Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Examples
The invention provides a disposable automatic-ejection medical needle which can be a needle suitable for clinical arteriovenous puncture liquid medicine infusion, blood sampling and blood transfusion. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the medical needle comprises a housing 1, a needle tube 2, a needle seat tube 3, a safety tube 4 and a spring 5. The front end of the housing 1 is provided with a lock switch 11. An outer convex ring 31 is arranged on the outer wall of the front end of the needle seat tube 3. The outer wall of the front end of the safety tube 4 is provided with a clamping groove 41 matched with the locking switch 11, the inner wall of the rear end of the safety tube 4 is provided with an inner convex ring 42, the outer wall of the rear end of the safety tube 4 is provided with a through hole 43, and a buckle 44 is arranged in the through hole 43. The needle tube 2 is fixed on the needle seat tube 3, the needle seat tube 3 is fixed in the shell 1, the safety tube 3 is positioned in the shell 1 and sleeved on the needle seat tube 3, the spring 5 is sleeved on the needle seat tube 3, one end of the spring 5 is propped against the shell 1, the other end is propped against the safety tube 4, and the outer diameter of the outer convex ring 31 of the needle seat tube 3 is larger than the inner diameter of the inner convex ring 42 of the safety tube 4. Before use, the safety tube 4 is positioned in the shell 1, the locking switch 11 on the shell 1 is buckled in the clamping groove 41 of the safety tube 4, and the spring 5 is in a compressed state; when the safety tube locking device is used, the locking switch 11 is pressed down to release the safety tube 4, the safety tube 4 is ejected out along the needle tube seat 3 under the action of the spring 5, then the buckle of the safety tube 4 is jacked up by the outer convex ring 31 of the needle tube seat, the safety tube 4 continues to advance until the inner convex ring 42 of the safety tube 4 is stopped when the inner convex ring 42 of the safety tube 4 touches the outer convex ring 31 of the needle tube seat 3, at the moment, the buckle 44 on the safety tube 4 is reset, and then the outer convex ring 31 is limited between the buckle 44 and the inner convex ring 42, so that the safety tube 4 cannot advance and cannot retreat, meanwhile, the locking switch 11 is reset, and further bidirectional locking is performed to prevent the safety tube 4 from retreating.
For easy holding, an anti-slip structure 12 is provided on the outer wall of the housing 1. In this way, the healthcare worker can directly use the needle tube without the need for wings provided on conventional needle tubes. Further, the anti-slip structure is arranged on the concave surface, so that the anti-slip structure is more anti-slip.
The present embodiment provides a specific structure of a lock switch, and the lock switch 11 includes a support arm 111, a chuck 112, a bending portion 113, and a pressing portion 114. The chuck 112 is connected to one end of the bending portion 113, and the other end of the bending portion 113 is connected to the pressing portion 114. A through hole 13 is provided at the front end of the housing 1, one end of the arm 111 is fixed in the through hole 13, and one end of the curved portion 113 to which the chuck 112 is connected to the other end of the arm 111. Meanwhile, an anti-slip structure 115 is provided on the surface of the pressing portion 114.
In order to prevent the safety tube from rotating and causing trouble, the invention is provided with a prismatic surface 32 on the outer surface of the needle tube seat 3, and the inner surface of the safety tube 4 is matched with the prismatic surface 32. In this embodiment, two symmetrical facets 32 are provided on the needle tube holder 3.
When the invention is used, after a needle tube is pulled out from a patient after clinical infusion/transfusion/blood collection is finished, the locking switch 11 is pressed by fingers, the clamping head 112 of the locking switch 11 clamped on the safety tube 4 is opened, the safety tube 4 is ejected under the action of the elastic force of the spring 5, when the safety tube 4 reaches the top of the needle seat tube 3, the safety tube 4 is stopped under the action of the outer convex ring 31 on the needle seat tube 3 and the inner convex ring 42 on the safety tube 4, and the buckle 44 on the safety tube 4 and the locking switch 11 on the shell 1 are locked in a bidirectional manner, so that the safety tube 4 cannot slide back and forth, thereby protecting the needle tip of the needle tube in the safety tube, preventing stabbing medical staff or other staff, preventing clinical cross infection and preventing unexpected repeated use.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
