,所述至少一发光单元装设于所述面板的正面,所述腔体用于收容驱动电源为所述发光单元供电,其中,所述面板的背面设有若干散热片,所述面板的周缘设有若干对流孔,所述对流孔贯穿所述面板的正面和背面。相比于现有技术,本发明的路灯结构在面板的周缘设置若干对流孔,在发光单元产生的热量被散热片扩散的基础上,增强散热片的散热对流,让路灯的散热效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤其涉及一种路灯。
背景技术
LED路灯以其节能、环保、及持久耐用等特性已经被广泛的应用在道路照明领域中。常规的LED路灯包括灯体、光源以及散热器。其散热器一般采用散热片的组合,要提高此类LED路灯的散热效率,一般通过改变散热片的形状、数量和排列组合关系等,然而散热效果仍然有待改善。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可有效散热的路灯。
一种路灯,包括壳体和至少一发光单元,所述壳体设有面板和腔体,所述面板包括正面和背面,所述至少一发光单元装设于所述面板的正面,所述腔体用于收容驱动电源为所述发光单元供电,其中,所述面板的背面设有若干散热片,所述面板的周缘设有若干对流孔,所述对流孔贯穿所述面板的正面和背面。
相比于现有技术,本发明的路灯结构在面板的周缘设置若干对流孔,在发光单元产生的热量被散热片扩散的基础上,增强散热片的散热对流,让路灯的散热效果更佳。

具体实施方式
实施例一
请参见图1和图5,本发明的实施例一提供的路灯100包括壳体10、盖体20、至少一发光单元30和驱动装置40。
请参见图2和图4,所述壳体10可采用铝合金经一体压铸成型,以使所述路灯100轻便、易组装。所述壳体10设有用于收容发光单元30的面板11和用于收容驱动装置40的腔体12。所述面板11的一端和所述腔体12的一端对接。在本实施方式中,所述面板11的轮廓呈矩形,所述腔体12的轮廓也呈矩形,所述面板11和所述腔体12共同构成纵长的、矩形的壳体10。可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,所述壳体10的面板11和腔体12的轮廓也可以采用其它形状,所述壳体10的轮廓也可以采用其它形状。
请同时参见图3,所述面板11为平面板体,包括相正面111和与所述正面111背对设置的背面112。所述正面111面向被照射区域,所述背面112背向被照射区域。所述面板11的正面111固定所述发光单元30,所述面板11的背面112设有若干散热片13。
请再次参见图2和图4,所述至少一发光单元30固定于所述壳体10的面板11的正面111。在本实施方式中,所述路灯100包括四个相同的发光单元30。每一发光单元30均呈长条形。所述四个发光单元30沿所述壳体10的宽度方向横向排列于所述面板11的正面111。每一发光单元30沿所述壳体10的长度方向纵向固定于所述面板11的正面111,即每一发光单元30的安装方向与所述壳体10的长度(纵向)方向一致。每一发光单元30包括一光源模组31和一透镜模组32。所述透镜模组32盖设于所述光源模组31上用于改善光源模组31的出光特性。
所述散热片13至少覆盖所述面板11的背面112上对应于所述面板11的正面111固定所述发光单元30的位置。在本实施方式中,所述散热片13布满所述面板11的整个背面112。所述散热片13包括第一散热片131和第二散热片132。所述第一散热片131和所述第二散热片132相互垂直设置。在本实施方式中,所述第一散热片131设于所述面板11的背面112的中央,且沿着所述壳体10的长度方向纵向设置。所述第二散热片132设于所述第一散热片131的两侧,且沿着所述壳体10的宽度方向横向设置。
所述面板11还设有若干对流孔14。所述对流孔14设于所述面板14的周缘位置。所述对流孔14环绕所述面板11的边缘间隔设置。在本实施方式中,这些间隔设置的对流孔14围设形成一矩形环。所述对流孔14同时环绕所述发光单元30。所述对流孔14还同时环绕所述第一散热片131。每一对流孔14贯穿所述面板11的正面111和背面112。优选的,每一对流孔14设于相邻两散热片13之间。优选的,位于所述面板11和所述腔体12中间的对流孔14的尺寸小于其它对流孔14的尺寸,以增强壳体10的强度。
请参见图4和图5,所述腔体12上形成一开口121。所述开口121与所述面板11的正面111同向,即所述开口121朝向被照射区域。在本实施方式中,所述开口121呈矩形,所述腔体12为一矩形腔。优选的,所述腔体12的深度等于设置于所述面板11的背面112的散热片13的高度,以提高所述壳体10的整体美观度。
所述盖体20采用铝合金材料制成,其主体形状与所述腔体12的开口121相对应。所述盖体20转动连接于所述腔体12的开口121处,用以与所述腔体12配合以形成一密封的容置空间122。所述容置空间122用以容置所述驱动装置40。所述驱动电源40为所述发光单元30供电。
