技术领域:
本发明属于纺织助剂应用技术领域,具体的涉及一种短流程前处理用精练剂。
背景技术:
精练剂是用化学和物理方法去除棉、毛、麻、蚕丝以及合成纤维等各类纺织品上天然杂质、沾污物以及织造浆料的工艺过程叫做精练。因而,广义上说,在精练过程中添加的酸、碱、氧化剂、还原剂和各类表面活性剂等化学物品都可以叫做精练剂。但是在纺织行业中,一般说到精练剂,大多是狭义的概念,主要是指各类阴离子、非离子表面活性剂以及适当的添加剂,经过一定的配比的方法得到的一种以洗涤作用为主的、兼有渗透、乳化、分散、络合等协同作用的复配物。
退煮漂一浴汽蒸法工艺,在高浓度碱和高温情况下,很易引起双氧水的快速分解和加重织物的损伤。这只能通过降低烧碱用量和加入高温强碱的稳定剂来实现。但降低烧碱用量会降低退煮效果,尤其对重浆和含杂量大的纯棉厚重织物。故此工艺适用于轻浆的中、薄型织物和涤棉混纺织物。
短流程前处理工艺主要含有三个环节,即浸轧→反应→洗涤,所以无论是汽蒸法还是冷轧堆法工艺,提高织物带液量是短流程前处理取得好的效果之主要关键。同时短流程前处理过程的水洗过程比较频繁造成大量废液产生。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的问题,提供一种短流程前处理用精练剂,有效降低无机盐和双氧水的添加,显著提高轧液率,减少水洗次数,渗透迅速、乳化能力强、净洗能力高、耐高温和氧化剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种短流程前处理用精练剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠12-20份、壬基酚1-4份、异氟烷0.9-10份、哌替啶1-1.5份、丙烯酸酯5-7份、丙烯腈10-15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12-14份、二乙基丙二醇1-12份、乙醇90-150份。
优选的,十二烷基苯磺酸钠14-18份、壬基酚2-3份、异氟烷0.9-1份、哌替啶1.2-1.5份、丙烯酸酯6-7份、丙烯腈12-14份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12-14份、二乙基丙二醇9-12份、乙醇110-120份。
上述短流程前处理用精练剂的制备方法:
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、壬基酚、哌替啶、丙烯酸酯与丙烯腈按照重量份数混合密封缓慢滴加异氟烷,滴加完毕后密封缓慢搅拌加热处理2-3小时后静置过夜,静置后与其他组分混合后即可。
通过密封添加异氟烷,保障加工的安全防护,还能够起到提高精练剂的乳化能力的作用,加速精练剂的制备合成过程。
将上述精练剂应用为涤棉混纺织物的退/煮一步法工艺中,可以代替无机盐钠盐的添加,缩短反应时间减少水洗的次数,提高精练效果。
浸轧液组成为:精练剂2-3g/L、30%浓度的双氧水10-15g/L、湿润剂JFC 1g/L;
工艺流程:织物首先经过二浸二扎后在100℃气蒸10-15分钟,最后用热水洗涤两遍,冷水洗涤两遍即可。
将上述精练剂应用于纯棉织物的退/煮一漂两步法工艺中,代替了无机钠盐的添加,并且降低了双氧水的添加量,降低反应的能耗需求,提高经济效益和生态效益。
退煮浸轧液组成:精练剂1-3g/L、30%浓度的双氧水5-10g/L;
漂白浸轧液组成:30%浓度的双氧水5-10g/L、硫酸镁0.1g/L;
工艺流程为:织物首先经过二浸二扎,然后再100℃气蒸20分钟,再浸轧漂液,在80℃漂白10分钟,最后用热水洗涤两遍,冷水洗涤两遍即可。
将上述精练剂应用于涤棉混纺织物冷扎堆工艺中,可以提高双氧水的稳定性,代替了双氧水稳定剂的添加,并且降低了氢氧化钠和双氧水的添加,提高反应的经济效益和工艺效果。
浸轧液组成:精练剂3-4g/L、30%浓度的双氧水5-10g/L、氢氧化钠20-25g/L;
工艺流程为:织物经多浸多轧后在40℃卷堆5-7小时,然后经过热水洗涤两遍即可。
十二烷基苯磺酸钠与聚甲基氢硅氧烷及其他组分结合制成的新型短流程前处理精练剂具有渗透迅速、乳化能力强、净洗能力高、耐高温和氧化剂的效果,可以在短时间内出去纤维中的油蜡、果胶、蛋白质等杂质,还能够除去纤维上的浆料和油污,提高半成品的毛细效果,并且对双氧水的添加要求量降低,降低应用加工的能耗。
异氟烷的化学名为1-氯-2,2,2-三氟乙基二氟甲基醚,是一种吸入性麻醉药,在医学上应用为麻醉剂,本申请将其应用到纺织助剂技术领域,其能够提高精练剂的乳化效果,使得混合精练剂在短时间便可以达到良好的除去纤维上果胶、蛋白质、油脂等杂质的能力。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明精练剂具有渗透迅速、乳化能力强、净洗能力高、耐高温和氧化剂的效果,可以在短时间内除去纤维中的油蜡、果胶、蛋白质等杂质,还能够除去纤维上的浆料和油污,提高半成品的毛细效果。
(2)本发明精练剂应用广发,可以用于涤棉混纺织物的退/煮一步法工艺中、纯棉织物的退/煮一漂两步法工艺及涤棉混纺织物冷扎堆工艺中,处理效果优异,经济环保。
(3)本发明精练剂在应用过程中对双氧水的添加要求量降低,同时减少了无机钠盐的添加,降低加工的能耗。
(4)本发明精练剂对工艺过程的温度要求降低,较低温度下可以达到优异的处理效果,处理时间短,提高加工的经济效益。
(5)本发明精练剂热稳定性高,同时耐酸耐碱耐电解质性能好,应用范围广阔。
(6)本发明精练剂还能够有效螯合工作液中的重金属离子,减少了工作液中金属螯合剂的添加。
(7)本发明精练剂对双氧水起到良好的稳定作用,减少了双氧水稳定剂的添加。
(8)本发明精练剂可以显著提高轧液率,提高精练效果。

