本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种清除自由基、淡斑美白的维生素E营养护肤乳液,对皮肤具有良好的营养美白、护肤养颜的效果。
背景技术
乳液,是一种液态霜类化妆品,因为看起来纯白如牛奶,所以叫乳液。乳液作为护肤品,最大的特点就是含水量很高,可以瞬间滋润肌肤,为干燥肌肤补充水分。加上乳液可以在肌肤表面形成轻薄透气的保护膜,可防止水分流失,起到了极佳的保湿效果。因此与单纯补水型的化妆水相比,乳液更适合在干燥季节使用。乳液具有良好的润肤作用,也有保湿效果,特别适合干燥的春,秋两季使用,如果肌肤是中性,也可以冬季使用。春秋两季使用时,除了润肤保湿效果外,还可以隔离外界干燥的气候,防止肌肤水分流失过快,避免肌肤干裂,起皮,是干燥季节外出时必用的护肤品。虽然,许多乳液具有良好的滋润效果,但是对于面部的持续护理、营养补充及平衡功能的强化,尚需要进一步提高。

本发明中所述的原料:
维生素E:外文名:Vitamin E。是一种脂溶性维生素。其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。生育酚能促进性激素分泌,使男子精子活力和数量增加;使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,还可用于防治男性不育症、烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面。
十六醇:英文名称:hexadecanol。外观与性状:白色叶片状结晶。用于制造香料、化妆品、洗涤剂、增塑剂等,适用于各类化妆品中,作为基质,特别适合于膏酸及乳液;在医药中,可直接用于W/O乳化剂膏体,软膏基质等,平平加的原料,也可用于消泡剂,水土保温剂,成色剂气相色谱固定液。
十八醇:英文名称:stearyl alcohol中文别名:十八碳醇、硬脂醇。性状:蜡状白色小叶晶体(常温下),有香味。用于制作表面活性剂(平平加),树脂、合成橡胶等,是化妆品膏霜、乳液的基本原料,其增稠乳剂的性能比十六醇强,是一种乳化稳定剂。化妆品级十八醇可用于高级化妆品中,香气纯正,可减少香精用量。此外还可以用于制造消泡剂、浮选剂、软化剂、稻田保温剂、水面覆盖剂、医药软膏的原料及彩色影片的成色剂。
聚氧乙烯(20)醚:英文名:POE(20)ISOHEXADECYL ETHER。分子式:C56H114 021。为乳白色至微黄色膏状物。非离子表面活性剂;工业表面活性剂;化工助剂;其它含氧化合物;其他生化试剂。
硬脂酸:英文名:Stearic Acid-829本品系从动、植物油脂中得到的固体脂肪酸,主要成分为硬脂酸(C18H36O2)与棕榈酸(C16H32O2)。本品为白色或类白色有滑腻感的粉末或结晶性硬块,其剖面有微带光泽的细针状结晶;有类似油脂的微臭,无味。本品在氯仿或乙醚中易溶,在乙醇中溶解,在水中几乎不溶。广泛用于制化妆品、塑料耐寒增塑剂、脱模剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、防水剂、抛光剂、金属皂、金属矿物浮选剂、软化剂、医药品及其他有机化学品。在化妆品中,硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜这两类护肤品中起乳化作用,从而使其变成稳定洁白的膏体。硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。硬脂酸皂酯类在化妆品工业中用途更为广泛。
二甲基硅氧烷:(dimethyl cyclosiloxane)。产品种类:有机硅中间体。硅树脂衍生物,用作稳定剂、悬浮剂或稠化剂。由于硅树脂具有液体的特性,所以很容易在皮肤上抹匀,涂在皮肤上具有丝绸般的触感,具有保湿的性质,其实皮肤湿润的时候也有保水的功能。还有一些硅树脂可以促进伤口愈合,改善皮肤疤痕的外观。
单甘脂:(2,3-Dihydroxypropyl octadecanoate),分子式:C21H4204,是一种非离子型的表面活性剂。它既有亲水又有亲油基团,具有润湿、乳化、起泡等多种功能。本品一级品为乳白色似蜡固体,可溶于甲醇、乙醇、氯仿,丙酮和乙醚等溶液。用途:单硬脂酸甘油酯是食物的乳化剂和添加剂;化妆品及医药膏剂中用作乳化剂,使膏体细腻,滑润;用于工业丝油剂的乳化剂和纺织品的润滑剂;在塑料薄膜中用作流滴剂和防雾剂;在塑料加工中作润滑剂和抗静电剂,在其他方面可作为消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂、湿润剂等。
对羟基苯甲酸丙酯:又名尼泊金丙酯,对羟基安息香酸丙酯。无色小结晶或白色粉末。几乎不溶于冷水。无臭、稍有涩味。由对羟基苯甲酸与正丙醇在硫酸存在下酯化,然后经中和、水洗、甩干、精制为成品。主要用作食品、化妆品、饲料等的防腐剂。
对羟基苯甲酸丁酯:性状:白色结晶,微有特殊气味,溶于醇、醚和氯仿,难溶于水,口尝时有麻舌感。用途:本品主要用作有机合成,食品、医药、化妆品的杀菌防腐剂,也用作饲料防腐剂。
丙二醇:即1,2-丙二醇。与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶。丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料.在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂。在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业。丙二醇的粘性和吸湿性好,并且无毒,因而在食品、医药和化妆品工业中广泛用作吸湿剂、抗冻剂、润滑剂和溶剂。在食品工业中,丙二醇和脂肪酸反应生成丙二醇脂肪酸酯,主要用作食品乳化剂;丙二醇是调味品和色素的优良溶剂。丙二醇在医药工业中常用作制造各类软膏、油膏的溶剂、软化剂和赋形剂等,由于丙二醇与各类香料具有较好互溶性,因而也用作化妆品的溶剂和软化剂等等。
聚丙烯酸树脂:(Polyacrylic Resin)。用途:主要用作片剂、丸剂、颗粒剂肠溶性包衣材料、胶囊壳成膜剂等,并用于保护及隔离包衣,或用于缓释制剂中。
对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:也称尼泊金甲酯或羟苯甲酯,白色结晶粉末或无色结晶,易溶于醇,醚和丙酮,极微溶于水,沸点270-280℃。主要用作有机合成、食品、化妆品、医药的杀菌防腐剂,也用作于饲料防腐剂。由于它具有酚羟基结构,所以抗细菌性能比苯甲酸、山梨酸都强。其作用机制是:破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并可抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶系与电子传递酶系的活性。
咪唑烷基脲:分子式:C11H16N808。性状:白色粉末。无嗅。溶解性:极易溶于水易潮解在油中溶解度很低。用途:通常用做化妆品防腐剂。几乎能与化妆品中所有组份互配。适用于化妆品的pH值范围为4-9。在化妆品中的添加量通常为0.2%-0.3%。最大量不超过0.6%,如与0.2%尼泊金甲酯和0.1%尼泊金丙酯配合使用,可大大提高防腐性能。
EDTA二钠:乙二胺四乙酸二钠又叫做EDTA-2Na,是化学中一种良好的配合剂,它有六个配位原子,形成的配合物叫做鳌合物,EDTA在配位滴定中经常用到,一般是测定金属离子的含量。EDTA在染料、食品、药品等工业上有重要用途。
三乙醇胺:三乙醇胺TEOA,又名TEOA、TEA。别名:2-羟基三乙胺,三羟乙基胺,化学式(分子式):C6H15O3N,是一种有氨味的无色至浅黄色黏稠液体,易溶于水、乙醇,呈碱性,水溶液PH值约10.5,是一种用途广泛的化工原料,用作非炭黑补强胶料的硫化活性剂、油类和蜡类的乳化剂、金属切削冷却剂、防锈剂、水泥早强剂、中和剂、酸性气体吸收剂、日化用品湿润剂等。
香精:是化妆品中使用次数最多,也是使用范围最广的一类添加剂。是一种由人工调配出来的含有两种以上香料的混合物。
去离子水:去离子水(deionized water)是指除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水。国际标准化组织ISO/TC 147规定的“去离子”定义为:“去离子水完全或不完全地去除离子物质,主要指采用离子交换树脂处理方法。”现在的工艺主要采用RO反渗透的方法制取。

