本发明公开了一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,所述材料按质量百分数包括:Nb 2.2‑3.4,Si 1.34‑2.5,Cr 16‑25,Mn 1.0‑2.5,Mo 0.5‑1,C 1.2‑2,V 0.1‑0.3,Ti 0.02‑0.2,Al 0.5‑1.5,W 0.5‑1.5,Ni 2‑8,Cu 0.6‑1.8,Co 1‑6,余量的Fe。所述材料制备得到的循环流化床锅炉耐高温腐蚀和耐高温磨蚀性能出色。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料。
背景技术
循环流化床锅炉与常规锅炉的区别在于其燃烧系统不同,气固物料分离设备和固体物料再循环设备是循环流化床锅炉的主要特征。循环流化床锅炉的燃烧包括内、外循环两个过程,内循环是炉膛内的循环过程,即在炉内高速运动的烟气与其携带的湍流扰动极强的固体颗粒密切接触,并有大量颗粒返混的流态化燃烧反应过程。而外循环是在炉外将绝大部分高温的固体颗粒搜集,并将它们送回炉内再次参与燃烧的过程。这种特殊的燃烧方式使循环流化床锅炉具有许多传统锅炉所没有的特点。
特殊的燃烧方式为循环流化床带来一系列优点,但同时也引起了锅炉受热面管的高温磨损和腐蚀。这一缺陷一直没有得到较好的解决,限制了循环流化床锅炉的进一步推广应用。
循环流化床锅炉的受热面管包括水冷壁、过热器、再热器、省煤器和烟道等,国内制造的循环流化床锅炉大都还在密相区布置有埋管受热面。与其他类型锅炉相比,循环流化床锅炉的受热面管的工况条件更为恶劣,其磨损与固体物料浓度、烟气流速、颗粒特性等因素密切相关。循环流化床锅炉燃烧的煤多为低热值劣质煤(煤矸石、泥煤等),固体物料(包括燃料、脱硫剂石灰石、床料等)的平均颗粒度为0-8mm,而煤粉炉燃用的煤粉粒度仅为20-50μm左右,燃烧室密相区的固体物料浓度高达100-100kg/m3,稀相区的也为5-50kg/m3,为煤粉锅炉的几十倍到上百倍;物料燃烧形成的高温烟气中含有10-20%的飞灰,飞灰中含有高熔点的硬质颗粒(主要为SiO2),其运行风速平均高达4-10m/s;此外,烟气中还含有CO、H2S、SO2、HC1等腐蚀性气体。
因此循环流化床锅炉用材料要耐高温腐蚀和高温磨蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,所述材料制备得到的循环流化床锅炉过流部件耐高温腐蚀性能和耐高温磨蚀性能出色。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,其特征在于,所述材料按质量百分数包括:
Nb 2.2-3.4,Si 1.34-2.5,Cr 16-25,Mn 1.0-2.5,Mo 0.5-1,C 1.2-2,V 0.1-0.3,Ti 0.02-0.2,Al 0.5-1.5,W 0.5-1.5,Ni 2-8,Cu 0.6-1.8,Co 1-6,余量的Fe。
优选的,所述材料中,P含量小于0.05wt%,S含量小于0.05wt%。
本发明的材料含有W、Cr、Mo、Nb这类抗高温材料,同时加入其他金属优化所述材料的耐磨蚀性能,因此其耐高温腐蚀性能和耐高温磨蚀性能出色。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。

一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,其特征在于,所述材料按质量百分数包括:
Nb 2.2,Si 1.34,Cr 16,Mn 1.0,Mo 0.5,C 1.2,V 0.1,Ti 0.02,Al 0.5,W 0.5,Ni 2,Cu 0.6,Co 1余量的Fe。
实施例2
一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,其特征在于,所述材料按质量百分数包括:
Nb 3.4,Si 2.5,Cr 25,Mn 2.5,Mo 1,C 2,V 0.3,Ti 0.2,Al 1.5,W 1.5,Ni 8,Cu1.8,Co 6余量的Fe。
实施例3
一种循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,其特征在于,所述材料按质量百分数包括:
Nb 3,Si 2,Cr 16-25,Mn 2,Mo 0.8,C 1.5,V 0.2,Ti 0.1,Al 1,W 1,Ni 5,Cu 1,Co 4,余量的Fe。
实施例1-3所述循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,耐高温腐蚀和耐高温磨蚀性能出色,应用100小时后,未见明显磨蚀。

Nb 2.2-3.4,Si 1.34-2.5,Cr 16-25,Mn 1.0-2.5,Mo 0.5-1,C 1.2-2,V 0.1-0.3,Ti0.02-0.2,Al 0.5-1.5,W 0.5-1.5,Ni 2-8,Cu 0.6-1.8,Co 1-6,余量的Fe。
2.如权利要求1所述的循环流化床锅炉用耐高温抗磨蚀材料,其特征在于,所述材料中,P含量小于0.05wt%,S含量小于0.05wt%。