一种短流程前处理用精练剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、壬基酚1份、异氟烷0.9份、哌替啶1份、丙烯酸酯5份、丙烯腈10份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12份、二乙基丙二醇1份、乙醇90份。
实施例二
一种短流程前处理用精练剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠20份、壬基酚4份、异氟烷10份、哌替啶1.5份、丙烯酸酯7份、丙烯腈15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷14份、二乙基丙二醇12份、乙醇150份。
实施例三
一种短流程前处理用精练剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:

十二烷基苯磺酸钠18份、壬基酚2份、异氟烷1份、哌替啶1.2份、丙烯酸酯7份、丙烯腈12份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷14份、二乙基丙二醇9份、乙醇120份。

一种短流程前处理用精练剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠16份、壬基酚2份、异氟烷0.9份、哌替啶1.3份、丙烯酸酯7份、丙烯腈13份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷13份、二乙基丙二醇10份、乙醇110份。
上述短流程前处理用精练剂的制备方法:
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、壬基酚、哌替啶、丙烯酸酯与丙烯腈按照重量份数混合密封缓慢滴加异氟烷,滴加完毕后密封缓慢搅拌加热处理2-3小时后静置过夜,静置后与其他组分混合后即可。
将上述精练剂应用为涤棉混纺织物的退/煮一步法工艺中,

所述空白对照为不添加精练剂,所述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚组、烷基苯磺酸钠组及磷酸酯盐组为仅添加烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸钠及磷酸酯盐作为精练剂应用于所述工艺中进行效果评价。
以空白对照为标准,记作0。精练剂提高工作液的去污能力、乳化能力及净洗能力、漂白效果记作+,+越多代表效果越明显;精练剂降低去污能力、乳化能力及净洗能力、漂白效果记作-。
Claims (6)
1.一种短流程前处理用精练剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠12-20份、壬基酚1-4份、异氟烷0.9-10份、哌替啶1-1.5份、丙烯酸酯5-7份、丙烯腈10-15份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12-14份、二乙基丙二醇1-12份、乙醇90-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种短流程前处理用精练剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠14-18份、壬基酚2-3份、异氟烷0.9-1份、哌替啶1.2-1.5份、丙烯酸酯6-7份、丙烯腈12-14份、聚甲基氢硅氧烷12-14份、二乙基丙二醇9-12份、乙醇110-120份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种短流程前处理用精练剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、壬基酚、哌替啶、丙烯酸酯与丙烯腈按照重量份数混合密封缓慢滴加异氟烷,滴加完毕后密封缓慢搅拌加热处理2-3小时后静置过夜,静置后与其他组分混合后即可。