优选的,所述盖体20包括一枢接端21和一自由端22。所述枢接端21和所述自由端22分别位于所述盖体20的相对两侧。所述枢接端21可转动的连接于所述腔体12的开口121的一侧。具体地,所述枢接段21连接于所述开口121远离所述发光单元30的一侧。所述自由端22可脱卸的连接于所述所述腔体12的开口121的另一侧,即,靠近所述发光单元30的一侧。所述自由端22与所述腔体12的开口121的固定方式可采用卡扣或螺丝。
相比于现有技术,本发明的路灯100的散热片13的固定位置对应于所述发光结构30的安装位置,使得所述发光单元30产生的热量可以快速、有效的传递至所述散热片13进行散热。同时本发明的路灯100在所述面板11的边缘、相邻散热片13之间设置有若干对流孔14,在发光单元30产生的热量被散热片13扩散的基础上,增强散热片13的散热对流,让路灯100的散热效果更佳。
优选的,本发明的所述路灯100还可包括一感光器50,所述感光器50用于控制路灯100打开和关闭。所述感光器50固定于所述壳体10的背面,具体的,所述感光器50固定于所述腔体12的背面。
实施例二
请参见图6,本发明的实施例二提供的路灯200与实施例一中所述路灯100的不同之处在于:所述路灯200还包括一连接器60,所述连接器60用于固定所述路灯200于灯杆(图未示)。该连接器60一端采用转动连接的方式固定于所述灯壳10的自由端面,另一端固定于灯杆,以达到自由调节照明角度的效果。在本实施例中,所述连接器60包括一第一连接部61和一第二连接部62。所述第一连接部61固定于所述灯壳10的腔体12的自由端面,所述第二连接部62固定于灯杆,所述第一连接部61和所述第二连接部62之间转动连接以调节发光单元30的照明角度。
实施例三
请参见图7,本发明的实施例三提供的路灯300的连接器70与实施例二中所述路灯200的连接器60不同。所述连接器70一端固定于所述灯壳10的自由端面,另一端固定于灯杆。具体的,所述连接器70一端固定于所述灯壳10的腔体12的自由端面。所述连接器70用于固定于灯杆的一端呈具有大曲率的曲面形状,使其可同时满足圆形或方形的管状灯杆的安装。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种路灯,包括壳体和至少一发光单元,所述壳体设有面板和腔体,所述面板包括正面和背面,所述至少一发光单元装设于所述面板的正面,所述腔体用于收容驱动电源为所述发光单元供电,其特征在于:所述面板的背面设有若干散热片,所述面板的周缘设有若干对流孔,所述对流孔贯穿所述面板的正面和背面。
2.如权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述对流孔环绕所述发光单元设置,每一对流孔设置于相邻二散热片之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述散热片包括第一散热片和第二散热片,所述第一散热片和所述第二散热片相互垂直设置。
4.如权利要求3所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述第一散热片设于所述面板的背面的中央且沿所述壳体的纵向设置,所述第二散热片设于所述第一散热片的两侧且沿所述壳体的横向设置。
5.如权利要求3所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述对流孔环绕所述第一散热片设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述壳体是由一体压铸形成,所述面板的一端与所述腔体的一端对接,所述腔体包括一开口,所述开口与所述面板的正面同向。
7.如权利要求6所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述路灯还包括一盖体,所述盖体装设于所述腔体的开口处,所述盖体与所述腔体共同构成一密封的容置空间用以容置所述驱动电源。
8.如权利要求7所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述盖体的一端转动连接于所述腔体的一侧,所述盖体的另一端可脱卸的固定于所述腔体相对的另一侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述发光单元固定于所述面板的正面,所述发光单元的安装方向与所述壳体的纵向方向一致,每一所述发光单元包括光源模组和透镜模组。
10.如权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于:所述路灯还包括一感光器,所述感光器固定于所述腔体的背面。
