Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合一体式预过滤装置，包括被隔板分隔为上腔体和下腔体的外壳，上腔体设置有进水口，下腔体设置有出水口，中央集水管设置于外壳中间，中央集水管上段外部套装有预过滤器，中央集水管下段外部套装有超滤膜，上腔体顶端设置有压紧器，预过滤器包括套装于中央集水管外圆周的多层过滤介质，设置于多层过滤介质上端外周的上端盖和设置于多层过滤介质下端外周的下底座。本发明通过多级过滤相结合的方式，能够将各类水源中的泥沙、胶体、悬浮物、溶解气体、细菌、病毒、以及重金属离子几部全部去除，拦截效率高，使用范围广，能够为反渗透提供有效保障；一体式外壳的结构也大大的方便了现场安装。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种适用于多种污染水源净化预过滤装置，具体涉及一种组合一体式预过滤装置。
背景技术
近年来，自然灾害频发，市场上出现了大量的应急饮水机，大多数应急饮水机主要由预过滤装置和反渗透组成。预过滤主要负责过滤泥沙、胶体、悬浮物、溶解气体、细菌、病毒、以及重金属离子，但各地水源成分复杂，污染不一，预过滤装置的过滤效率直接影响反渗透的使用寿命，进而影响最终产水水质。
目前水过滤领域常用的预过滤装置有PP棉滤芯、液体精密滤芯、KDF滤芯、陶瓷烧结滤芯、超滤装置、树脂滤芯以及活性炭过滤器等，各种装置外壳形状大小不一，安装方式多种多样。受自然灾害发生地分散、水源情况复杂的影响，各种预过滤装置在应急时很难有效发挥作用。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点而提出的，其目的是提供一种组合一体式预过滤装置。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种组合一体式预过滤装置，包括被隔板分隔为上腔体和下腔体的外壳，上腔体上端侧壁设置有进水口，下腔体下端侧壁设置有出水口，中央集水管设置于外壳中间，位于上腔体中的中央集水管外部套装有预过滤器，位于下腔体中的中央集水管外部套装有超滤膜，所述上腔体顶端设置有压紧器，所述预过滤器包括套装于中央集水管外圆周的多层过滤介质，设置于多层过滤介质上端外周的上端盖，设置于多层过滤介质下端外周的下底座；所述多层过滤介质是由不锈钢丝网、PP棉层、活性炭层、混床树脂层、KDF滤料层和陶瓷烧结层由外至内依次紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。
所述中央集水管上端面低于进水口，下端面高于出水口。
所述预过滤器和超滤膜通过压紧器固定位置。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过多级过滤相结合的方式，能够将各类水源中的泥沙、胶体、悬浮物、溶解气体、细菌、病毒、以及重金属离子几部全部去除，拦截效率高，使用范围广，能够为反渗透提供有效保障；一体式外壳的结构也大大的方便了现场安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图及实施例对本发明组合一体式预过滤装置进行详细说明：
如图1、2所示，一种组合一体式预过滤装置，包括被隔板13分隔为上腔体11和下腔体12的外壳1，上腔体11上端侧壁设置有进水口2，下腔体12下端侧壁设置有出水口3，中央集水管4设置于外壳1中间，位于上腔体11中的中央集水管4外部套装有预过滤器6，位于下腔体12中的中央集水管4外部套装有超滤膜7，所述上腔体11顶端设置有压紧器5，所述预过滤器6包括套装于中央集水管4外圆周的多层过滤介质61，设置于多层过滤介质61上端外周的上端盖62，设置于多层过滤介质61下端外周的下底座63。
所述多层过滤介质61是由不锈钢丝网611、PP棉层612、活性炭层613、混床树脂层614、KDF滤料层615和陶瓷烧结层616由外至内依次紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。
不锈钢丝网611为其它几层过滤介质提供外层支撑；PP棉层612主要拦截水源中的泥沙和胶体等大颗粒物；活性炭层613主要去除水源中的溶解气体；KDF滤料层615主要去除水源中的细菌和病毒，并置换重金属离子；混床树脂层614进一步吸附置换下来的其他金属阳离子；陶瓷烧结层616进一步过滤水源中的悬浮物和胶体，并拦截小颗粒活性炭和KDF滤料。
所述中央集水管4上端面低于进水口2，下端面高于出水口3。
所述预过滤器6和超滤膜7通过压紧器5固定位置。
本发明的使用方法是：
工作时， 水源首先通过进水口2进入位于起到预过滤作用的上腔体11中，上腔体11的结构为外进内出，在外界压力作用下水源首依次通过不锈钢丝网611、PP棉层612、活性炭层613、混床树脂614、KDF滤料层615、陶瓷烧结层616，然后进入中央集水管4， 水源经过多级净化后通过中央集水管4进入下腔体12，下腔体12结构为内进外出，水源在外界压力下继续进入超滤膜7，最终由出水口3排出。
Claims (3)
1.一种组合一体式预过滤装置，包括被隔板（13）分隔为上腔体（11）和下腔体（12）的外壳（1），上腔体（11）上端侧壁设置有进水口（2），下腔体（12）下端侧壁设置有出水口（3），中央集水管（4）设置于外壳（1）中间，位于上腔体（11）中的中央集水管（4）外部套装有预过滤器（6），位于下腔体（12）中的中央集水管（4）外部套装有超滤膜（7），其特征在于：所述上腔体（11）顶端设置有压紧器（5），所述预过滤器（6）包括套装于中央集水管（4）外圆周的多层过滤介质（61），设置于多层过滤介质（61）上端外周的上端盖（62）和设置于多层过滤介质（61）下端外周的下底座（63）；所述多层过滤介质（61）是由不锈钢丝网（611）、PP棉层（612）、活性炭层（613）、混床树脂层（614）、KDF滤料层（615）和陶瓷烧结层（616）由外至内依次紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合一体式预过滤装置，其特征在于：所述中央集水管（4）上端面低于进水口（2），下端面高于出水口（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合一体式预过滤装置，其特征在于：所述预过滤器（6）和超滤膜（7）通过压紧器（5）固定位置。
