Abstract
The invention provides an automobile exhaust lifting hook mounting structure which comprises a spare tire bin plate and a lifting hook, wherein a lifting hook mounting plate is arranged at the corner of the spare tire bin plate, the lifting hook is fixed on the lifting hook mounting plate, and a cavity is formed between the lifting hook mounting plate and the spare tire bin plate. Through increasing mounting panel and spare tyre cabin outside upper surface, lateral wall and tail end beam slab all have to be connected, make it form confined cavity, have promoted connection rigidity, intensity and NVH performance greatly like this.

Background
The exhaust hook of the rear muffler is arranged below the rear lower vehicle body, the vehicle body provides a mounting point for the rear muffler, the rigidity of the mounting point determines the advantages and disadvantages of the noise transfer function, and the mounting structure of the vehicle body plays a vital role.

Detailed Description

The tail beam plate 8 is also connected with the rear support 9, so that the rigidity and strength of the rear support 9 are improved.
The joints of the tail beam plate 8 and the rear anti-collision beam 7, the joints of the tail beam plate 8 and the lifting hook mounting plate 5 and the joints of the tail beam plate 8 and the rear bumper are all corresponding, so that the rigidity of the joints of the structure is further improved.
The upper end of the lifting hook mounting plate 5 is provided with two exhaust holes 1 for positioning and exhausting.
The lifting hook mounting plate 5 is also provided with a liquid discharging rib 2 for discharging liquid, so that the anti-corrosion performance is improved.
The middle part of the lifting hook mounting plate 5 is also provided with a semicircular lifting hook mounting rib 3 for fixing the lifting hook 6, so that the strength and rigidity of the joint are improved.