第二组:参与实验人数181名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18-39岁。使用本发明所述的维生素E营养护肤乳液,使用方法是:擦拭于脸部皮肤。使用周期为6个月,平均每人每日使用2次。实验结果:满意率87.8%;满意标准:对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的营养美白、护肤养颜的效果。
实验对照结果:本发明所述的乳液,对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的营养美白、护肤养颜的效果。
具体实施方式
所述维生素E营养护肤乳液,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:维生素E5份、十六醇1份、十八醇1份、聚氧乙烯(20)醚0.7份、硬脂酸0.9份、二甲基硅氧烷0.3份、单甘酯0.2份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯0.1份、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.05份、丙二醇4份、聚丙烯酸树脂13份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.2份、咪唑烷基脲0.2份、EDTA二钠0.05份、三乙醇胺0.4份、香精适量、去离子水加至100份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:将维生素E、十六醇、十八醇、聚氧乙烯(20)醚、硬脂酸、二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂酸单甘酯和去离子水混合加热至80℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、丙二醇、聚丙烯酸树脂、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、咪唑烷基脲和EDTA二钠等混合加热至85℃,搅拌使其熔融;
步骤三:将步骤(一)和步骤(二)物料在乳化器中混合乳化,当温度降至50℃时加入三乙醇胺调节其酸碱度,当温度降至45℃时加入香精进行调香,搅拌静置,分装即可。

步骤一:将维生素E、十六醇、十八醇、聚氧乙烯(20)醚、硬脂酸、二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂酸单甘酯和去离子水混合加热至80℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、丙二醇、聚丙烯酸树脂、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、咪唑烷基脲和EDTA二钠等混合加热至85℃,搅拌使其熔融;
步骤三:将步骤(一)和步骤(二)物料在乳化器中混合乳化,当温度降至50℃时加入三乙醇胺调节其酸碱度,当温度降至45℃时加入香精进行调香,搅拌静置,分装即可。
